What really stands out to me about 360Learning is the ability to upload videos directly into a classroom. Then, anyone on our team can watch them and answer related questions right there. You can even mark feedback directly on the video timeline which is incredibly useful for pinpointing specific moments.

Well the support from the 360Learning project team is excellent and the available academy for learning the tool is proven pretty helpful for us too. The platform also provides a wide range of options for creating truly engaging and effective e-learning content.

Its user experience isn't the most simplest for our learners so I feel like it could be more user friendly. The customization options could also be better for instance, it would be great to automatically set images based on the skills linked to a module, rather than having to do it manually.

Having more options for creating content would be a big help. Plus I think the reporting features also need to be stronger and there are frequent updates to keep track of for the platform to work well which users should know about to get the most from the software.

The group hierarchy is not clearly visible and the sign-up process for classroom sessions is not logical as it takes three clicks just to register for a specific time slot.
