Law Practice, 1-10 employees
“simple to manage”
Pros
After using it for many years, it has remained very simple to run and maintain. It also makes it easy to see exactly where time was spent.
Cons
I wish it included the ability to send email reminders to clients with overdue bills since the current system doesn't support that.

“Handles time tracking and billing well”
Pros
For decades, this program has handled time tracking and billing for every attorney and paralegal in my law practice, starting in 1986 and continuing through today. Over the years, David Tussman has consistently updated and improved the software and the cloud-based version made it possible for me to keep my practice running remotely after the Bay Area COVID shutdown on March 16, 2020. I still rely on it today.
Cons
I really have not run into any problems with the features and whenever something did come up, the team took care of it quickly.
