outstanding support & very friendly tool

Pros

Its very simple to use. Getting courses uploaded felt easy, and setting up automated reports was much simpler than I expected. Creating user accounts and handling permissions went smoothly without any headaches. The customer support team really makes a difference, they're quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever I reach out. For organizations that are serious about employee development, I think this delivers strong value for the money.

Cons

On the downside, I've found the help documentation to be somewhat weak when it comes to certain customization options, and sometimes specific guides simply aren't available yet. They do a decent job of adding and updating resources based on user feedback, but it can still be aggravating when I'm trying to work through advanced configurations by myself.

Quick Support When You Need Help

Pros

Being able to jump between Admin and Learner roles so easily when necessary is something I really like. The course-integrated reporting for quizzes and assessments does a solid job of helping me keep an eye on learners' progress over time. But what stands out the most for me is having a dedicated Customer Success Manager on hand, that kind of support genuinely makes a big difference when issues come up.

Cons

I am still getting my head around all the reporting options and figuring out how to use add-ons such as Analyze in the most effective way. Also, clarity on the limits and possibilities would help when it comes to reporting on surveys that were built in authoring tools like Storyline 360, so I can be sure what's possible and what isn't.

LOVE THE SUPPORTTT!

Pros

I am impressed by their customer support, the team is very helpful whenever I ask.

Cons

the training content is all over the place. Although classes exist for most functions, locating them in any sensible order is maddening, it feels like they just dumped everything together without considering how I'd actually learn to use the platform.

Tools help us compete and learn

Pros

Engage's flexibility really changed how we share information and run competitive engagement pieces, it's become a go-to for getting people involved. Our customer support manager played a huge role in that by working closely with us to pinpoint exactly what would be needed for our next development sprint. At times the online help is so thorough that it actually answers the bulk of the questions we face around rebaselining, configuration and scaling which made leaning on those resources a surprisingly cost-effective choice when they lined up with our needs. The one-to-one attention from our CSM was outstanding and genuinely appreciated, they walked us through the extensive help materials so that we ended up feeling confident and largely self-sufficient, which is precisely the kind of account support I expect.

Cons

The terminology inside the system can throw me off, they use different labels for organizational structures like 'groups' versus 'departments', and that distinction isn't always clear. As a result, using the online portal wasn't immediately interactive and we needed some guidance from our customer success manager to get comfortable with the layout and how those terms map to our internal setup.

Powerful dealership management solution

Pros

I am amazed by the customization options. I can really configure this system to suit whatever my business requires, regardless of industry right now.

Cons

easy to build detailed courses

I've been pleasantly surprised by how easy the platform is to get around and the Create tool lets me put together comprehensive courses without any issue.

Aligned Admin Experience

Pros

support team is remarkably dependable whenever I have to troubleshoot problems. Having that degree of availability and access really changes things. What I notice most is how flexible the reporting module is. I can pull nearly any report I want with powerful filtering capabilities. My top pick among features, however has to be the Create function.

Cons

I've seen clear shortfalls in accessibility and things like captions and lesson translations are lacking and I'd welcome stronger AI integration. From time to time I face frustrating technical glitches that interrupt my workflow, yet the support team consistently helps me use and resolve those issues.

Beginner-friendly and easy to learn

Pros

The range of templates really impressed me because they make building content far more adaptable. I learned the administrative tools fairly quickly and I notice learners actively interacting with the resources. What I find most remarkable, though is the customer support, honestly the finest I've faceed on any LMS during my career.

Cons

I find the assessment choices fairly restricted when I compare this system to other LMS platforms I've worked with in higher education, it simply lacks the variety of different assessment types I'm accustomed to.

fantastic software!

Pros

I am brand new to creating content in an LMS, and honestly the whole experience has been outstanding right from the start. The support team has been fantastic since day one and the platform itself feels interactive with a wide array of features to explore. What I appreciate most is having a dedicated account manager who checks in regularly and gets back to me quickly whenever I have a question. My bi-weekly meetings with Jordan have been transformative, he's been very patient and supportive, guiding me through the process step-by-step so I can confidently launch online courses for both our internal team and our customers. I also value the practical tips he shares that are tailored to our specific needs.

Cons

I use Absorb Create inside my LMS rather than an external content builder, and while that works for me there are a few small disconnects between Create and the rest of the platform that I wish were better integrated. Thankfully these have been minor annoyances rather than major blockers but they do show up occasionally during workflow. The filtering options inside Create are quite limited, you can't really organize or sort courses as you build them. It would be incredibly helpful to have folder choices like "archived," "not available to learners," or "needs revisions" so everything stays organized and easier to manage.

my experience with this tool

Pros

Smooth start but tricky to learn

Pros

We were really impressed by how easyly our onboarding to this LMS went, the implementation team made our initial dive into training delivery platforms feel warm and accessible and their help with setup and configuration was genuinely exceptional and reassuring.

Cons

I did find that getting comfortable with the platform required a fair bit of time at the start and I had to use a noticeable learning curve before things felt interactive and routine.

Great for videos and my own work

Pros

Over time I've found that I can put together outstanding learning experiences with the video materials from their libraries, and I can also build and distribute my own content without any trouble. The whole interface is simple and interactive to move around, and whenever I run into questions their support staff are amazing, always on hand and fast to reply. Even after using the platform for years, I stay impressed by how stable it is and how consistently helpful the customer service continues to be.

Cons

I do wish it still had some capabilities we had in our old systems, such as enrollment date controls that keep learners unaware of their enrollment until a preset date arrives. It would also be helpful to add the ability to set 'turn off' dates or end dates for individual enrollments and for generating reports.

Fantastic Learning Platform Choice

Pros

I've found the customer support to be outstanding, their team walks people new to the platform through each stage of setup, which made our switchover feel easy and clear. I can also select exactly the LMS features that match my training needs.

Cons

When I deal with our technical rep, the Salesforce integration seems somewhat fragmented, so I think simplifying and tightening that workflow would make a big difference.

Effective LMS for daily operations

Pros

My client success manager has been an absolute lifesaver. If she doesn't have an immediate fix, she researches further and keeps me posted on how my support tickets are progressing.

Cons

I find the reporting tools frustrating. I have to build separate reports for online, ILC, and curriculum materials which is a huge issue, and the 30-course limit on online activity reports drags out the process much longer than necessary. While I've seen a few helpful updates lately, there are still several areas that need further improvement.

Top help and smooth start

Pros

support is nothing short of world-class, it smoothed every phase from our initial research through to implementation. Our implementation manager, May, was outstanding and she walked us through each step and made sure we grasped all the features and customization possibilities. I am pleased we chose this platform for our training needs.

Cons

Powerful software with extensive features

Pros

After I learned how to use this platform, I found it has enormous capabilities and a lot of flexibility. What truly catches my attention is the customer support, our dedicated Customer Service Manager, Stephanie B., is nothing short of amazing. She patiently partners with us to meet our objectives using the system and has repeatedly gone the extra mile. Stephanie lays out explanations in a way that's easy to follow and she answers follow-up emails extraordinarily quickly, typically within 20 minutes to an hour. Beyond her, there's a very skilled technical team available 24/7 that can sort out technical hiccups fast. If you're thinking about investing in this LMS, I would strongly suggest opting for the dedicated CSM package, in my experience it's absolutely worth every penny. I also value the suggestion bank with its voting options, since when the platform doesn't yet support something, you can suggest it or upvote ideas that others have already submitted.

Cons

Our rollout experienced some hiccups along the way, but fortunately their support team jumped in and worked to resolve the problems we faced.

user friendly with great help
