Valuable evaluation insights

Pros

The evaluation data at the end is the part that impressed me most. It provides meaningful information and really helps with deciding the next steps for training and development programs.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is template options when creating a cheat sheet inside the content box. The LMS does offer suggestions but having a selection of proven sample templates to pick from and customize would make that process even better.

perfect training management

Pros

Using this software feels very natural thanks to its user-friendly, ergonomic and simple design. It really simplifies both training session management and content creation. Another big advantage is that it works with most training catalogs which makes it very practical to offer all courses to our employees through a single platform.

Cons

The course authoring area could use more gamification features.

3.0

Great for uninitiated companies on the learning fast-track.

Pros

360Learning is ideal for a new company venturing into online learning. Since the product is fresh in the market, it still offers much room for capabilities expansion. In addition, it is straightforward to use for someone without much previous experience in IT/Tech.

Cons

The occasional problem or technical issue still appears as it continues to expand into new and fascinating avenues. These can frequently take some time to get corrected since there are just two ways to contact Zendesk: via email or the built-in widget. Also, you need to be careful when organizing your workflows, since platform upgrades, even if they only last 10 minutes, might disrupt a 2-hour window right in the middle of the work day (not a good experience!).

You should give it a try

Pros

360 Learning is easy to use with continuous platform improvements for a pleasant user experience. Partnerships with creation tools enhance content quality.

Cons

Despite the 360L team providing qualitative content for better understanding the beta phase of new functionalities might be prolonged. However the platform is overall satisfying.

360Learning YOUR LAST LMS

Pros

The platform's user engagement features create a positive workplace culture.

Cons

Some additional features like pinning a post or customizing the portal view would be beneficial as the platform continues to grow its LXP component. Despite this the platform is recommended for launching an LMS in any company.

Modern content and clear dashboards

Pros

Using this platform has been very easy for us. One thing we really appreciate is that the IT teams continuously update and refine it which gives our learners a pleasant user experience and thoughtful access to our content. Another big advantage is its partnerships with well-known content creation tools which helps us build and deliver more modern learning materials. Since we mainly use it internally, the dashboards and statistics are also very valuable because they are simple to read and analyze.

Cons

Although the it teams provide quality resources to help users understand new features, through communication, e-learning modules, support teams and more, the beta phase of these functionalities can sometimes last for several months. As a result even when these new developments clearly address real user needs, it can still be challenging to promote them effectively to our learners. Aside from that, we are genuinely very satisfied with the platform.

agile platform and responsive support

Pros

What I appreciate most is its simplicity, agility and decentralized approach, anyone can create content, publish it and keep it active. The product keeps evolving as well which is a real advantage. The team genuinely listens to customer feedback, stays alert to emerging needs and continuously improves the solution. That matters even more because users come from very different cultures, industries and organization sizes so one customer's experience ends up benefiting others. On top of that, being a customer also means joining a valuable community of practice. And the support deserves a mention too, we've never been left stuck.

Cons

Honestly there is very little to complain about. The support team is efficient and my requests or issues have always been handled quickly.

Perfect engagement and workplace culture

Pros

One of the biggest draws of this platform is how well it supports user engagement. The interface feels very simple and it gives teams room to build and encourage a positive workplace culture.

Cons

A few added features would make the platform even better. As the LXP side continues to grow, it would be really helpful to have options like pinning a post, customizing what appears on the portal and viewing the platform from the end-user perspective without needing to create an account. Even with that, the platform is awesome overall and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone planning to launch an LMS in their company.

collaborative learning that delivers

Pros

One of the biggest strengths of this tool is its collaborative learning aspect. It gives us the ability to interact with learners and support them throughout their learning journey. Another real advantage is that the contacts are clearly identified and available whenever we need help with implementing our projects.

Cons

Becoming fully comfortable with all the tool's features takes time especially when it comes to understanding its environment and the different options it offers. That said this is a necessary step if you want to get the most out of the LMS and optimize how it works.

engaging content and learner interaction

Pros

It gives us the flexibility to create content for everyone and the interaction with learners is a really valuable part of using it.

Cons

At times, learners can end up seeing too much information depending on the roles assigned to them. Even with that, the profile management is still a strong advantage.

Fantastic collaborative learning platform

helpful onboarding and relevant enablement

Pros

It really helps train sales teams since they only have to click a link to get started. The support and onboarding from the CSMs are very valuable as well, with regular follow-up that makes a difference. The newer enablement features are also very relevant, including recording capabilities.

Cons

Getting sales teams to actively adopt the tool can be complicated. At times, the user experience also feels a bit tough and not very ergonomic especially with the need to create a module inside a path inside a session. Another downside is that support is only available through a single channel.

360Learning is helping our startup homogenize knowledge around a dailychanging product

Pros

Emphasizing the social learning aspect allowing SMEs to lead programs for accurate information dissemination.

Cons

Compared to other options explored the interface could use an update. Aesthetically my concerns are minimal as the functions are what convinced me.

powerful social learning platform

Pros

One of the biggest strengths is the social learning component. Our results really come from giving individual subject matter experts the ability to build and run programs centered on their own expertise. That empowerment helps us share knowledge more quickly while still keeping the information highly accurate.

Cons

After reviewing 12 different LMS platforms before deciding on this one, the interface is the one area that feels like it could use a refresh. That said my issue is only with the visual design, the functionality is ultimately what convinced me to go with it.

Simple and flexible management

Pros

It's very simple, quick to adapt to and the management features work wonderfully.

Cons

The images and menu could be improved and it would be better if connectivity demands were lower. On mobile connections below 4G, the app doesn't perform as well as it should, although that seems to be more related to bandwidth limitations.
