The Best Tool for Collaborative Learning

Pros

Incredibly easy deployment and use with a userfriendly interface similar to Netflix or social media. Responsive support and continuous updates based on customer feedback are highlighted.

Cons

The search functionality is a significant pain point and customization options for the homepage design are desired. Additionally more robust authoring tools are needed for achieving the desired impact on learning.

Fantastic rollout and support

Pros

Using it day to day has been just as easy. Compared with other LMS options, one of its biggest strengths is how quickly people can get comfortable with it. The UX/UI feels a lot like Netflix or social media so users instinctively understand where to click and how to find what they need. That familiarity was especially valuable during our initial company-wide rollout when we needed to move fast for about 350 employees. The authoring side is also very approachable and it has been simple for me to coach and train others on how to use it effectively. Another thing that stands out is how seriously they take customer feedback. They clearly listen and make frequent updates which is excellent even if it can sometimes be a little disruptive once people are used to doing things a certain way. On top of that, their support team and account managers are responsive, dependable, quick to act and genuinely helpful.

Cons

The weakest part for me is the search functionality. It really does not perform well and that creates ongoing problems when employees try to locate the learning content they need. I would also appreciate more flexibility to customize the homepage design so we could better highlight certain sections or courses based on our organization's priorities. In addition, the authoring tools could be more powerful because I still need to rely on outside tools to create the kind of learning experience and impact I am aiming for.

flexible training management

Pros

Different departments can build their own courses and the platform also lets teams report their training needs. Bringing a new tool like this into the company does take some time but it's definitely worth the investment. The processes fit in well and getting up to speed is quick. It covers both our internal and external training needs and the support team has been very helpful, responsive, attentive and genuinely useful whenever needed.

Cons

One thing that could make it even better would be more dashboard customization especially for tracking the statistics that matter most to you.

mobile learning that scales

Pros

It's fairly easy to use and one of the biggest advantages is being able to share content with a large number of learners who can go through it at their own pace right from their smartphones.

Cons

There haven't been any major difficulties to mention and the platform's regular updates and ongoing improvements make it feel like an LMS that keeps up well with our needs.

Stellar experience

Pros

I think 360Learnings staff are the companys greatest asset, and I value them highly. Although 360Learning is a wonderful tool, it would not exist without the people that help its clients. I particularly appreciate how the interactive elements foster interaction between coworkers during training sessions. Pitch is a terrific approach to replace the conventional PowerPoint and keep staff participating in training sessions.

Cons

The only potential drawback is that your firm might not have enough internal resources to work on implementing 360Learning. This relies on the state of training at your organization at the moment. However, this would be far simpler for businesses that already have training programs and want to improve them.

A great e-learning tool.

Pros

Their customer service is just excellent, particularly for IT issues. The possibility of collaborating with several authors on the design of e-learning modules is a great feature we can utilize. Our coworkers really love the chat section. Its easy to use and alter reports, which are useful for managers to be aware of how their teams are doing.

Cons

As I have already mentioned, their customer support is amazing, so it is a given that I do not have a lot to complain about. Whenever I complain regarding any issue, they get right to work on resolving it right away. They are just pleasant to talk to.

Not The Best Yet But Certainly On Track To Be

Pros

The ability to author content quickly sets 360Learning apart offering a great user experience.

Cons

The live session feature has considerable room for improvement especially compared to competitors offering events pages easy signup Zoom integrations and a less intrusive automatic timeout feature.

A nice platform to use simple and complete

Pros

The platform is the easiest to use and adapt to making it effective for occasional content creators.

Cons

An interface update some time ago while forewarned could have been smoother with the option to parallelly use the previous version for a few weeks.

360Learning Review

Pros

The intuitive and userfriendly nature of 360 Learning is its best part.

Cons

Some functions are too similar and consolidating them such as learning paths and programs would be beneficial. Additionally deleting accounts doesn't remove them entirely from all groups and the ability to impersonate accounts for better instructions is desired.

Fast authoring but weak live sessions

Pros

Keeping up in a fast-moving tech environment means we need to create content quickly and this platform helps us build courses at a good pace. That speed matters a lot for our team and it also results in courses our learners genuinely enjoy and have a very positive experience with. The overall user experience is definitely one of the strongest parts of the product.

Cons

The live session functionality still leaves a lot to be desired especially when you compare it with competitors that provide event pages, simple sign-up and registration, Zoom integration and other useful options. Another feature that sits near the bottom of the list for us is the automatic timeout while learners are going through content. After 15 minutes of inactivity, it resets their progress instead of letting them continue where they stopped. That becomes a major frustration when a video or activity runs longer than 15 minutes.

quick adoption for occasional authors

Pros

After benchmarking several options, this platform was clearly the simplest to work with and the fastest to get comfortable using. Unless you are very technical and have a small group of authors who can dedicate time to the initial learning phase, the other platforms felt much more complicated. They also were not nearly as effective for people who only create content a few days each year which is exactly the situation with our internal subject-matter experts.

Cons

A while back, one of the updates changed the interface quite a bit. Even though we had been notified in advance, I still would have preferred a more gradual transition, with both versions available side by side for a few weeks.

Amazing platform experience

Pros

One of the biggest strengths of this software is how simple it feels. The system is very user-friendly and simple to navigate which makes working in it much more comfortable.

Cons

A few parts of the system could be improved. Some features feel too similar and would make more sense if they were combined into one, like learning paths and programs. Also, when accounts are deleted, they are not fully removed from every group if the user belongs to a private group. As the owner of the platform, I'd also like the ability to impersonate user accounts so I can view their homepage exactly as they see it and give learners better guidance.

excellent support and team visibility

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how responsive the customer support team is especially when it comes to technical issues. It is also very helpful that several authors can collaborate on creating e-learning modules. The chat section is something our colleagues genuinely appreciate and the reports are simple to adjust and use. It is also valuable for managers to have clear visibility into their teams' progress.

Cons

Nothing specific to point out since customer support has been able to resolve most of the issues we have run into.

powerful tools for scaling training

Pros

When we needed to roll out remote training quickly, IT's offering really won us over. The practical side of the platform made a big difference especially the content creation tools, the ability to organize courses into learning blocks and the built-in tools for collaborative content production. All of that helped us meet our goals and launch our training offers at scale. We were also supported throughout the entire process by the IT team, who helped us put the right e-learning best practices in place.

Cons

The only downside is related to the architecture of our IT platform because we can't clearly view the groups and subgroups in one click. The IT team remains available and can provide us with a snapshot at a given moment. Hopefully that will be improved in a future update.

The best tool that will bring everything you need to one digital place!

Pros

Our face-to-face programs have been successfully converted to online and blended learning thanks to 360 Learning. It has been excellent to create courses that involve virtual webinars. It eliminates the need to send out multiple emails and diary invitations and allows students to have all they need in one location.

Cons

I would only love to be able to design non-linear courses, and that is all. However, even while paths can do this, it would be excellent to have it as a part of courses. So, we can make sure a course is finished while still letting the order be flexible.

When it comes to LMS, 360Learning is my absolute favorite, but mobile applications can be better.

Pros

Something I found worthy of appreciation is the variety of courses 360 provides, along with their layout. Students particularly like the option to ask questions regarding the modules. The process of creating modules is incredibly straightforward and collaborative. It enables the inclusion of many animations, which is highly beneficial. Overall, the program is pretty comprehensive.

Cons

There are sometimes minor display errors between the applications on Android or Apple. But this is a minor issue. For example, learning items are not (yet) shown on the homepage, and automatic emails focus too much on the news feed.

360learning is my absolute favorite when it comes to team learning!

Pros

360learning customer service is hands down my favorite aspect of the company. I believe my requests or comments have been heard and addressed, from sales to customer success (and beyond). I feel comfortable working with the 360learning team, and this is incredibly helpful.

Cons

As an entertainment firm, we have high standards for our products to give our employees the most incredible experience. So, although we believe there is room for development on that front, we are confident in the most incredible experience.
