Rich tools and great support

Pros

Support from the IT teams is appropriate and helpful. It also gives us the option to use many external tools to create content in different formats such as video, SCORM and presentations.

Cons

The reference points and interface habits can change after the tool's different updates.

Solid product with unparalleled support

Pros

A flexible and versatile product with a modern design allowing for easy organization of blended learning sessions. The support team is highlighted as a significant strength.

Cons

Honestly I don't identify any weaknesses. While the authoring tool has room for improvement it's part of the redesign roadmap.

flexible platform with standout support

Pros

Right away, the flexibility of this product stands out because it can be adapted in so many ways that the possibilities feel almost limitless. I honestly think it can work well for most organizations. Another big plus is the modern look of the platform which really helps appeal to learners who are sensitive to design and presentation. The solution is also highly versatile and lets you do a lot without relying on third-party tools. For instance, blended learning sessions can be organized and managed entirely within the platform which saves a huge amount of time. User statistics are also very simple to track, whether through the dashboard or by exporting the data. Collaboration is clearly built into the core of the tool too which helps create a strong internal dynamic as long as it is properly facilitated. Above all, the support team is probably its biggest strength. Working with people who are reliable, efficient and relevant in their responses is genuinely a pleasure. On top of that, our suggestions are consistently taken into account when the solution is being redesigned.

Cons

Honestly I do not see any real weak points at the moment. The only area that could still be improved is the authoring tool but the positive part is that this is already included in the redesign roadmap.

It has the same issue as many other tools, it doesn't always adapt perfectly to every digital platform, although the support team is very responsive.

Simple e-learning creation

Pros

This platform feels very natural. Creating e-learning content is simple and it barely takes any onboarding to figure out how everything works. The interface is very simple so putting a course together is quick and easy.

Cons

The reporting and dashboard in it are really poor and need a lot of improvement.

powerful training platform

Pros

Right out of the gate, this platform covers all the standard features each role needs. The mobile app and learner interface are very user-friendly, authors get social network-style feeds and content can be integrated easily from both internal and external sources. Administrators also have access to mixed-device support and a set of advanced capabilities that make the platform highly scalable. Overall it's an excellent choice for training programs that need room to grow.

Cons

Group transfers for users could be handled more effectively. Also, when creating a training session, any setting changes have to be made before the session ends. If something needs to be adjusted afterward, you have to close the current session, update the settings and then launch a new one.

Perfect for organizational planning.

Pros

Its a fantastic platform for our organization to plan, develop, deploy, and evaluate training. The evaluation data at the conclusion particularly struck me. The data is crucial for choosing the following phases in the training and development program.

Cons

When making a cheat sheet in the content box, Id prefer "template options." Even though the LMS has suggestions, it would be helpful to have a list of "tried and tested" samples that could be changed.

interactive training game changer

Pros

After spending a lot of time running live trainings and meetings with Google Slides and similar tools, moving to it has completely changed the experience for me. The level of interactivity, the easy access and usability, the blended training options, scheduled sessions and the reporting insights have really expanded what we're able to do in L&D. The more I discover about what it can handle, the more impressed I am. On top of that, their customer service has been fantastic. Whenever I run into a question someone is available to help by email or even a video call, depending on what works best for me. That kind of support has been incredibly important in helping me build my knowledge and confidence with the platform.

Cons

it does offer a knowledge base for answering questions which is helpful but I've noticed it often only covers part of what I need. To get the complete answer, I usually still have to contact the customer service team. They've always been wonderful and do help me get exactly the information I'm looking for but it would definitely be better if the articles went into more detail. I imagine that will improve over time.

Effective onboarding at scale

Pros

It's an effective training solution for onboarding large numbers of new hires as soon as they arrive which makes mass training much more manageable.

Cons

There still aren't enough filtering options to access statistics quickly and make proper use of them. It's also not possible to assign the enrolled employee's manager from the start so you have to go back into the employee's profile afterward to add that information.

360Learning: A Game Changer.

Pros

The manner in which classes are put into practice and the development of program templates is fascinating to me. Its not too hard to understand. I like that there is a social component to 360Learning that enables users to comment and provide feedback. Thanks to 360Learning, we were able to reduce the amount of face-to-face instruction during the pandemic.

Cons

Even though there should be a wider variety of options for the creation of courses, the ones that are already available are very good.

The best educational training software I have ever used!

Pros

We used 360 learning for training on our new products for more than 300 members of our staff. Every day, we are able to save more time and money thanks to 360 Learning. In addition, we have improved our ability to track both the personnel who have completed their training and those who have not yet completed it. It represents a significant advancement for the production staff that we have.

Cons

We had some complaints, not too big, but still, it is better to address them. A few of the functions were initially not entirely intuitive to use. Still, we just requested improvement, and 360 Learning promptly implemented the request.

My first LMS software and here’s how I feel about it!

Pros

This software can swiftly develop content and connect to other content platforms (i.e., YouTube). My first LMS experience was with this system. Although I cant compare it to anything, it seems intuitive.

Cons

We are unable to contact someone to request assistance swiftly. The terms of our contract require us to submit an assistance request. Response time on this can range from under six to twenty-four hours.

One of the most reliable content delivery platforms.

Pros

The platform has so many wonderful features. Users can score tasks and courses for rapid feedback on the content, and the site includes a cool feature to capture video and screencast. There is also a social component akin to Facebook. There is a mobile app as well as excellent user stats and analytics.

Cons

The video search function isnt as comprehensive as it should be. Instead of looking through every video that is available, it just searches for the ones that the user has already watched. They are attempting to solve this problem. Other little improvements might also be beneficial.

One of the best digital platforms for educators!

Pros

The software was designed to be user-friendly and features an intuitive and ergonomic interface. It simplifies the process of managing training sessions and producing material. In addition, the majority of training catalogs are compatible, which makes it very simple for us to provide all of the courses that our partners require on a single platform.

Cons

The part where you create your own courses could use more creative elements. However, additional features for updating courses will be included in the subsequent release of the platform.

360Learning: simple and logical.

Pros

We have been having a great time partnering up with 360. The software is simple and logical. In addition, the staffs accessibility is a platform for a sizable group of people, such as managers and decision-makers, who are not necessarily required to attend a course.

Cons

There is a chat or email hotline, which is a bit messy. Sometimes its best just to consult a professional. The instant save prevents you from returning if you accidentally delete an application.
