What I really like is how organized everything is, I can group my cases using custom tags and billing is easy which makes managing my workload much easier.
Cons
It frustrates me that only one contact can be attached to each matter. Having the ability to add multiple contacts and tag their roles would make case management much easier for me.

Cons
What's especially frustrating for me is being unable to enable Panther Payments or Clover for accounts in Puerto Rico which limits payment options there.

Calendar functionality works extremely well for me especially since it syncs easily with Outlook for easy scheduling and tracking.

Downloading reports directly to excel works well for me and the workflows are easy to navigate with fast response times.
Cons
I've found the timekeeper reporting to be pretty weak. For instance when I reduce logged time there isn't any report that shows the original hours, the markdown applied and the new total, it only displays the current real-time value. I'm also concerned that while editing reports it's far too easy for me to accidentally delete the entire database when removing items I don't want shown. Generating statements is another area I've had trouble with and feels somewhat buggy.
