It is a very user friendly and comprehensive tool for creating training courses. My company has successfully built a fairly substantial and professional course catalog with it.
Cons
The platform does not really allow for earning formal diplomas and there is no way to interact with industry professionals.

Pros
The best thing about 360Learning is definitely its usability and how fast everything is. Creating courses is simple, we can add updates quickly and the whole platform is well-organized and clearly structured.
Cons
Honestly very little comes to mind that was negative. The only real limitation we have found is the cap on how many courses you can add to the platform.

360Learning platform is a reliable tool and makes it incredibly simple for us to create and manage training modules.
Cons
It is frustrating that you can not fully duplicate a module to just make a few quick changes. Also when loading existing questions, you have to duplicate them instead of using them as-is which adds extra steps. For enrollments, I would love it if the fields would auto-fill for a learner from a specific store. Right now I have to type all the information again unless I just created another learner for that same store which is not very efficient.

The ease of use, the handy mobile app and the engaging, participatory format are all absolutely great features that we love.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the support system is quite rigid as we cannot rename terms like paths or journeys which are not always clear and are hard to explain. Long text entries also get cut off. I have given the support team a lot of feedback on this.

It is built for a global audience, links perfectly with our existing LMS and has a fantastic platform structure. We were expertly advised and supported throughout the entire deployment project. The AI tools, the self-learning options for authors and managers and how easy it is to use after training are all amazing. We also love the Engagement Academy, the active user community, helpful webinars, ready to use communication kits and the quick, effective answers we always get from support.
Cons
There is not a catalog of pre-made e-learning modules that we could purchase. I feel like it would also be helpful to reach support via online chat. Having pre-established, multi-language learning paths for different job roles would be a great feature.

This is a very compliant and helpful training management product. I find it reliable, simple to use and can automatically generate quizzes based on the module's content. Also it reports learning progress perfectly, tracks reminders, is fairly easy to integrate and has a a pretty user friendly environment that users love.
Cons
You cannot pick and choose specific submodules to learn from a larger course and I noticed there is no proper backup feature available.
