Fits all but tricky to start

Pros

It manages our multiple layers of hierarchy & it easyly adjusts to the various audience templates we envisioned. What reassures me most is its adaptability, it can accommodate new rule sets as we roll out expanded training content for learners across different departments and subject area which gives me real confidence in scaling.

Cons

Getting it up and running requires more time and hands-on effort than some of the simpler LMS options, and there's undeniably a learning curve before you feel fully at ease with all the capabilities. From my perspective this added complexity stems from having a wide array of customization choices to suit different user roles and use-case scenarios.

Neat and helpful tool

Pros

Honestly, the layout feels really organized and the portal is very user-friendly. Because I'm in it every day, I appreciate how simple everything is, you don't need any technical knowledge to use the admin dashboard. What stands out most to me is the Help Site. It's loaded with practical resources like troubleshooting guides, news and updates and even a request feature that lets you send questions straight to the team. Their turnaround is impressively quick and the support is consistently warm and helpful which has left a strong positive impression on me.

Cons

I've been pleasantly surprised overall, but there are still a handful of functional options I'd like to see added in upcoming updates. The platform performs reliably, yet I feel it could be enhanced with a few extra features to truly elevate the experience and make daily tasks even smoother.

Adapts well with simple reports

Pros

how interactive and flexible the user interface feels. There are a ton of tools that I can customize to fit different workflows, which lets me get creative when solving tricky issues. In fact, we had a custom feature built for us that went well beyond what we expected and the support team is quick to respond and fixes problems fast.

Cons

To be fair, the reporting capabilities could be more flexibleand feature-rich, although they still get the job done when I need basic insights.

All in one place

Pros

Moving everything into a single learning platform has totally changed things for our team. The layout is easy to use and both learners and administrators are equipped with reliable tools to do their jobs. As we keep adding more courses, I notice that our adoption rates steadily improve and people engage more with the content. Our CSM, Melissa Wu, is phenomenal, she shows up whenever we need support. From removing blockers and answering our questions to laying out simple next steps, she's become an indispensable member of our TED group at URE!

Cons

Easy to use with great support

Pros

It is easy to use for both administrators and learners. Handling courses, users and materials is simple and doesn't require a lot of training or onboarding. Even when I'm not on it daily, the system keeps administrators promptly updated about changes, so whether I'm checking in every day or only quarterly, I stay informed about the newest features and updates. What impresses me most is that Customer Support and the Account Managers actually make an effort to learn clients' names, grasp our particular use cases and then provide tailored advice based on that understanding.

Cons

Most support tickets get resolved fairly quickly, but when an issue turns out to be a bug that requires the development team to investigate, it can drag on for ages. They have to trace the root cause and determine the correct fix, and that investigative work just takes a lot longer. Also, like many LMS products, this one was primarily built for in-house training. When I'm trying to use it with external clients, I often need to invent workarounds. Thankfully the customer success managers are excellent at helping brainstorm practical solutions, which eases the pain.

Support helps fix slow bugs

Pros

I am a big fan of the clean, contemporary design and how adaptable the platform feels. Their customer support has also been top-notch, our CSM, Brittney Kopacki has been absolutely incredible!

Cons

Functionally, the platform falls short of our interactive requirements because we really need more of a workbook-style setup with richer input fields for learners. At the moment we're limited to using the quiz tool since it's the sole component that actually preserves user answers, which forces us into a narrow workflow. If responses could be retained across all modules, that would transform how we build learning experiences. We're also missing finer course access controls inside curriculums, for example, the ability to lock particular sessions behind codes or other gating mechanisms.

Great help, needs more features

Pros

For our organization, putting together a course catalog with tags, priorities and tailored recommendations has been a real game-changer. The implementation team gave outstanding support that helped our rollout go off without a hitch. Because of that, I'm able to assemble courses quickly that genuinely capture learners' interest and motivate them to continue pursuing professional development opportunities.

Cons

It's frustrating to use at times because there are several different ways to do the same thing, which unnecessarily steepens the learning curve. What really bothers me is the inconsistent naming, a feature might be labeled one way in the user interface and appear under a totally different name in reports. That mismatch makes it challenging for me to produce clear, reliable reference materials for the team, and slows down onboarding and documentation efforts overall.

Helpful but confusing to learn

Pros

It provides a huge assortment of applications capable of handling almost any task I throw at it, the breadth of its features is genuinely impressive.

Cons

That said, every extra app drives up the annual bill, which makes scaling costly for smaller teams or budget-strapped government agencies. On top of that, hunting down solutions can be really frustrating, even when the fix is simple it's not always clear where to look. The help resources feel limited, and I've ended up spending far too much time figuring things out because there aren't many external learning materials available.

Pros

The layout is very user-friendly, so I manage to move around every section without difficulty, and picking up how features operate happens quite naturally.

Simple and easy to understand

Pros

Finding employee training records with this platform has been ridiculously easy for our team and the whole implementation went off without a hitch, it barely took any time at all. Our specialist, Christelle, smoothed out the entire rollout, she's so easy to collaborate with and made sure everyone on our side was comfortable and knowledgeable about the features. I appreciated her top-tier customer support. The ADP connector is brilliant because it keeps data synchronized in real time which has taken a lot of work off the plates of our developers. Overall, it's made administrative workflows much cleaner and quicker.

Cons

So far I haven't faced any features or issues that frustrate me or get in the way of using the system.

Quick setup!

Pros

Navigation is simple and after I set up a course the first time, cloning it is incredibly easy. The customization tools really impress me, they allow me to tailor the look and functionality so the platform aligns perfectly with our company's websites and internal systems. Bringing everything online was smoother than I expected and my colleagues got comfortable with it quickly. Because we're deploying this across several departments, having that unified appearance and user experience makes training and daily use much simpler for everyone involved.

Cons

I find the reporting tools a bit restrictive. I need more flexibility to slice and dice the data so I can view metrics from multiple perspectives. We're planning to try their BI solution, Analyze, in the near future to see whether it gives us the advanced reporting capabilities we're missing.

Perfect for our needs

Pros

I've been very impressed by the customer support, particularly the help we've received from Kirsten Spak. She's very knowledgeable and patient, always addressing our problems quickly and helping everything function smoothly. The continued assistance from her and the whole team has been outstanding. The platform itself is easy to adopt and roll out and it connects simplely with the software systems we already use. Overall, excellent support and smooth integration.

Cons

There really isn't anything negative to note, we're fully satisfied with this product and every feature it offers.

Best-in-class customer service

Pros

The interface is really simple and easy to use and I find it very interactive. Whenever I need assistance, their support team replies quickly and effectively and I like that it integrates smoothly with LinkedIn Learning and ADP.

Cons

I've felt the platform's feature set is a bit limited compared with other LMSs I've worked with. For example, there isn't a way for me to configure multiple approval stages for course requests, which gets annoying. On top of that, the Analyze module is fairly complex and not very simple to use.

Good basics, needs more power

friendly tool with best support

Pros

I am really impressed with the customer service team, they're fantastic and always helpful. The interface strikes me as very user-friendly, so bringing new team members up to speed is super easy. Since we put this system in place, I've noticed steady growth.

Cons

Every so often I notice a disconnect between the main system and add-on modules such as Create and Engage, they don't always sync together as smoothly as I would expect.

best system and easy to learn

Pros

I've really enjoyed working with the platform and navigation feels interactive and we uncovered capabilities that far exceeded what we originally expected. Getting it implemented was simple because our IPM, Lis, patiently walked us through everything as we climbed the learning curve and tailored the setup to match our workflow. She made sure we grasped the system completely so we'd be ready for any changes down the road.

Cons

I think the learner portal would benefit from more visual themes and layout choices, there aren't many styles to pick from right now. It would be helpful to have hover-over explanations on the portal settings so you can see what each option does instead of digging through notes every time. Fortunately, that hasn't been a serious issue for us because we received comprehensive training at the start.

Perfect for phone and computer

Pros

What draws me in most about this platform is how much it focuses on the user experience, whether I'm hopping on from a desktop or a phone. Over the past year we've had more than two thousand people use it, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive across the board. Navigating the interface is remarkably smooth which makes managing courses and learning feel almost easy. I use it every day on a variety of devices and it never comes across as clunky or outdated. The whole design feels modern and very alignd.The integration was totally stress-free, so adding it to our existing systems didn't create any major headaches. Coming from an environment where our previous LMS couldn't export properly and I had to map data by hand, I really appreciated how our Success Manager Greg and integration specialist Ajith helped us get everything functional within a month.The features cover pretty much every educational need I can imagine, from in-depth analytics to flexible, customizable learning paths. The learning libraries alone have changed how we deliver continuing education to our learners. On top of that, the creation tools are so easy to use that building courses has become easy, we can now create high-quality, targeted training that truly supports our culture of continuous learning. What sets this platform apart for me is the outstanding customer service. They're quick to respond, genuinely attentive, and really care about fixing problems. Every interaction has felt more than satisfactory, it's been exceptional. The team clearly has the expertise and the drive to turn any LMS idea into reality. They don't shy away from a challenge and if they don't immediately have an answer they'll put in the effort to track one down. The path toward more empowered learning has been both rewarding and supported by a team that stays involved well after purchase and integration. At this point it's not even a matter of whether to adopt it, for me the only question is why we didn't switch sooner.

Cons

The main annoyance I've faced is that the search needs at least three characters to return results, which becomes frustrating when I'm trying to find users with very short names. Other than that, the few issues I've raised have been addressed through updates and the company's responsive handling of feedback.

Helpful guide but slow support

Pros

Working with David McDonald during the implementation felt great, he walked us through every step and was absolutely fantastic. He remained attentive and responsive even with all my questions. His product knowledge is rock-solid, and whenever he didn't have an immediate answer he would dig into it thoroughly and get back to me quickly. Overall, my experience with support was excellent.

Cons

I find the support response times really disappointing, even though they're available around the clock for technical problems, responses still take far too long to arrive. Too many issues end up essentially abandoned because the resolution process drags out so much that we move on before they're fixed. Since going live we've also run into quite a few technical glitches, which is maddening when I'm trying to get work done.
