Simple to build, tough to check

Pros

For me, creating role-based learning paths is surprisingly simple and very easy to understand.

Cons

I find managing courses and the overall curriculum to be rather clunky and awkward to use and leaders are forced to open every single transcript to confirm completion, which wastes a lot of time.

Fantastic tool with great support

Pros

I'm able to deliver all the training our staff requires through this platform without issue. Our account manager, Greg Law, responds incredibly quickly and his support is always thorough. Working together to link the system with Workday was both smooth and uncomplicated. The interface is friendly and multiple departments having admin permissions makes it simple to deploy training across teams. We rely on the system daily and the regular monthly check-ins with Greg are priceless, he helps keep us on track and ensures we meet our training goals.

Cons

The main issue for me at the moment is that there's no Google integration, so I can't run our live training sessions through the platform. Even so, I've been finding the ILC tool quite handy for keeping attendance records, and it does a solid job of tracking who attended.

awsome team that wants your win

Pros

the people who run this platform are outstanding, they really care about helping you succeed from the initial sales conversations through long-term support. Every person I've interacted with has shown patience, been eager to help and given very detailed answers. They also offer an extensive library of resources so I can troubleshoot many problems on my own. It took a few weeks to learn the ropes and there was a clear learning curve at first, but once I became familiar with it, getting around became much simpler. My learners often tell me the interface feels very user-friendly from their point of view.

Cons

Every so often we face small bugs that really shouldn't occur and they can be frustrating, but whenever I report them the development team responds quickly and fixes the problems promptly.

Fits us well, great help

Pros

Crafting a tailored LMS that matches our business requirements was surprisingly easy. Being able to manage and tweak everything on our side was a must for us and that's exactly why we chose this platform. After about a year of use, I can confidently say it's been almost flawless across the board, we've built an LMS program that makes us genuinely proud. What really makes a difference, though is the support team's responsiveness and willingness to help. Whenever we stumble or get stuck on setup or functionality, they consistently go the extra mile to guide us through. Jenny Peters was outstanding during our initial setup and rollout and our CSM Stephanie Berry has been phenomenal ever since, she replies quickly and keeps us updated about all the cool features coming soon.

Cons

The messaging tools feel quite limited, there aren't many customization options, and our users have even mistaken some messages for spam because they look so plain. We've managed to create workarounds, but they're very manual and take a lot of time to implement. In addition, bulk editing is an area that needs improvement. Whenever we have to change enrollment rules across multiple courses, we must edit each course one by one which is tedious. A bulk-selection capability to push changes to several courses at once would save us a huge amount of time.

good software with room for growth

Pros

I find the admin interface really simple to use and learners enjoy a clean, attractive experience when they use it. Building courses and full curricula feels both powerful and flexible, giving me plenty of control over structure and content. What impresses me most are the auto-enrollment features and the ability to design custom dashboards for different departments which really helps tailor the experience for each team.

Cons

The biggest frustration for me is that I can't bulk edit course and curriculum attributes. It would be a huge time-saver if I could update categories, enrollment rules and messaging across multiple courses in one go. I've heard the development team is actually investigating this, so I'm hopeful we'll see a fix down the line.

Modern look and fast help

Pros

I've been using this platform for roughly a year and I genuinely like how fresh and interactive the interface is. The help desk typically gets back to me quickly and the staff are consistently ready to lend a hand. All things considered, I'm really pleased with the system's performance and how smoothly daily tasks and workflows operate.

Cons

Honestly, I'd prefer the survey and evaluation tools to be more feature-rich and flexible. I notice that very few people actually complete the evaluations after finishing their courses which undermines the usefulness of that feedback.

Guides you through every step

Pros

The support team walked me through every step. Since I had never used an LMS before, they helped me feel confident during the entire setup process.

Cons

For a while we were shuffled between different customer success managers and account reps, which left me really unsure about who I should contact for each issue. Things have improved recently but the ongoing lack of consistency was still quite frustrating.

Its very easy to upload courses and have the platform automatically take care of grading and issuing certificates for learners.

Cons

Occasionally the course freezes on certain questions, and I face issues when more than one person tries to register with the same email address.

Simple start with custom options

the whole experience felt very amazing. What I value most is how adaptable the admin and setup choices are, you can tailor configurations to match our exact requirements. Working with our customer success manager, Greg Law has been a real highlight. He consistently champions our needs across various teams and when problems pop up he returns with inventive, bespoke fixes that are implemented fast. Overall, this platform combines ease of use with proactive, highly responsive support.

Cons

There aren't many drawbacks specific to this product, most of the issues I notice are common to software in general. For example, it's frustrating when features get retired or certain reporting capabilities are phased out over time, which can be annoying.

Learns fast with strong tools

Pros

I picked up how to use it far faster than I expected and its feature set leaves other systems in the dust. From my admin viewpoint, managing learners, organizing training programs and issuing certificates is incredibly smooth. The visuals and charts are immediately accessible and I can produce reports in almost no time at all.

Cons

One limitation I keep running into is that I can't set a maximum number of waitlist seats from the admin side. Because of that missing control, it's hard for me to gauge real demand and decide whether we should add extra sessions for a course. I definitely see room for improvement in future updates. Also the admin widgets would be far more valuable if they offered interactive features, being able to click data points, drill down or apply filters would really change how useful they are and make my workflow much more efficient.

Helpful team & easy to use

Pros

I am really impressed with the support team and they're outstanding and the training resources make using the platform actually enjoyable. The layout is interactive and easy to use, so getting new admins up to speed is quick because navigation is so clear. I also appreciate how flexible it is, we can tailor the look and functionality to match our company branding and exact needs without much fuss. What stands out most to me is how smoothly it handles videos, documents and quizzes and I've never run into playback or upload glitches. The reporting tools are robust, giving a clear view of learner progress and providing managers with the metrics they need. Overall my experience has been consistently positive and there are so many aspects of this platform that I genuinely value!

Cons

I find the Help Center could be more interactive and easier to use. It would be much better if all course tabs opened automatically, especially the ones that actually contain content, so I don't have to hunt for what's useful.

Clear for all, no confusion

Pros

interface is very user-friendly and interactive. Staff at our campgrounds can easily move through both the learner-facing experience and the admin screens without any issue.

Cons

One change I'd suggest would be adding a Digital Adoption component that allows LMS administrators to build performance support documents. Then users could pull up those resources in real time while working, which would genuinely help them perform their tasks better. If that capability were available, I'd say it would be virtually flawless.

Clear reports and smart help

Pros

The reporting features give our L&D group and leadership real, practical insight into how people across the company interact with learning content which has been really helpful. I've built a strong working relationship with the customer success manager, and the integration team has been proactive and responsive in supporting us as we continually tweak and expand the LMS to suit our changing organizational priorities and workflows.

Cons

It has certainly evolved since we picked it up in May 2020 but I still notice smaller admin conveniences that haven't been added and would make management far easier. Another thing I'm hoping they'll prioritize is deeper MS Teams integration and what we'd really need are instructor-level licenses so our facilitators can set up and run virtual training sessions instead of only being able to join in. Overall, it's moving in the right direction but the admin side could use some attention.

Easy upload with basic reports

Pros

Moving around the UI is really easy, and uploading content is simple and quick. Managing everything and viewing reports feels smooth and issue-free overall. I also like that I can tweak pages to match our needs and push updates or information out to users whenever it's necessary. On top of that, being able to record external training sessions is a useful feature that really enhances the platform's value.

Cons

Reporting feels quite high-level and doesn't provide the detailed, granular insights I need to properly analyze usage. I had to purchase extra modules to access more in-depth data, which was frustrating.
