During the trial, I shared a long list of feature ideas and the team actually listened and explained what was already in progress. We used a time-tracking system called TickSpot but we found it sluggish and slow, so we made the switch to it. The change has really helped us get a better handle on our clients and how we spend our time, making everything much more efficient. This tool lets me set up individual projects for each client which means it's easy to see exactly what I've been working on across days, weeks and months while serving a client. That level of detail also makes it far simpler to compile reports and communicate our time and work back to clients accurately and professionally.

Okay so.... before we discovered this tool, my team and I had already tested a handful of other invoicing solutions. We wanted a single platform that could act like a CMS while also handling invoicing, time tracking and income/expense monitoring all at once and none of the other products we tried combined all of those capabilities. When this tool came onto our radar, we were genuinely impressed because it seemed to include every feature our company needed. It has made it much easier for us to keep everything organized in one place and to manage a wide range of items, from notes and contact information to invoices, emails and many other important data points. What stands out most for us is the email functionality, I really appreciate how simple it is to forward or attach emails directly to a client's record. Another thing I value is being able to add notes to a client's account so the entire history of conversations and actions between clients and team members is preserved and easy to review. It would be great if notes could also appear under the activity tab but other than that minor wish, we're thoroughly enjoying the software and how well it congreatates our workflow.

Everything was chaotic before it. I was scribbling info on scraps of paper to assemble quotes, flipping between Excel and QuickBooks and struggling to keep projects tracked because there wasn't a proper invoicing system. Before we started using this tool, our administrative assistant could produce tidy, professional invoices and quotes but even with managers pitching in she literally had to track every client's information herself. All of our records were kept on paper and it was hard to prevent a client from occasionally slipping through the cracks. After adopting this tool, we've been able to add our clients straight into the automated system and generate invoices and quotes quickly by preloading items and prices. The ability to use custom fields to note details specific to our clients and flag them as active, prospect, or inactive has made organizing everything so much easier. This tool is excellent for any business that wants to stay on top of its client base and monitor how much revenue the company is bringing in. What I appreciate most, though, is the customer support, the team is always available when we need guidance, a second opinion, or want to suggest an improvement. Our account manager David is particularly attentive and consistently checks in to make sure we're satisfied and well supported.

At my firm, we were searching for a CRM that would be easy to pick up and easy to train others on. it has easily been the best option we've found for its simplicity and great security. I picked it up quickly and was comfortable enough to teach my colleagues how to use it too. Before we committed, David, our account manager, reached out and gave me a thorough walkthrough of the platform. He personally demonstrated the different features and explained how to get the most out of our account. During the demo I was shown what becomes available once you start using it, things like the Client Portal login, account customization and the mobile app. The mobile app is especially handy because it lets our team check cases and accounts at any time. I also appreciate that the software replaces roughly five other tools we used to juggle, including QuickBooks and time-sheet apps. Rather than keeping invoices, client records and case files scattered across several systems, it pulls everything together so I can manage billing, clients and matters all in one place. That congreatation alone has saved me a ton of time and cut down on errors.

When I ran my single-member LLC before discovering this tool, I used to jot down hours on scraps of paper I'd keep in each project notebook and only every so often would I painstakingly transcribe those notes into a spreadsheet. Not surprisingly, most of those time entries never actually made it into the spreadsheet. It has made it simple and convenient to hit start and stop on a timer and it also lets me add past hours for individual projects without fuss. Part of why I wanted time-tracking software in the first place was to understand how much of my work went into storyboarding versus animating or sitting in meetings. Now I can pull up the reports section for my time entries, search for terms like storyboarding or animating and immediately see the total hours I devoted to each activity.
