“simple to use with strong support”
Pros
It's simple to use, the support is great, the tutorials are clear and it has tons of features that keep my practice running smoothly, calendar, billing, invoices and time tracking all in one spot.
Cons
I ran into trouble building intake forms at first, however after watching the tutorial and figuring it out everything worked fine.

“No data corruption, web-based access”
Pros
Haven't had any data corruption issues like I did with Timeslips. I don't waste hours on backups anymore and the team can keep tracking their hours even while I run billing. Since it's web-based, I can log time from any device, anywhere which is a huge relief.
Cons
Over the last two years I've seen more features added though there are still some reporting capabilities missing.

Right now I wouldn't change a thing about it.

“User-friendly invoicing”
Pros
It's really user-friendly for me. I can manage invoices with ease and send them out every month.
Cons
I find the client portal tough to use, particularly when attaching documents.

“Natural, simple interface”
Pros
Really like how easy and easy it is to use, the interface feels natural so I can work out what to do without having to consult a technical manual.
Cons
When I move between clients I have to return to a general matters page instead of navigating directly to the next client and that's the sole improvement I would request for this system.

“Bill and manage client files anywhere”
Pros
When I'm out and about, I can bill, add events to the calendar and view a client's entire file online wherever I have cell service.
Cons
That said I think sorting some of the billable items by category is more of a issue than it needs to be and I wish there were more email options for invoice templates.

“One dashboard for everything”
Pros
Nearly everything can be handled from one dashboard, I no longer have to switch between several different apps to complete my tasks.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of any downsides during the period we've been using this software, pretty much every feature has suited our needs.

“Consolidates scattered practice areas”
Pros
I find it really easy to use and it brings together parts of my practice that used to be scattered.
Cons
It took me a little while to get everything configured and I found customizing it more challenging than I expected.

“self-explanatory tools & task management”
Pros
This tool is really easy to work with, the screens and tools explain themselves and the task management includes every feature I typically need.
Cons
One thing I don't like is the lack of flexibility, I can add extra fields but all of those custom fields end up grouped together in the same area of the screen.

“missing features slow workflow”
Pros
Being cloud-based is a major advantage because it makes pulling up data when I'm out of the office easy and issue-free. I really appreciate having information available instantly and reliably, right at my fingertips from any device.
Cons
This tool feels like it's missing several features I was used to in other case management programs like Time Matters which is frustrating when parity is expected. In my workflow opening multiple tabs just to place a call and track down contact details adds unnecessary steps and the lack of automatic event population in templates forces me to rely on custom fields and clumsy workarounds that slow everything down.

“record hours and invoice easily”
Pros
I really appreciate that this tool lets me record hours and invoice clients straight from the app.
Cons
The way calendar reminders work isn't ideal for me as the current pop-up approach feels clunky and a cleaner, dedicated pop-up window would be much easier to use.

“CrM with billing and payments”
Pros
Overall I'm impressed with aspects of this CRM: billing, contacts, matters, cloud access for clients and online payments.
Cons
Sync with QuickBooks Online proved unreliable in my experience, with deposits appearing twice in QBO which made reconciliation tedious enough that we ultimately disabled the integration altogether.

“Track matters and manage payments”
Pros
I'm still getting to know the product but so far I really like how it helps me keep track of client matters, arrange my schedule, manage payments through LawPay and overall provides a clear snapshot of the current status of my new solo practice.
Cons
The intake form builder is another pain point for me since importing existing forms directly into the workflow isn't possible and the invoicing and reconciliation steps feel confusing without clearer guidance.

“Clean interface with flexible sorting”
Pros
I'm really drawn to the clean, attractive interface, the flexible sorting options and the client portal with automatic payment reminders, I also appreciate that the team keeps pushing updates and improvements.
Cons
For me I find the QuickBooks Online setup tricky, reporting is thin, document integration and invoicing are limited and migration was a issue.

“Precise, live billable time tracking”
Pros
As an attorney, I'm really grateful for the ability to monitor my billable time live and with precision. I can kick off a timer to capture hours I'm working for clients, or enter the hours afterward for tasks when I didn't have a chance to hit the timer before diving into a matter.
Cons
Once I became familiar with all the functionalities, I genuinely appreciate pretty much every aspect of the app.

Pros
Interface is very simple and easy to move around and since we brought it into the firm, I've noticed we've been able to shave off a lot of time on our clients' cases.
Cons

“Fast support & simple tutorials”
Pros
There are two features I appreciate most. The first is the absolutely outstanding customer support I get. Responses come in under sixty minutes from when I reach out. The second is how easy it is to use. It feels nearly simple. If a solution isn't obvious, there are tons of tutorial videos to watch and the online customer help is consistently spot on for my everyday work.
Cons
I use the basic essential Monthly Plan. It is the cheapest option, yet I find the value exceptional. I do wish I had some extra features from the higher-priced plans but those don't fit my budget right now. For the missing tools I rely on my own documents and programs.

“Dashboard motivates productivity”
Pros
For me it not only keeps my work organized and helps me log billable hours but the dashboard also pushes me to be more productive because my billables are constantly visible. Honestly this single capability paid for the tool itself.
Cons
I've noticed that a number of the features they advertise aren't really ready for everyday use and, as an example, synchronization with Google doesn't work reliably for me.

“User-friendly for solo practice setup”
Pros
Running a small practice, I needed a way to set up and maintain an office management system that would function even when my assistant wasn't available. This program has been the most user-friendly, quick-reacting and practical option I've tried, I actually demoed four of the top-recommended solutions. everything I require comes bundled here, whereas other vendors forced me to buy extra modules just to handle email and form templates. The amount I had to learn was minimal. Neither of us on staff has gone through formal training yet and we're largely up and running after only about a week. Next we'll be using the excellent tutorial videos and one-on-one sessions to fine-tune our workflows and get the most out of the software. It's already saving us time.
Cons
Up until now I've had only good experiences. The visuals are plain and a bit dated but they make it easy to locate what I need so that's what matters.
