“Terrible CrM, inefficient workflow”
Pros
At first glance it seemed easy and easy to get started and I was able to begin without trouble.
Cons
this CRM is terrible, the sloppy coding means workflow and automation are practically nonexistent and its clumsy design feels inefficient. I also noticed it misses many important features, offers too-limited customization and their customer support comes across as unprofessional. All in all, it seems like legal software cobbled together by people who don't understand CRM or legal practice management.

“Custom fields and automation simple”
Pros
This is super easy to use! My team and I really appreciate being able to add custom fields to a contact or matter and we've gotten a lot of value out of the automation features in the software. Creating templates is simple and they automatically pull the exact details we need from the contact and matter sections which saves us time.
Cons
Under the Matter area I'd prefer to update a single field by hovering over it rather than opening and editing the entire section every time. It would also be helpful if I could highlight text within the matter or notes sections. Because I create several matters for the same client, a number of field values are duplicated across cases. It would save me a lot of effort if there were an option to set default values for a client so that whenever I add a new matter for them, those fields automatically populate for any future case without me having to re-enter the same information repeatedly.

Pros
Having the ability to create several short time entries at once feels really handy for me and noticeably speeds up my workflow.
Cons
When I've had the app open for a while the page will sometimes reload and my timers end up freezing.

“Vibrant, simple design”
Pros
Using this app feels incredibly easy for me and the visuals really stand out. Since I naturally organize things by compartments and colors, the vibrant and simple design appeals to me and makes it approachable even for first-time users of legal management software.
Cons
Honestly I can't come up with any real downsides. I've been using this tool for just under six months and during that time I haven't run into any issues or experienced any problems.

“aligned practice and client portal”
Pros
What I love most is how effortlessly the software aligns my practice. It feels very user-friendly to me, the client portal is fantastic and the accounting features are neatly organized. Customer service has been outstanding, templates save me a huge amount of time, tasks keep me on schedule and linking relationships, syncing emails to matters, sending text notifications and using e-signatures all work smoothly with fast, friendly support whenever I need it.
Cons
On the phone this tool really needs the ability to run multiple timers at once so I can switch back and forth between different projects the way I can on the desktop version. The "history" section at the bottom of matters should absolutely include time entry descriptions, I can't stress how important that is. At the moment I don't use the "history" tab at all because it doesn't show the details I need but if that one change were made it would become invaluable. With time entry descriptions visible, the "history" would actually reflect the work that's been done on the matter instead of being essentially useless. We also need a native text integration built into this tool so clients can text us through the software, similar to how we can create a new email that links to a matter, texting needs to have that same level of integration. Company contacts are a great idea in theory but in practice when I link a subordinate member of a company contact to a matter the only email that will auto-populate is the company's primary contact email. That is extremely frustrating and I've had to create separate individual contacts for every member of a company contact to work around it. For example, with court services I would like to keep all employees grouped under a single Court Services company contact and then link the specific officer assigned to supervise my client. Right now I'm forced to link the Court Services company contact and also the individual contact just so I can send emails to the correct officer which is a needless extra step.

Pros
From my experience the program is extremely easy to navigate and the aligned billing workflow makes handling day-to-day tasks much simpler for me.
Cons
I've run into problems when syncing and integrating with QuickBooks so clearer guidance or hands-on training about the sync process would be really useful.

“Frustrating steps and inaccurate reports”
Pros
One thing I truly appreciate is that it's cloud-based which means all of my information stays synced across every device I use.
Cons
This software is really frustrating to work with. There are far too many steps just to log easy details like time. The reports it produces are often inaccurate and don't give me anything useful. I think client invoices come out cluttered and confusing which makes them hard for customers to follow. The Athis mobile tool feels like only a stripped-down replica of the website and is awkward to navigate.

What I'm really pleased with is how frequently the software is updated and in my experience the team genuinely listens to customer feedback. Their support has been exceptional and very responsive for me.
Cons
Occasionally the software requires me to take several steps to accomplish things that should be handled with a single clickable option. Also there are features that feel buried and would benefit from being a more directly accessible button.

Pros
Being able to track my earnings and keep all client details at my fingertips has been fantastic for me. The automated processes reduce the time I spend on routine tasks and getting documents e-signed means I no longer have to ship papers overseas, saving money. My records feel far more organized now and are accessible anytime. The client portal stands out for me because it lets clients view progress, upload documents and exchange secure messages while support continues to be quick and helpful whenever I reach out.
Cons
In my area I can't accept payments online which would have been a handy feature though I've managed to set up workarounds to handle transactions. It would also be simpler if adding multiple contacts to a matter was more easy, at the moment there's a manual workaround for that too.

From my perspective the tool is incredibly user-friendly and my team was able to switch to it fully for time management, trust account tracking, cheque writing and electronic signatures very quickly. Whenever a glitch has come up support has jumped on it immediately and even followed up which makes the whole experience feel reliable to me.
Cons
There are a few extra columns I'd like to see added to the payment submission screens and related areas to make reporting and entry easier. We've already flagged this request with the company and they told me they'll investigate the suggestion. They also said I'd receive an automatic email notification if and when that enhancement is implemented so I'm waiting to hear back.

Pros
The interface feels very easy to me for navigating and tracking time and I like that I can log and oversee daily client tasks in one place. Overall I'm really pleased with the platform.
Cons
At times I notice a lag when switching between timers.... when I pause one and start another the site can stall and force me to refresh though I can usually fix it myself.

Cons
From my experience the software feels glitchy in several areas with routine tasks taking unnecessary extra steps and the payment feature being tough enough to cause confusing errors and issues with my IOLTA reconciliation.
