“Easy to build customized courses and great service”
Pros
Intuitive for learners simple course content creation and robust support mechanisms including the Engagement Academy and regular webinars.
Cons
Program sessions are rigid requiring redoing open access courses in assigned program sessions. Anticipated improvements with the new Learning Path design are eagerly awaited. The mobile app is minimalist a point being addressed in the new app release.

“Must have”
Pros
Values 360Learning employees as the company's strength praising the interactive component and userfriendly nature.
Cons
The potential downside is the need for enough internal personnel to implement 360Learning. This depends on the current state of the company's training program. For creating a program from the ground up dedicated personnel are crucial.

“powerful support and course creation”
Pros
Getting our training online with this platform has been very easy. It's simple for our learners and building course content is incredibly simple. Since we're a customized product company with our own unique processes, that flexibility mattered a lot. We were able to create courses using just the built-in tools and turn the content we used to deliver onsite at our facilities into online learning. That has helped us tremendously during Covid, with very little disruption to this part of the business. The support team has also been outstanding, quick to respond, highly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. On top of that, the support articles are better than anything we could have documented internally, concise, clear and full of precise step-by-step instructions. The Engagement Academy and regular webinars are also valuable resources they provide to help customers succeed.
Cons
One limitation is that program sessions feel quite limited. If a learner previously completed an open-access course, they still have to retake it within the assigned program session. The upside is that this is expected to change with the new Learning Path design which we're really excited about because it looks like it will be a true game changer. The mobile app is also pretty minimal. It works fine for learners but it doesn't let you do much beyond the basics. That said the it team has been actively improving this as well and the new app release planned before the end of the year looks like it should address that issue.

“engaging training with standout support”
Pros
One thing that really makes this platform stand out is the team behind it. The tool itself is excellent but honestly, it would not be what it is without the people who support and guide clients along the way. I also really enjoy the interactive side of the platform because it gets employees involved with one another during training sessions instead of just passively clicking through content. Another feature I've been especially impressed with is the newer video pitch option. It's been a really effective way to keep employees interested and participating in training while moving away from the usual PowerPoint format. On top of that, the platform is very user-friendly. It did take me some time at first to feel confident enough to start building content but once I got past that initial learning curve, I was surprised by how easy it actually was to use.
Cons
The only real challenge I can point to is having enough internal staff available to properly launch it within your company. That really depends on the current state of your training program. In our case, we are building an entire training program in 360 almost completely from scratch so it has required a lot of work on our end. We have very few people dedicated to the project which makes it feel like very heavy lifting. I can see this being much easier for organizations that already have a training structure in place and just want to improve or expand it. It also would be much more manageable if more internal personnel could be assigned to take ownership of the rollout. That said this issue can definitely be addressed with additional staffing or by bringing in outside help. We've personally had a very positive experience working with OpenSesame for that support.

“Fast rollout and flexible training”
Pros
With a deadline of less than three weeks during the COVID period, we needed to move extremely fast while creating a lot of content and onboarding many people onto the platform at the same time. That ambitious target was achieved thanks to a highly effective onboarding process. The platform is very simple to use from both the administrator and learner side which allowed us to get up to speed quickly, build content efficiently and confidently launch our first training programs. The Customer Success team was consistently available and genuinely committed to helping us onboard properly and that support made a real difference in reaching our objective. On top of that, the flexibility of the platform gives us confidence in converting our in-person programs into strong blended learning experiences. We are still expanding and transforming our training offer and the platform helps us make good use of several engaging formats, including modules and webinars.
Cons
One limitation is that sessions can feel a bit inflexible when changes are needed especially for contextual elements like links or module settings. That said several promising new features are currently being developed which should address this issue and better support our need to build more complex blended learning paths.

“powerful features and responsive support”
Pros
This platform comes with a lot to appreciate. It can handle video recording and screencasting directly within the system and it also includes a social element that feels a bit like Facebook. Users are able to rate tasks and courses which gives quick feedback on the quality of the content. The analytics and user metrics are very strong and having a mobile app is another big plus. The option to create both private and public groups gives plenty of flexibility for how content and communities are organized. On top of that, the customer support has been outstanding. Questions get answered quickly and whenever we've run into challenges, the team has been responsive and proactive. They genuinely try to find a fix or a workable alternative and they are also open to logging enhancement ideas for future updates. It's very simple to use for both content creators and end users and because of that, we were able to learn the system and get launched in a very short amount of time.
Cons
One area that still needs work is the video search. Right now, it only looks through videos a user has already watched instead of searching across the full video library which is limiting for our needs. There are also a few smaller improvements that would make the platform even better. That said the company has been receptive to feedback so I'm optimistic these updates and enhancements will be addressed before long.

“helpful support and strong course delivery”
Pros
Support team has been incredibly helpful whenever my team has questions. There was definitely a learning curve at the beginning but once I got familiar with the system, it really started to feel like it covered everything I need from an LMS. Our team has been able to build coursework quickly and 360 has made it possible to deliver content to participants in effective ways.
Cons
Whenever I can't figure something out, I have to put in a help ticket and wait for a response instead of being able to get an answer right away through live chat. That can slow things down when I'm trying to create new courses or training content. Another challenge is that the site sometimes goes down for maintenance. I understand that maintenance is necessary but getting only 24 hours' notice can be hard to work around. I'd really prefer more advance notice so I can better plan around trainings that fall during that downtime.

“Year-round training catch-up win”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits for our organization is how it keeps training accessible no matter when someone joins. We train large groups of staff over the summer before the school year begins and in the past, anyone hired after those sessions had no real way to catch up. With this in place, staff can start on the first day of summer professional development, the first day of school, or even 60 days into the school year and still complete all of the essential training they need.
Cons
A few of the more limited features can be confusing especially for less experienced authors, coaches and instructors. For instance, if a program session closes before someone finishes the courses, there's no way to reopen it. We've gotten much more comfortable with the platform over time and added more training and support for our team but those limitations definitely caused a lot of frustration early on.

“Updates made queries harder”
Pros
The product is very user-friendly and creating modules and learning paths is something you pick up very quickly. The software is ideal for developing content internally.

“fantastic support and accessible training”
Pros
I have so many positive things to say especially about the support we've received while rolling out this new system. Our CSM andrea, is consistently quick to reply and incredibly helpful whenever something comes up. The platform itself is easy to navigate, makes it simple to build new content and upload what we already have and has made training much more accessible for our team which has been especially valuable with everyone unexpectedly working from home for such an extended time.
Cons
The only problem we've run into and it may honestly be something on our end, is that we often see pop-ups saying the page has timed out which means we have to refresh. We're still figuring out whether it's related to remote work conditions or something we need to raise with 360 but if it does turn out to be on their side, I'm confident they'll respond quickly and help get it resolved.

“fantastic support and flexible training”
Pros
Along with its excellent features and user-friendly interface, one of the strongest parts of Learning 360 is the support from their team. Our contact took the time to understand exactly what we needed and helped us reach that goal in the most effective way. Building training for an entire business is a complex job but the platform makes it much more manageable through its clear structure around users, groups, courses, programs, sessions and more. Once you understand how those layouts work and how they connect, everything starts to make sense and it opens up a lot of possibilities. One of the first major projects we tackled was a company-wide mandatory training program and with support we were able to identify the right setup for the program and sessions, as well as explore the best way to present content-heavy material in a way that stayed accessible and interactive. I'm pleased to say we achieved that and the modular setup of the training program especially through templates, means we now have something long-lasting, adaptable, updateable and efficient for all colleagues. The platform also has a strong social element which feels like a refreshing change from some of the drier systems we had used before. Learners can comment, interact with one another, react to courses and ask questions. That gives instructors a genuine view into how the content is landing and how engaged people are making it possible to adjust in real time and keep learners interested.
Cons
A few more niche features, such as automating recurring programs and sessions, are not available yet. The important word there is "yet," because these features do not seem out of reach and are currently in development.
