Pros

This platform gives you a truly comprehensive and crystal-clear view of every single detail in a case. What really stands out is how seamlessly the calendar is integrated, it's right there when you need it, making scheduling and deadlines feel completely effortless

Easy to navigate with useful tools

Pros

The platform is easy to navigate, it manages huge amounts of data without a problem and it comes packed with useful tools. Also I frequently use the deadline calculator, time tracking features and the Word-compatible document templates, along with critical date reminders and scheduling which are proven helpful.

Cons

I feel like it would be really helpful to have a way to highlight or bold certain fields in the status area making the important information stand out more.

Document management feels scattered since we had to use separate places for everything. There wasn't a unified function to handle all our paperwork in one spot.
