“powerful platform for blended learning”
Pros
Our team relies on it to deliver blended learning that mixes in-person workshops, webinar masterclasses and e-learning modules. The platform makes it possible to build this kind of complex training journey while keeping the experience fluid and accessible for learners. From a teaching perspective, it works especially well for fairly long courses where we need to reinforce and track skill retention throughout the program which is exactly why we selected this LMS to begin with. On top of that, the platform has proven to be very reliable, in the two years we've been using it, we haven't had a single service outage or blocking issue. Access is very easy and whenever questions come up, the online help resources are detailed and genuinely useful. Another strong point is the level of control it gives us over learner usage, along with the flexibility to adjust content when needed.
Cons
At this point, I really haven't run into any issues that couldn't be resolved quickly on the platform.

Pros
Implemented for largescale training with thousands of participants providing a quick and reliable hotline.

For SPOC or COOC all required features are present. For MOOC a participant map and the ability for participants to contact each other in a similar territory are missed.

“Good software”
Pros
Running online learning at scale has worked really well for us. I'm with a French environmental and social NGO and we have more than 160,000 people on our IT platform. Over the past five years, we've launched one MOOC each year along with several online training programs for our clients, including CAC40 companies. We've been able to roll out MOOCs with up to 40,000 participants without difficulty. Trainers don't need deep knowledge of the website to build content because the platform is simple to use. We were also expecting strong support given the number of participants and the hotline delivered, responses were fast, with most of our questions answered within 24 hours and the help was reliable. The platform's tools, such as tracking, customization and emailing, help us monitor participants effectively and tailor the learning experience to their individual paths. Thanks to that, we've reached an average completion rate of 14% on our MOOCs and our 2019 MOOC was even voted MOOC of the year in France by a panel of professionals.
Cons
For SPOCs and COOCs, it already includes all the features we need. On the MOOC side, the only things we really miss are a participant map and a way for learners in the same area to connect with one another. That said we know this is a very specific need tied to our own use case.

“nationwide learning made simple”
Pros
With teams spread all over the country, we needed a better way to align our learning channels. Partners and employees were spending far too much time traveling to Paris and getting information out quickly across the network was also a challenge. Choosing to work with them and formalizing the partnership felt like the obvious next step for us.
Cons
Right from the design stage of this large-scale project covering 1,300 stores and 7,000 employees, their team was fully committed. We had a lot of necessary meetings to clarify needs, technical details and identify the right stakeholders and the whole process went really well. Their recommendations were consistently relevant and they stayed involved at every major milestone.

“Powerful knowledge sharing platform”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is how it helps employees build each other's skills by sharing their expertise across the organization. The authoring tool is very user-friendly and with just a little guidance on making content engaging, almost anyone can put together compelling courses for learners. The social features matter a lot too. Rolling out new technology is already difficult but giving learners a way to talk with each other and interact with the course instructor makes the whole experience feel much closer to the in-person training they're used to.
Cons
A few parts of the platform still need improvement especially the blended learning feature. That said the team has clearly shown a strong commitment to improving the product through regular updates and quick responses to user feedback. The areas I'd like to see improved are not critical to how I use the software but I'd still love to see them addressed in the near future.

I am happy that 360 Learning offers a contemporary design with a clear and functional layout, along with the capability for blended learning within a single program.

“modern design and flexible learning”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels modern, clean and very practical. The layout is simple so it feels natural for users to navigate. Having blended learning built into one program has been especially valuable because it helps us cover the needs of different types of learners. Our team also really enjoys the badging feature and the option to create our own certificates. I'd love to see even more expansion around personalized badging in the future.
Cons
One area that could use some improvement is how programs and webinars are assigned. That said the success team is consistently very involved and genuinely receptive to feedback. I've even seen suggestions I shared get passed along to the developers and eventually turned into new features.

“Perfect fit for team training”
Pros
After spending more than a year comparing different LMS options, our team ended up choosing this one because it checked every box we needed. The software is very user-friendly which was a big factor for us. We have just under 200 employees right now and as the company grows, we needed a reliable way to deliver training quickly and efficiently to teams spread across different locations. 360 is going to help us do exactly that. One of the biggest reasons this platform stood out was that even someone without a formal learning and development background can still build highly effective training with only a few simple instructions.
Cons
Honestly I'm very happy with the platform overall and excited about the upgrades that are being introduced. If I could add one thing to future updates, it would be the option to display multiple quiz questions on the same page.

“modern platform with smart reporting”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels polished thanks to its modern, attractive interface. The functional scope fits our needs very well and having both the content creation side (LMS) and the distribution side brought together in one place is a real advantage. Building content and publishing it is both easy and efficient. On top of that, the statistics and reporting tools help us adjust content almost in real time based on user feedback.
Cons
A few features are still missing, such as a "See as user XXX" view or centralized badge management. That said the platform keeps improving over time.

“Simple workflow and strong mobile access”
Pros
Using Book has been very easy, with a clean and user-friendly experience overall. The mobile version also works really well which makes it convenient to manage things on the go. Another plus is how effectively it handles groups and access permissions.
Cons
The editor feels limited especially since there's no option to work with HTML or CSS. Quiz functionality is also fairly weak and could use more depth and flexibility.

Pros
Creating modules and training courses on this platform was really easy. Even without any development background, I was able to put together great training and monitoring tools that helped optimize the time spent on theoretical training.

“modern multilingual platform”
Pros
As an end user, the platform feels very user-friendly and comfortable to navigate and the multilingual interface with 10 languages makes it accessible for teams around the world. The design is clean, modern and pleasant to use. Personalizing the experience only takes a few clicks, whether it's changing the language, updating a profile or photo, or adjusting notifications. On the admin side, it comes across as a smaller but quickly expanding company led by energetic, motivated people who stay engaged even after the purchase. We received strong support to make the deployment secure, with one main contact coordinating everything thoroughly. Content creation is both quick and efficient, it can be produced internally and still look very decent, while outsourced design can make it look extremely polished and impressive. Publishing is fast as well. The monitoring side is also very complete, with dashboards offering several views and useful data such as course participation rates and the time each learner spends.
Cons
On the end-user side, organizing views can be tricky because the sort and filter options especially in the catalog, are not always simple. From the admin perspective, the app is changing frequently which is positive overall but some upgrades can still be a bit confusing when they arrive. Updating content after it has been published is not always easy either. Member management also continues to be fairly complex, particularly when dealing with groups, roles and labels.

“Collaborative authoring that delivers”
Pros
A big strength of this platform is how collaborative it is, both for building content like training courses and sessions and for working with groups of learners. It feels natural and simple enough that subject-matter experts can use it directly to create simple e-learning materials, while still being flexible enough to handle more advanced content through complementary tools like Genial.ly or external solutions such as Articulate, whether those are developed internally or by outside providers. Another major advantage is how quickly e-learning can be created, published, updated live and then used to run open sessions with very little friction.
Cons
There is nothing I specifically dislike, although there are still a few areas that could be improved. For instance, copying modules could be made simpler and registering co-authors could be better supported not only at the module level but also at the program level, with those rights automatically assigned to the modules included in it. Collaboration between authors could also be improved by making it easier to share resources such as images, documents, files, questions and similar materials.
