“Resourceful tool with great results
Pros
Being fairly new at my organization, I find the interface very interactive and easy to use and it's user-friendly enough that I picked up both the administrative tools and the features for regular users much faster than I expected.
Cons
We're finding the attendance marking feature a bit clunky for our needs. I wish there were an extra status we could use for students who show up to a lab but haven't yet satisfied all the requirements for course credit and something more flexible than the current options.

“All in one simple solution
Pros
It is really handy for jumping into several courses from one place. What I like most is that everything's grouped in a single centralized hub, which makes the entire learning experience much more alignd and easier to manage.
Cons
In my experience, the course pages need some attention, they would benefit from bug fixes and much smoother transitions between sections to make navigation feel more fluid and less choppy.

the layout is incredibly easy to grasp as a newcomer and configuring the admin side is about as simple as it gets. Whenever I reach out for assistance, support replies promptly and they're consistently pleasant to collaborate with.
Cons
I'd really prefer being able to upload completion records myself, rather than needing to file a ticket with Absorb each and every time we have an update.

Pros
I am able to build training modules on my own without having to hire a designer, which is super handy. The features strike a good balance between basic tools and a heavyweight like Adobe, giving me just the right amount of control.

The ADP integration has completely transformed how we work, it's been a real game-changer for our team. I'm genuinely impressed by the reporting tools because they make it simple to distribute insights across our various teams. Our account rep Jason really deserves a shout-out, he's very knowledgeable and always ready to walk us through new features or respond to questions fast. On the rare occasion he doesn't have an answer immediately, he quickly puts us in touch with the appropriate person.
Cons
At the moment there's no way to mark courses as equivalent to one another which would be really useful for our workflows. I do have a hunch this capability may be introduced in a future update.

Absorb's customizable features makes it the perfect LMS for companies of all different sizes looking to train and engage their workforce. Our company has unique training needs and Absorb lets us create our own e-learning courses. Automated reporting and dashboards puts our learning data at our fingertips and lets us easily pull reports when needed. Absorb Create let's us take powerpoint trainings that have been used for a longtime. In addition, Olga and team have been amazing partners and always very quick to answer our questions and provide support.

“My review from a Content Creator perspective
Pros
We use Absorb to cover our training needs for employees and customers. Its content creation tools helped us build strong and agile courses and curriculums on topics such as onboarding and product knowledge, which can be easily monitored. You can add additional content creation tools You could work on a simpler UX and UI A functionallity that allows testing course content before publishing. Their Customer Success Program is on point. Our Client Success Manager, Cody R., has been very helpful, makes an effort to understand our business needs, and works hard to come up with solutions or workarounds.

We use the Absorb LMS to track education and external training all in one transcript. We also track MSHA ceus on the transcipt. Spell check not only for Absorb but for Create too making all reports have the same display columns funtions - locations - supervisor- filter to show inactive employees on all reports pull all reports assigned to one department to see gaps. Jason M. is a great client success manager! He quickly returns my emails and investigates my questions. If i have bigger issues he escalates it for me. We always discuss different projects coming up and the best solutions

Absorb does a great job of providing a baseline of services that meet the needs for a variety of industries at an unbelievable price. The ROI for our company has been incredible and a major reason we keep purchasing new module. Utilization of the Absorb API has made user management so simple. We're able to seamless sync with our HRIS and utilize the wide array of available data fields (and customizations) to create automations that have saved countless hours.

Help desk support: The best I have ever encountered. Client Success Manager. Sherrie L. has been a wonderful trainer and partner! Setting up a new course is very easy to do and does not take very much time. Our Client Success Manager, Sherrie L., has been amazing! She has worked with us very closely to help new departments and new admins get set up and gives of her time and experience to all. The support we have received from Absorb over the past three years has been amazing.

“simple to use & easy to share tasks
Pros
Getting started felt quite simple when I began creating courses and the whole layout seems interactive with controls that are easy to use. What I like most is how it aligns administrative tasks and I also value that multiple people can share admin duties because there are various roles you can give team members.
Cons
I wish it allowed more batch operations and things like bulk-copying course content or enrolling over five users at once. Being forced to complete some actions one at a time significantly drags out my workflow and turns what should be a simple process into something unnecessarily time-consuming and fiddly.

layout and navigation are surprisingly interactive, even when I haven't had much training. Their customer support gets back to me fast and actually understands the product. Using this tool has alignd my workflow so much that I can concentrate on other priorities throughout the day.
Cons
I find the search feature can be pretty exasperating, I often end up entering a person's name into the wrong field and then have to clear everything and start the process again. What annoys me most is that the system doesn't flag duplicate user accounts until after I've completed every field and hit save which wastes a lot of time. In contrast, the other software we use detects duplicates as soon as you type the username, saving considerable effort instead of forcing you to discover the conflict after doing all that data input.

Honestly I really value how flexible this platform is for both our in-house team and external partners. Being able to provide training to outside collaborators is vital for what we do, and this product consistently meets that need. On top of that, Absorb Create has been an excellent addition that noticeably improves the whole experience.
Cons
Sometimes the interface really throws me off and I end up using trial and error just to get things to work. I wish they would add an option to export slides as PDFs because that would make sharing content so much easier and having a library of stock images built into the platform would save me a lot of time. Overall those additions would help a ton when I'm assembling thorough training materials.

They are great to work with, and the software itself is the best I have seen so far in comparison to four other LMS systems. The Paid Support is awesome! The platform itself - easy to use Communication. I'm happy Absorb offers licences to add training courses (Amplify). Looking forward to more available options and French options I feel like Absorb Academy is not that easy to use it to get to when you have a specific question when programming.

My Client Success Manager is the best thing about Absorb! She really takes the time to follow up with me and keep track of my project and LMS goals. She provides extra assistance and goes out of her way to help us out at our tiny non profit. I also love their Academy for learning more tools, tips, and tricks. Seems like they are always coming out with new things!
Cons
I'm a new LMS user and "designer" with no previous guidance or education. I wish there was a component for basic users who are using Absorb as part of their job duties.
