Powerful reports with great help

Pros

My experience with the interface is that it's incredibly user-friendly and simple to move around. The reporting and analytics tools are very powerful and I can pull very detailed views of learner progress and outcomes. Connecting it to our current systems went off without a hitch, which spared our team a ton of trouble. There are numerous customization settings to adjust things for our requirements. Support has been excellent & they're quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever I contact them.

Cons

the feedback channel feels slow to react although there's a spot to send suggestions, I often notice a lag before updates or replies come back from the team in general.

simple use with amazing support

Pros

UI is incredibly simple and I never have any trouble locating what I need. Every person I've interacted with on the support team has been fantastic to deal with, they consistently go the extra mile for me. The learning library is neatly organized and contains genuinely useful material for everyday tasks.

Cons

I can't come up with any negatives about this platform. Everything has run smoothly for me up to this point and I haven't faced any issues worth mentioning.

highly customizable solution

Pros

What I like is how much I can customize this platform and how easy it is to get around. It works well for simple record-keeping, but I can also build it out into a full-fledged LMS with custom course materials, that level of flexibility genuinely stands out to me.

Cons

the huge array of features and settings felt kind of daunting, though to be honest I view that as more of a neutral hurdle than a real flaw.

top tool with excellent support team

Pros

Honestly, the layout is exceptionally user-friendly, so whether I'm tech-savvy or brand-new to this kind of tool, I can use it without stress. When I worried about our database and how integrations might behave, the support crew didn't hesitate to set up a demo call that answered every one of my questions and showed me exactly how the pieces would fit together.

Cons

I wish the monthly reports would appear directly on the dashboard so I could compare them at a glance. We do have the option to create custom dashboards but honestly, carving out the time to build those layouts has been difficult for me.

Reliable with great help but clunky menu

Pros

When I rely on educational technology for my training, dependability is the most important thing, and this platform consistently provides exactly that level of trust. I don't worry about losing access to my course files or getting derailed by unexpected system crashes, everything keeps working smoothly. Because it's so stable, I'm able to zero in on the actual learning and hit my training milestones without being pulled away by technical glitches or downtime. On top of that, their customer support really stands out to me. Every time I've reached out with a question or a problem, their team has gotten back to me fast across different channels, email, live chat, phone, and having that kind of dependable help has a big positive impact on how I experience the service.

Cons

I've found the learner portal awkward to move around, the menu structure doesn't feel very interactive. Since the most recent update, I've seen people have trouble progressing through courses that contain several modules. Honestly, I preferred the previous layout because it was simpler and easier to use.

Great partner but pricey upgrades

Pros

For our trade school, this partnership is what drives our success. I've noticed and appreciated the steady improvements they've rolled into the product over time. Those updates have had a real, positive effect on our operations. Contributing ideas on the idea board has been a fantastic outlet, we get to suggest changes and give feedback that genuinely helps make the portal better.

Cons

I'm finding the current pricing makes it hard for us to unlock the extra features we'd like to use. I'd really like to see more budget-friendly packages that offer bulk bundles because paying high premiums whenever we want to expand is a barrier for our team.

Superb support but tough reports

Outstanding support with powerful features

Pros

What I really value about this platform is how it brings workflows together in one place and accommodates a variety of training approaches. I've found the co-organizer option for VILT to be a real differentiator compared with other tools. Things like designing learning paths, using answer-based actions on surveys, and the manager experience have all been genuinely helpful for our team. The user hierarchy makes it simple for me to assign people to courses quickly and the enrollment rule options give us the flexibility we need. We've tied the system into Salesforce and WorkDay, built custom reports, and even developed a tailored content-loading integration tool. Beyond the tech, the customer support has been exceptional and our Client Success Manager is fantastic and the regular check-ins make it feel like a true partnership. Honestly, I can't imagine finding this level of support anywhere else.

Cons

There are a few areas that frustrate me. The customizable fields for creating users and content need improvement, and the transcript page sorting is annoying because I often have to reload it several times before everything shows up correctly. I also wish there were a bulk enrollment option via spreadsheets for those times when the user and department hierarchy isn't practical for large groups. Lastly, it would be really helpful to be able to deactivate departments or organizations without losing any of the reporting data.

quick setup & great help

Pros

Getting it up and running was easy, and customizing everything to our needs didn't take long. I've found the support team excellent whenever we needed help so far. This LMS handles every task we require flawlessly.

Cons

Reporting lacks flexibility around design and customization options. I feel the setup is too rigid and it doesn't give me much space to modify the appearance to match what I genuinely need as things stand.

user friendly solution with fast support

Pros

The interface feels very interactive, and getting everything set up was pretty simple. When I run into issues, the customer support team gets back to me promptly and usually sorts things out quickly.

Cons

Designing custom reports can be challenging, it often takes me a while to figure out which combination of filters will actually return the data I'm trying to find.

Simple to use but reports tricky

Pros

Honestly, the interface is so user friendly that I never have trouble locating what I need. Putting together content is easy, everything just clicks into place and there are no confusing steps to get in the way. Whenever I've asked for assistance, the support team replies promptly and actually helps me fix the problem.

Cons

I find the reporting tools somewhat underpowered, and when I try to download content I've uploaded it can frequently become a frustrating, time-consuming issue.

Quick help when we need it

Pros

What I love is how responsive our client success manager is, whenever we hit a problem or have questions, they jump in quickly to help troubleshoot and guide us. The assistance feels very personal and prompt and that kind of timely support genuinely makes a big difference when we're relying on someone to resolve issues fast.

interactive for everyone to use

Pros

I've found this platform very easy to use. Setting it up was easy, and our team was able to hit a tight launch timeline without any hiccups. simple Learning Platform Experience

Pros

Having worked with LMSs for more than a decade, I've seen this platform evolve from its old interface to the cleaner version it has now. Its interactive layout really catches my eye, it behaves well on mobile, and it scales nicely to support large numbers of users and diverse content formats. The integration process was easier than I expected, the vendor's team handled most of the heavy lifting and made the switch issue-free. Because we're on the AWS-hosted edition, deployment was fast and the cloud setup feels flexiblesecurity-wise.

Cons

the experience for learners still needs improvement, the course content pages aren't very interactive, and I've watched users get annoyed when trying to jump between learning items. Another major annoyance for me is the revamped file manager. I used to have far better control over how files were organized with the old, cPanel-like interface and losing that capability feels like a real step backward.

I love the team!

Pros

I was genuinely impressed by how well the platform is built for managing learning. Even though I had some LMS exposure before, I'd never actually run one myself, so their onboarding felt incredibly supportive. Their team provided a very organized onboarding experience, they walked me through platform training, tailored sessions to my specific use cases, and helped me determine the optimal configuration for what I needed. We definitely ran into a few hiccups along the way, but what stood out was that there was always a practical workaround to keep things moving. The final setup might not have matched the exact picture I had in my head at first, yet it delivered the outcomes I was hoping for. They were always reachable for questions and whenever I wandered off course during training they patiently brought me back while still being helpful. All in all, it was a really positive experience.

Cons

It overall performs well and my deployment wasn't really impacted, but the one area that needs attention is the mobile app. That app could use noticeable improvements to match the quality of the rest of the platform and addressing its current shortcomings would make the whole experience much smoother for on-the-go users.

A smooth start and great team

Pros

Getting started on this platform felt incredibly smooth. The implementation team were amazing, really supportive, patient and consistently quick to respond. We're rolling it out across our entire city and rely on it almost every day. The implementation process was simple, and honestly, every feature has been a pleasure to use.

Cons

There are minor features missing from the platform, but I can send suggestions directly to the development team, so I'm confident those gaps will be addressed in the near future.

good reports with a strong team

Pros

When our team moved away from the old system, the in-depth reporting tools were the real clincher for me, they made the switch worthwhile. I also value how user-friendly the whole platform is, whether I'm taking courses or handling administration tasks on the back end. Our team received outstanding support during rollout and after, they've been wonderful through every stage of implementation and beyond.

Cons

I've found calendar invite tracking to be a bit of a pain because of its limitations but I usually manage to come up with practical workarounds that cover most of the problems.

Meets Most of Our Requirements

Pros

For our whole team, I find the interface incredibly easy to use and the support team has been top-notch. Working with Tamar Lupo in particular has been a real pleasure.

Cons

I'd love if it tracked Outlook calendar responses so I could see who has accepted or declined meetings, and I also want the ability to choose exact dates for recurring ILC sessions when they don't fit a set pattern.

very easy for me to use

Pros

very user-friendly the admin interface is & it packs power without feeling cluttered. My end users keep telling me navigation is easy, which simplifies my workload. As someone with high standards, I always appreciate how quickly the support team responds whenever I get in touch with requests and how they follow up promptly.

Cons

the certificate creation tool feels awkward and I'd like a way to define access periods for users. These are fairly minor cons though.
