“The top legal accounting program

Pros

In my view, this is the top legal accounting program available! The platform is user friendly, simple to use and highly adaptable. My favorite part is how effortlessly you can correct or reverse an entry which is a massive help for bookkeeping and saves so much time.

Cons

Personally I don't have any complaints but I think my clients would prefer more customer relationship management features. The good news is that their new partnership with Actionstep should be adding that functionality soon.

What makes this platform truly stand out is its powerful simplicity. As an administrator, I get an immediate, crystal-clear snapshot of our entire financial health at a glance, no digging through reports or waiting for data to load.

Cons

At times the server goes down unexpectedly. Another occasional problem is the tricky process for changing what different users are allowed to access.

I must say it is the most outstanding legal accounting and practice management software you can find right now.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that there is not a dedicated mobile app for Soluno yet. But you can still get to it through a web browser on your phone anytime you have an internet connection, though.

We switched to this cloud-based system because our old software was outdated. Unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment. The customer support is terrible, the interface is confusing and even our bookkeeper says the service has gotten so bad that she no longer recommends it. The only good thing is that it is cloud-based and there are not many other options available.

Cons

It is hard to know where to begin. The issues range from major to minor. For instance the icons they use to simplify things are actually quite confusing. The whole system is difficult to navigate and feels clunky. Our old PC Law software was outdated and unreliable but at least it was user friendly. Soluno seems to make every task more complicated than it needs to be.

I find Soluno incredibly easy to use, especially as an accountant. The platform is so well-structured that it allows me to handle accounting tasks without needing in-depth expertise. During the transition of one of my clients, I interacted with several customer service representatives, and I must commend the outstanding support I received from their support team. She went above and beyond to help me resolve the challenges we faced during our first bank reconciliation. Please pass along my compliments to her, she is highly skilled at customer service, attentive, and truly understands the needs of our business. :)

I really think the financial statement would be much more useful if it had better drilling features. This would make analyzing expenses far more practical and efficient.
