GREAT platform for creators

Pros

From a user standpoint, the platform is very appealing and easy to use. Content creators really appreciate the freedom it offers, along with its simplicity. For training experts, it also works well since they can support creators and help them achieve very professional results.

Cons

The social interaction section built into the tool isn't something we're interested in, yet it's mandatory and takes up quite a bit of space on the right side.

powerful LMS with standout customization

Pros

Using this LMS has been a really impressive experience. Its compatibility with a wide variety of design formats makes the platform highly customizable and gives you a lot of control over the overall user experience. If there's a format you want to bring into the system, chances are you can make it work. It's user-friendly while still being very capable and several of its features are exceptional when it comes to delivering a strong learning experience. The genuinely collaborative learning tools make interaction between learners and facilitators feel far more engaging and refreshing and the level of data detail lets you really explore what's performing well and where improvements are needed.

Cons

One thing I'd still love to see is a more customizable interface for learners. Having more detailed control over what they see and exactly where elements are placed would make it even better.

packed with standout features

Pros

There are a lot of impressive features on this platform. Users can rate tasks and courses to give quick feedback on the content and the site also supports video capture and screencasting. It even has a social element that feels similar to Facebook. With both private and public groups available, there are plenty of options for branching and organizing engagement. It's very easy for both content providers and end users to work with. Because the system is so user-friendly, we were able to learn it quickly and get it up and running without much delay.

Cons

The wide range of features is both a benefit and a drawback since it can sometimes take a while to fully learn everything.

Pros

System is up and running quite well for us. The team enjoys using both the app and the desktop version and most people picked up the system very quickly. A few parts are not completely clear at first sight but the platform keeps improving and the support team is always open to feedback.

Cons

Still a few things that could make the system more convenient, such as improving the homepage display, allowing password assignment and making it possible to assign modules.

Clean dashboards

Pros

Using this has been very easy and the dashboards look much cleaner and more organized. It also works really well because there's no need for Articulate 360 or SCORM files since we can use Geniallies instead to handle interactive and gamified learning content.

Cons

One thing that's still missing is a bookmarking feature when working with embedded Geniallies.

Right away the platform feels well put together. It offers high-quality, up-to-date content that is genuinely useful for anyone wanting to learn new skills or improve in their field. Ergonomic and efficient collaboration

Pros

Getting the product adopted by our teams was very easy thanks to its user-friendly design. Database management and structuring are also much simpler which saves us time. We can use the forum as a practical way to communicate and exchange with colleagues and the user management tools are simple while still being very effective.

Cons

One thing still missing is automatic reports at the end of each session for our learners. That said this feature is already planned for 2023 following our request.

Pros

The collaborative side works really well especially the forum, quick reactions and spontaneous feedback which fit naturally with digitally savvy users. On the content creation side, the authoring tool is very advanced, with a wide range of integrations and formats and it feels fairly simple to learn and use.

Cons

Because there are so many features, it can sometimes take a while to fully get comfortable with everything. That is both its biggest strength and its weak point. I am thinking in particular about the subtleties around roles, catalogs and distribution methods such as learning paths versus sessions. This is mainly an admin-side concern.

Pros

Using the platform is enjoyable for learners and the learning experience feels pleasant overall. On the training management side, the features are moving in the right direction as well, with more flexibility being added over time.

Cons

On the other hand, the platform management side is not ergonomic at all for the people responsible for running it, whether they are authors, facilitators, or administrators. There is also a major lack of a proper group tree structure which makes it far too complicated to track group hierarchy. That is a critical issue when checking user roles and permissions, as well as training visibility.

The tools are very simple to pick up which made rollout across the teams much simpler. The product support is excellent as well and the follow-up from the it team has been very strong throughout.

Cons
