Rolling this LMS out for deployment teams has been very easy. The support team is responsive and stays close when needed which makes a real difference. On the staff side, trainers and learners both navigate it comfortably and the interface feels user-friendly. Because setup is simple, it helps get everyone involved in training and makes knowledge sharing much more natural. From a business standpoint, being able to deploy it easily to a large client base improves profitability while also giving a modern image. Regular updates also show strong quality and responsiveness.

On top of that, the platform includes multiple features that support interaction between learners and trainers, as well as among learners themselves, through comments, discussion forums and shared reactions.

For instance, it isn't possible to automatically repeat certain trainings, admin roles by population are lacking and translating training titles is only available through an additional option.

Platform was easy thanks to the strong onboarding process and responsive customer support. There are plenty of learning resources available, the interface is user-friendly and implementation was simple. Tracking learning progress works really well and I also appreciate that new features and functionality are being added regularly to keep improving both the admin and user experience.

I'd still welcome more customization options for the learning platform especially the ability to turn certain features on or off when needed, such as the quick-feedback option shown at the bottom of every page.
