“Cross-platform access improves accuracy”
Pros
Being cloud-based means I can access everything from any device and to me it feels especially friendly for Mac users. After years of using a desktop system limited to Macs, switching to it changed how we operate. Our billing accuracy improved by about 75% within the first two months and we now use it on iPads, iPhones, Windows and Macs with ease.
Cons
Honestly, up to this point there hasn't been anything I can point to that I dislike about it.

“daily automation with ongoing updates”
Pros
In my experience, the interface is easy to use and my team and I rely on many of its features every single day, especially the automation tools. I also like that the company keeps rolling out updates and backs it all up with strong customer support.
Cons
At this point I really can't think of anything I dislike about this software.

“Top law practice management system”
Pros
From my experience this stands out as a top law practice management system. It helps our team keep cases organized and up to date, integrates well with email and Outlook, supports billing workflows and encourages collaboration. Tracking time per matter feels fair for clients and responsive support, especially the ongoing communication with Ori and Seth, has been genuinely helpful for us.
Cons
Built-in sales features are something I miss since having one platform handle everything end to end would suit my needs better, while this tool covers most of my requirements, the calendar features feel weak and lingering small quirks remain after years of use.

“Comprehensive practice management solution”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated about this software is how comprehensive it is. It gives me a full client database where I can store every piece of information I need to handle a case. There's also a built-in time tracker that records billable hours for each client. Beyond that, it lets me generate invoices and email them straight to clients. The ability to create matters within the program makes it much simpler to monitor ongoing work which is essential because many of our clients often have multiple matters open at the same time. The way tasks can be assigned is fantastic and the calendar functionality is outstanding. Whenever I ran into a problem, the support I got was consistently high quality and very helpful.
Cons
What I found problematic was the sync with Dropbox and email. While it's really great at syncing, whenever a matter was deleted in the app the corresponding folder in our Dropbox would disappear as well. That meant if we simply closed a case by deleting the matter, the files vanished from our Dropbox records. As a law firm, we needed to retain documents for at least three years, so that behavior caused real concern.

“Consistently excellent customer support”
Pros
There are lots of aspects I appreciate about it. For me, though, the standout is something most people care about: customer support. I've been working with this software for nearly three years and their support has consistently been top-notch. They reply promptly and take the time to walk me through solutions, explaining the answers to my problems in detail.
Cons
I'm least fond of the fact that the helpful tutorial videos were taken out of the dashboard's dropdown menu. While they might still be reachable from the help section, I found it far more convenient to access those videos from the dashboard dropdown. Ultimately, this is only a pretty small annoyance and doesn't seriously affect how I use the software.

“Solo practice billing made simple”
Pros
Being a solo attorney, I find it's legal software makes it incredibly easy to monitor my billable hours, client trust balances and hectic calendar.
Cons
There really isn't much I dislike, though I admit I'm likely only tapping into roughly eighty to ninety percent of what the program can actually do.

“Affordable with strong integrations”
Pros
Good value and feasible QuickBooks Online integration, plus great support. Over more than 30 years in the profession I've found and used many back- and front-office applications for law firms. When I launched my own small firm I finally got to choose the software rather than leaving it to others. Having made that choice, I'm impressed by the range of features offered at a price much lower than other, less capable solutions.
Cons
Don't have many dislikes, if any, just small nitpicks here and there to suit my persnickety tastes, like screen layouts.

“Powerful workflows and reporting”
Pros
I've found the app's interface incredibly easy to use, building task lists is easy and I can follow every action taken on any particular case without issue. It also handles contact management well, letting me attach notes to each file so nothing important gets lost. Our workflows have been a real help for keeping the team aligned on upcoming steps and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Beyond basic CRM, the tool supports time management and the sub-reminder capability lets me schedule emails ahead of time which has saved us a lot of last-minute scrambling. Customer support has been impressively responsive, I've reached them through live chat and by email and usually get timely help. The invoicing tools make it simple to monitor all client accounts, showing operating account details plus credit card transactions so everything is tracked. Creating templates is quick and the dashboard surfaces all the contact details so I don't have to jump between multiple portals to find information. Finally, the reporting is excellent: we receive detailed breakdowns of income and expenses that give us a clear picture of our finances and help with planning.
Cons
I do wish the application offered more automation to reduce manual steps, since several routine tasks still require hands-on work. It also disappoints me that there is no PayPal integration available which would simplify client payments. The app is missing documentation features for organizing files and notes in a more structured way, so we sometimes struggle to keep records consistent. On top of that, I can't view emails from external sources inside the app, forcing me to switch back to my email client to see the full communication history.

“end-to-end support and data control”
Pros
Going through every area we worked on felt like the clearest way for me to convey what it is really like. I've put together a short summary of each part below: The sales team answered every question we had thoroughly and really dug into any specific concerns we raised. The data migration crew did everything they could, going back and forth with our team to help prevent incorrect data entries. Their training staff delivered excellent instruction to our employees and they still provide ongoing support. Both the lower-level support and the escalated tiers responded to any issues our team found very quickly. I also appreciated being able to export virtually any data search into excel and run analytics on it. That capability gives me a powerful way to examine our information and a transparent, flexible method to export whatever I need.
Cons
They impose a specific time frame for moving all of your data from older systems into theirs. If you fall outside that window and some data quality issues are discovered, you could potentially be charged for fixes. If I were importing a large volume of data, I'd advise having a very clear idea of exactly what you want and making sure they fully understand your expectations. It helped me to schedule longer, detailed phone calls with their import team to avoid misunderstandings. Also, the Outlook calendar import can be a little finicky because you need a .csv file to import rather than being able to use just a 365 login.

“simple all-in-one legal management”
Pros
Really impressed by how simple the software is to use, its simple interface makes everything easy for my team. It includes tools for tracking time, managing calendars, invoicing clients, monitoring payments and handling both operating and trust accounts. Plus, it hooks up with other favorites like Google Calendar (syncs), Box.net (file storage), LawToolBox (rules calendaring) and LawPay (to accept credit cards).
Cons
A while back I ran into issues where the time tracker would freeze while I was using the app. Support was fantastic, they dug into the issue and helped me resolve it. In the end we discovered the freezes were caused by a clash with some Chrome browser extensions, not by it itself.

“Consolidated billing improves cash flow”
Pros
For our firm everything is congreatated in one place, so keeping track of hours and handling billing is remarkably simple. Since we brought this software on board we've noticed payments arriving more promptly. I honestly can't imagine running the firm without it. After testing several comparable platforms, this one is easily our favorite. They also keep rolling out useful new features regularly.
Cons
There isn't much that I consider a real downside so far, although I've had a few clients mention that the process of viewing and paying an invoice can be unclear. I personally don't see where the confusion comes from but I've definitely heard that criticism a few times.

“Most simple case management”
Pros
This tool has the most user-friendly case management program available. every feature and function seems to sit exactly where I'd expect and I was able to get started with minimal help from support. There are plenty of extra tools built in that genuinely simplify day-to-day practice. Honestly, it felt simple right away and I didn't need anyone to walk me through basic tasks.
Cons
Once I ran into an issue where the it system charged a client's card twice. I ended up initiating a chargeback and ultimately absorbed the processing fee myself which was frustrating. From chatting with a few colleagues I learned that they had seen the same glitch happen to them as well. The team eventually corrected the bug and fortunately I haven't had that problem recur since they fixed it. On a different note, I'm not a fan of how the numbering works, contacts and matters are combined under one numbering sequence for IDs which makes things confusing when I'm organizing records, I would prefer they offered separate numbering for contacts and for matters so each could be tracked independently.

“easy client organization and time tracking”
Pros
What I appreciate most is how easy it is to organize every detail about a client, from mailing addresses to multiple phone numbers, which really cuts down on hunting for contact info. It also makes it easy to log and follow up on the activities we carry out for any given client, so nothing falls through the cracks. Working at a law firm, we depend on it to record the hours we spend on each case and I've found the time-tracking and logging features to be very simple and helpful for that purpose. The notes area is particularly useful for keeping my partners up to speed about case progress and the software also helps me keep tabs on invoices and the payments each client has made.
Cons
At first I had difficulty keeping track of my hours for cases when I forgot to start the timer which was frustrating but once I learned how to enter time manually the problem was solved and now I can fix those omissions without much issue.

“Clean design with strong mobile app”
Pros
I appreciate the clean layout and how simple everything feels, the mobile app in particular works great and is incredibly easy to navigate and operate.
Cons
What frustrates me is that I can't set the calendar to a five-day workweek and there's no way to filter the calendar to show only my office hours which would make managing my schedule much easier.

“Minimal interface with powerful tools”
Pros
This platform has one of the clearest, most user-friendly interfaces among practice management solutions available today. Navigation is easy so I can quickly locate what I need. The design feels refreshingly minimal yet polished. Beyond the UI, I rely on it's comprehensive tools like time tracking, automated document creation, client file sharing and several other practical features too.
Cons
Personally, I view it as a case management player but I think it's overpriced for what it provides. It has relatively few integrations and I consider that a very important factor when evaluating options in today's legal tech market.

“Browser access with client portal”
Pros
I really like how easy it is to get to the system from any web browser and I can quickly message it staff or my internal team right away. The client portal lets me share documents and calendar items directly with clients and it syncs with Google Calendar and my contacts.
Cons
When I try to use the 'add a call' function, I notice there's no field to attach the other caller's contact details. In contrast, the matter screens let me add several contact fields and even pick a contact from a dropdown that fills in their info automatically. If the same dropdown or contact-populating option existed on the 'add a call' screen, I could easily pull in the caller's phone number and other details instead of typing them manually. It would also be great if the call entry area was customizable so I could add workflows or templates the way I can in the matter section, that flexibility would really align how I log and follow up on calls.
