Pros
The collaboration features have been incredibly valuable for saving time, cutting down on mistakes and getting information back to clients faster.
Cons
Things keep getting better overall but I still haven't been able to get pictures uploaded properly yet.

Cons

Pros
Between the reasonable pricing and how simple it is to use, ServeManager has been a really amazing option. Plus the ability to customize affidavits is especially important and adds a lot of value.
Cons
It's still missing is a standalone app and I'd also like to see more affidavit options included.

“Keeps jobs and payroll organized”
Pros
Keeping track of all our jobs, server pay and accounting is really easy with this software and that has made a big difference for us.
Cons
I did recently notice that another program includes 50 more serves per month for the same price. On top of that the credit card processing fees feel pretty expensive.

“Organized tracking and reporting”
Pros
There are so many things to appreciate about this software and honestly I'd be completely lost without it. Everything is laid out in a very organized way. It keeps track of all serves, handles the billing, creates reports, including specific court forms and the dashboard helps me stay on top of everything in one place.
Cons
One thing I'd still love to see is a few additional features. The positive side is that the software is updated regularly which is encouraging. I'd especially like a field sheet designed in a #10 envelope format so it would be a convenient size to hold the documents inside or be paperclipped to larger jobs.
