Their presentation of the product is really strong and the way they tackle the problem feels unique, I also noticed they respond quickly and I find their customer support to be great.

user interface is quite overwhelming and I think it needs more work to become truly convenient. Even with the tech and auto-drafting features, I still see productivity staying lower than I'd expect.
