Powerful Tool with Room for Growth

Pros

Customization is excellent and genuinely elevates the experience. The layout is so easy to me, and coordinating with their implementation team during setup went smoothly and was impressively organized.

Cons

There are a handful of buttons and other interface elements that feel clunky and could use polishing to make navigation feel more fluid. My main problem is having to manually click forward to the next lesson each time a video finishes, it would be much better if the system advanced automatically so I don't have to wait and keep clicking after every single video.

Reliable & easy to report

Pros

At my organization we needed a solution that wouldn't demand constant maintenance but would remain easy for our people to use, this platform truly fits that bill. Since I work in the financial industry, dependable reporting is essential for audits, and I'm able to produce tailored reports for both stakeholders and auditors in seconds. Bringing in vendor content or building our own materials is also very easy and simple. Overall it's a simple LMS with dependable reporting that meets our needs.

Cons

I do wish the interface felt more refined, it's not as polished visually as several other learning platforms I've used.

Pros

Whenever I email them, customer support responds incredibly fast every single time. They consistently give very useful answers, and their guidance is simple and simple to follow.

Cons

easy start with helpful guide

Pros

For me the interface is incredibly interactive and I found getting up and running easy straight away. SCORM compliance is dependable, and our customer success rep has been wonderful to collaborate with.

Cons

My shopping cart functionality is fairly rudimentary and would benefit from additional features. Although the Analyze reporting add-on is a worthwhile enhancement, the general reporting tools remain somewhat limited for my requirements right now.

Great for rules but needs email logs

Pros

I've found the flexibility in configuring enrollment rules and creating reports to be exceptional, it allows our team to customize things exactly how we need. Honestly, the amount of control we're afforded here is genuinely impressive.

Cons

All I'd really like is a way to track outbound emails, to know who sent each message, who it went to, the subject line and the exact time it was sent.

Simple content creation tool

Pros

Working in this toolmakes content creation really easy, I learned how to use it fast and adding new materials feels easy. Being able to bring in my existing PowerPoint decks is a huge plus and opens up a lot more options for what I can deliver inside the LMS. Setting up users and handling permissions is shockingly simple, which has cleared up a lot of friction in my workflow. Whenever I run into issues, their support team is quick to respond and help troubleshoot.

Cons

I find scrolling through the courses really cumbersome because the Manager Experience lacks a category filter. Without that sorting option, I end up staring at an overly long list and it becomes frustrating and time-consuming to find what I'm looking for.

Helpful tools but some tech bugs

Pros

For our team, the content creation feature has honestly been transformative, it's really improved the way we work. I appreciate how granular the reports are, and we definitely plan to explore those analytics in more depth as we continue. The navigation is also very interactive which makes it simple for everyone to locate what they need without getting disoriented.

Cons

I've faced a few technical glitches along the way. We ran into problems getting the live sync to reliably connect with our HRIS which caused delays. On top of that, several actions still require being handled one-by-one by an admin, there's no bulk option, and that limitation is frustrating for our workflow.

Right from the start, easy for all

Pros

It struck me as very amazing and clearly designed with admins in mind. That careful approach has been evident throughout our entire implementation and into the live launch. Our learners have shared very positive comments too, particularly about how simple it is to use and how consistent the experience feels whether they're using a phone, tablet or computer. On top of that, the Success team's support has been outstanding! They've laid out a clear plan and methodology when we followed their guidance, we were essentially guaranteed a smooth implementation and a successful launch.

Cons

There isn't much that annoys me about this tool but one time-saving improvement would help. The PowerPoint import tool performs very well, yet I'd like an option that could translate or convert slide animations during the import so we don't have to recreate them afterward.

easy use but hard to change

Pros

As someone who's not particularly technical, I find the interface very interactive. Getting it set up was simple right from the beginning. What I like most is the ability to customize the experience for different groups and whether it's tweaking communication settings or organizing the course catalog. Plus, interactive features like polls, surveys and dedicated forums for particular segments really keep learners involved and make the whole experience feel much more dynamic.

Cons

Although the UI is easy to use, I often run into frustrations with how rigid it is for front-end customization. The options for displaying content feel quite restricted and frequently don't align with what our team needs. There are APIs available but in my experience the out-of-the-box integrations with other systems are fairly limited.

Great for learners and managers

Love the experience, using it and interaction are easy for learners, so getting through content never feels like a chore. I also like that administrators get a wide selection of tools to customize how people engage with the system. Day-to-day management has become much smoother for me and the platform's reporting is detailed enough to give managers a clear picture of learner progress, which in turn helps refine training approaches.

Cons

Smooth Experience for Everyone

interface is really interactive so I didn't need much training to get up and running. I love the depth of customization, I'm able to shape it to match exactly how my dealership runs day-to-day. Pros

I've been using it for more than eight years to deliver training to both clients and staff across the UK and internationally. Cons

smooth start with great support

Pros

Having a dedicated success manager guide me through every step made a massive difference and the entire implementation went far more smoothly than I anticipated. I find their customer service to be excellent, very professional and consistently quick to respond. Even after I accidentally misconfigured some of my content settings, the support team reliably jumped in and managed to resolve things for me each time which I really appreciated.

Cons

the online training could use improvement especially when I am trying to tackle more complicated tasks like setting up curricula or creating and editing certificates, those areas feel under-explained and clumsy.

Works with what we know

Pros

It easily connects with tools our team already uses, such as YouTube and PowerPoint. Even when I don't rely on those specific integrations, it offers plenty of built-in functionality that makes assembling thorough courses far more simple than I expected. It genuinely feels like the developers anticipated the majority of features we'd need.

Cons

its hard to use but the onboarding training they provide has been really useful for getting our team through the tougher parts. I especially appreciate that this training was included in the purchase price, unlike some other software we've had to buy extra support for recently.

Fantastic Setup and Training Process

Pros

During onboarding, everything was so neatly organized that it made it really simple for me to get up to speed quickly and begin using the system effectively.

Cons

I find the amount of detail staggering and there's a ton to absorb, but I think we'll avoid going deep right now because we're up against a tight publishing deadline, the editing tools themselves are genuinely impressive though.

best help & easy to use

Pros

Powerful but needs bulk actions

Pros

It can handle everything we throw at it, virtual instructor-led sessions, live events, self-paced learning and certification exams for thousands of learners every year. Whether we're training employees, supporting customers, teaching college students or opening courses to the public, it scales smoothly as our programs grow.What really grabs my attention are the admin pages, the table-style layouts and the powerful filtering tools make managing things simple. Sorting and custom column options are super helpful, and I can save or share those layouts or export them straight to CSV or Excel. The drill-down views make taking actions feel natural, and honestly, having exportable data available right in the UI often saves me from running separate reports. I also like that courses and curricula are treated in a unified way, actions you can perform on a course usually carry over to curricula as well. Reporting ties them together nicely, and the interface does a good job of showing those relationships clearly. Our CSM and support contacts have been outstanding, knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond. I feel like we have a real partnership with the vendor rather than just a vendor relationship. Performance has been reliable, integrations are stable and the APIs have handled our custom requirements without trouble. The modern UI looks great from both learner and admin angles and there's a lot of functionality that actually makes sense to use. Compared to other LMS systems I've worked with, this one doesn't come with a steep learning curve or frustrating limitations.

Cons

The UI could use more bulk-action capabilities in several places, right now I end up doing repetitive, one-off tasks, like setting Audience values for courses which wastes time. Working with content at the Department level feels more limited than I'd expect, and that restriction creates friction for how we organize materials. Also, configuring certificate templates is more tedious than other LMSs I've used, you don't get a drag-and-drop interface for variable fields and there's no simple preview to see how the certificate will render before saving.

Improving steadily despite initial issues

Pros

Support staff respond incredibly quickly and are always willing to help whenever I have questions. I love being able to open tickets, monitor their progress and chat with the team all from one central spot, it really aligns our workflow. Also, the ideas portal is brilliant, it lets people suggest improvements and actually contributes meaningful input to the product.

Cons

They weren't honest during the sales process, vendors promised capabilities that weren't actually available. It wasn't until we began onboarding that the reality became clear. I didn't get a full rundown of our options or solid guidance at first and it felt like we were left to figure things out alone until Sherrie stepped in and walked us through a proper, effective path.
