I genuinely love how adaptable this platform is when it comes to customization. Having Tamar as my dedicated customer success manager has been amazing and anytime I reach out for help the support team replies promptly.
Cons

Pros
I've found the customer and technical support teams to be fantastic and very responsive. What I especially appreciate is that the basic version keeps things simple and functional at a really attractive price and then I can expand it by adding extra features as my needs grow.
Cons
I had trouble finding my way around the admin area, although I think that was more about my own learning curve than an issue with the platform. Uploading items in bulk could be made smoother. Thankfully, the updated manager view has addressed most of the problems I ran into earlier.

“We can build what we need

We chose this LMS since it lets us build courses directly on the platform, upload our content and videos and offers a large library of over 500 pre-made compliance courses that helped us launch to our team efficiently now.
Cons
setting everything up correctly truly needs a dedicated System Admin available on hand, particularly during the initial launch. Lacking that know-how, I had difficulty configuring the workflows properly and couldn't access all of the platform's features.

it didn't take me long to get comfortable with it. What impresses me most are the built-in tools that are ready to use immediately and it feels like they've included everything I could actually need.
Cons
For me, the auto-tagging feature feels ineffective and doesn't contribute significantly to my overall user experience.

Pros
I find the learning pathways to be thoughtfully designed and they guide me through the material really well. Their integration options link up cleanly with my existing systems and that's made a big difference for my workflow.
Cons
Would love to see more advanced capabilities such as generative AI integration and a proper badge system for users, because I think those additions would add significant value.

“Absorb has been great!
Pros
The reason we chose Absorb LMS over any other LMS is due to their ability to create courses within the platform, upload external courses/videos we already had created, as well as they have a catalog of over 500 pre-made compliance courses for us to launch the LMS to our people very efficiently.
Cons
To get full functionality out of the software, I would recommend a dedicated System Admin to set up all of the proper workflows when you first begin to launch the software.

for me the interface is very easy to use and really simple to use which made getting started easy. What really sold us, though, were the reporting tools, being able to track how learners move through their courses in detail played a big part in why our team chose this platform.
Cons
I can't think of many negatives but we do hit the occasional technical glitch from time to time, fortunately their support staff consistently responds and gets things patched up for us.

“best support team but template limits

I honestly can't recommend the support team highly enough, Melissa Wu has been incredible. She knows the product inside out and is unbelievably quick to respond, always stepping in to help whenever we have a problem. Sasha and Brad have been great contributors as well, supporting us throughout the whole process. On top of that, the platform itself has been a pleasure to use. What really impresses me is how often the team pushes out updates to align the interface and make it easier to use.
Cons
The biggest headaches I've faced relate to course creation and how templates are designed. For example, you can't change which department a template belongs to after it's been set up, so I've ended up rebuilding templates multiple times during our development cycle as we figure out the right structure for our needs. Building courses can also feel laborious because every editable menu has to be opened from the top level to make changes. I understand why those options are tucked away but having to hunt through top menus for each edit slows me down a lot. Overall, it's a solid platform but these design limitations make iterative development more frustrating than it needs to be.

From the moment I started using it, the interface felt very simple and clearly well thought out. Support has been fantastic, our Client Success Manager Stephanie gets back to me promptly, helps brainstorm ideas, and is always willing to assist with whatever comes up. The help desk is impressively responsive too, keeping tickets and projects moving along efficiently. What I value most is how they regularly add meaningful improvements to the platform which has allowed me to confidently manage our learning and development programs as our company expands rapidly.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have many complaints now that recent updates have resolved the issues we previously faced. My hope is that they continue delivering excellent customer support and remain as responsive to user feedback as they have been so far.

“Simple start, then can grow

What I really love about this LMS is how uncluttered and interactive it feels, it doesn't bog down administrators or learners with unnecessary bells and whistles. We launched it just to handle basic compliance training, but as our confidence grew we reinvented it into a much more interactive experience for the staff. These days I'm running badge-based learning, integrating Power BI dashboards, and hosting friendly competitions with leaderboards. If you want something lean and simple or prefer to layer on extra tools, it scales with you. Our Client Success Manager, Olga, deserves a lot of credit as well, she's been instrumental in keeping us organized, resolving issues quickly, and collaborating with me to completely overhaul the interface so users have a smoother experience.
Cons
I'm finding that the onboarding training content for new users is a bit too barebones and could definitely be improved, right now it's quite basic. I'd also like to see more sophisticated capabilities added, such as bulk enrollment, because that would speed up administration. Creative customization options are limited at the moment as well but I've heard there are encouraging updates planned for the near future.

What really makes a difference for me is my Client Success Manager and she's hands-down the best part of this experience. She stays on top of my projects and our LMS goals, routinely checking in and offering outstanding, above-and-beyond support for our small nonprofit. I also rely on The Academy, it's a terrific place to uncover new tools and approaches and they keep introducing fresh features that keep things interesting.
Cons
Its difficult to use as someone with no prior LMS experience or formal training. It would really help if there were built-in, beginner-friendly guidance or step-by-step onboarding for staff who are expected to use the system as part of their usual job duties, right now it feels like you're expected to figure things out on your own.
