“Excellent practice management solution”
Pros
I find it really easy to navigate and migrating data was surprisingly without any issue. What I appreciate is the flexibility, while it's cloud based, you can also deploy it on premises if needed. It definitely speeds up legal processes which has been a huge time saver for our team.
Cons
The biggest downside is that it's only available in certain countries right now. All the legal settings are configured specifically for New Zealand law and firms, so they really need to make more changes if they want to expand globally.
