Clear guided planning process

All in one crm workflow

Pros

Over the time I've used this, the layout has really grown on me, it's clean and pleasant. I also like that it doubles as a basic CRM, letting me manage tasks, track time and handle invoices all in one place.

Cons

I haven't come across any downsides yet. Everything has worked smoothly for me and met my expectations.

Unified case and billing system

Pros

Having both case management and billing in a single platform saves me a lot of time every day. Compared to other tools I've tried, it feels practical and really easy to get work done with.

Too basic for the price

Pros

nothing to mention here from me.

Cons

Honestly, this app feels too simple to justify buying. There's no built-in storage and when I tried canceling my yearly plan, they wouldn't return the remaining money which was frustrating.

Still evolving billing features

Pros

I have no positive points to mention here.

Cons

After using it for a couple of weeks, it's clear the platform is still a work in progress. Invoice templates don't match up fonts, batch printing isn't an option and I can't combine multiple matters per client into one invoice. The team says fixes are coming but I'll have to wait and see.

One system replaces many tools

Pros

Back when my team was using several cloud apps, everything felt disconnected and messy. Switching to it brought it all together in one system, saving both time and money almost daily. It's the easiest interface I've seen among cloud platforms.

End to end sales management

Pros

When our sales jumped, we needed one platform to handle it all, from storing client info and sending quotes to invoicing and taking payments. It met all those needs and more. I especially like seeing invoices neatly organized and paid automatically without extra steps.

Cons

Great client portal with smart alerts

Pros

At first, I was annoyed by the limited features in other cloud-based project and wedding planning tools. Discovering this tool was a relief, it gives me everything I need in one place. The client portal, secure messaging and alerts when someone opens a quote or message make managing the business much smoother.

cleaner workflow and client portal

Pros

Our team dealt with another cloud service before this platform that crashed often and was missing important tools. Moving over improved how we work day to day and the cleaner layout makes tasks easier to handle. The client portal quickly became my favorite feature because it keeps everything in one clear place.

everything in one place

Pros

Before using it, we relied on several apps just to manage notes, organization and billing. Now all of that lives in one program which saves me a ton of time. I can easily see which projects I'm handling, what tasks are still open and exactly how much is owed for each one.

Cons

data finally feel organized

Pros

Managing data used to feel overwhelming with folders everywhere, emails split into Outlook and billing tracked in spreadsheets. That setup was slow and led to mistakes more often than I'd like to admit. It now keeps each matter in its own area, letting me follow expenses, billable hours, appointments, files and emails. Having everything grouped together has taken a lot of pressure off my daily work.

structure that keeps work simple

Pros

Before we started using this tool, there was no real structure in place. We were constantly searching for ways to simplify how projects were handled. It allows me to capture and watch a large amount of information in a tight, organized view and using tags for tasks and clients has made internal tracking much easier.

crm that actually fits our workflow

Pros

Our team tested three different CRM systems before landing on this one and each felt either overly complicated or too limited. I ended up wasting time avoiding those systems and juggling multiple programs instead. Switching to this tool was a pleasant surprise, with helpful video guides and features that actually match how we work. I also enjoy how easily the Chrome extension keeps everything in sync and how fast the search function pulls up what I need.

easy contact management on the go

Pros

Before this tool, we used a platform that could send quotes and invoices but stopped there. Keeping contacts in Excel was clunky and annoying. What stands out for me now is how easy it is to add new contacts and the mobile-friendly setup lets me stay productive even when I'm away from my desk.

Cons

So far, I haven't come across any real drawbacks. Everything has worked smoothly for me without any frustration.

centralized tools for the whole team

Pros

Our workflow was a mix of Google Docs, emails and spreadsheets before we started using it. While that worked on a basic level, switching to this tool helped us centralize everything and made it easier for the whole team to see project progress. We were able to pick it up quickly and the way it's structured fits naturally with how we already work. Overall, it's been a big step forward for our operations.

personal support that saves time

Pros

What I appreciate most, beyond the software itself, is the personal support. Being able to email my account manager David at any time and actually hear back makes a difference. When I first signed up for a trial, he even called to check in and listen to feature ideas I had. Before this tool, I had to juggle several programs just to manage time, finances and projects which was exhausting. Switching saved me hours by cutting out repeated data entry and the flexible billing options fit the variety of work I do.

At this point, I have no complaints at all. The overall experience has been positive for me.

internal notes keep everyone aligned

Pros

Before finding this tool, our team tried several CRMs and none truly fit our needs. Some lacked key features, others were overpriced and a few had weak support. I really value the Internal Notes feature because it keeps everyone on the same page. It allows any team member to jump in and help a client with confidence which improves the overall customer experience.
