Pros

InfoTrack has proven highly beneficial for our firm. We used to manually enter all eFile expenses into our client management software which led to missed charges, delays and inaccuracies. It was a headache for everyone, really bad for business, bad for clients and frustrating overall. But now, with InfoTrack's integration with our client management software, those problems are a thing of the past. Accepted filings are placed directly into the client's electronic file. We could not be happier and would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. We use it so many times a day.

Cons

Well there were we few challenges that we faced during the adoption period but that was mostly because our team needed time to get used to a new program. However InfoTrack made the transition as smooth as possible. Yes some staff struggled with the switch for a month or two but this is going to be the case with all the new products. Luckily customer service was always available and we eventually got everyone up to speed.

Pros

I love that it syncs with Smokeball and automatically applies the filing expenses directly to each matter.

Cons

Like there is a credit for filings that did not go through but those are not automatically applied to the client's matter which I dislike.

Pros

It is easy to use and it integrates with our case management software so all the information automatically transfers back to Clio.

Cons

Retrieving the case to file takes a few extra seconds compared to e-filing directly but overall I would say it is definitely worth the investment.
