“clunky admin side with pointless steps is frustrating
Pros
Found it to be quite user-friendly. The features make sense right away, whether you're an admin setting things up or just an employee taking courses. It's a solid choice if your company is new to using an LMS regardless of size.
Cons
The admin side has some features that feel complex. Several functions require extra steps that seem pointless and really slow me down when I'm trying to get work done. There are filters available for drilling down into data but using them feels awkward.

Pros
Being able to complete courses at my own pace is a plus and it's great that they count toward my continuing education requirements.
Cons
Sometimes I run into issues getting courses to load properly though that might just be our store's internet connection acting up.

“Cooperative customer support team
Pros
It has a clean interface which has been a lifesaver since I'm not particularly tech-savvy. Whenever I've hit a roadblock, the support team has been cooperative and they're always available when needed. My customer success manager has been instrumental in helping me grow my business and I genuinely hope to meet them face-to-face someday!
Cons
The offline functionality does have room for improvement. I rarely hear complaints from customers about it maybe once in a blue moon and it's never a major issue but improvements would be welcome.

Pros
The system excels at monitoring employee development and their customer support team is outstanding. Even our less tech-savvy staff members find it easy to log their progress and stay on top of company mandates.
Cons
Setting it up took way longer than expected and we're still dealing with bugs and glitches. We have pretty specific tracking requirements and even though they assured us this could handle it, we keep running into data accuracy issues and problems that pop up later.

“Terrible experience with support staff

Page loading times stayed consistently fast even when our user count grew significantly.
Cons
The support is absolutely terrible and they clearly don't care about customers. It took them 33 days to fix a major reporting issue (they told me to do it manually while waiting) and I just found out it's still not completely resolved. The waiting game continues. I also had a critical system problem that brought everything to a halt and it took several days just to hear back from them. While the software seems solid on the surface, most features fall short when you actually try to use them. I've had to create countless workarounds just to make it somewhat usable for my team.

Pros
It's quite easy to use and customer support team is friendly. What I appreciate most are the assessment features, they're comprehensive and make evaluating everything much easier.
Cons
Reporting features feel somewhat limited though I hear the BI module might expand these capabilities.

“They actually care about customers!!
Pros
Their team has been incredible to work with! From my initial sales contact to the account executive who closed our deal and especially my customer success manager, everyone genuinely cares about what they're doing. You can really feel their passion for the product and it shows in every interaction.
Cons
Video loading problems my learners experienced turned out to be on my end, not the platform's fault. My support rep was really nice about pointing this out but it would've been helpful if there was some kind of automatic notification to let me know the issue was with my video file rather than the system.

“Can upload all kinds of files
Pros
I can upload all sorts of files and courses without any problems. My previous platform made it really difficult to mix SCORM files with videos and PDFs but this one handles everything well.
Cons
We ran into some problems at first with translation for less common languages though most of those have been sorted out and work much better now. Arabic still displays in the wrong direction though.

Integration with third-party content works flawlessly. Customer support is exceptional. I have one dedicated contact who's very responsive and always gets back to me quickly. It's simple and customization options are extensive. This system has far more capabilities than we're currently utilizing.
Cons
The messaging system doesn't let you customize the actual content based on departments. You can only change contact info. I also find the User Import/Update process a bit clunky, though that might just be me getting used to it.

Pros
The value this platform offers is amazing. It's one of the most reasonably priced LMS options out there without sacrificing quality. You get all the features you'd expect from a premium system but at a fraction of the cost. The interface is friendly so there's practically no learning curve involved. Our entire team was up and running much faster than we anticipated with a brand new system implementation.
Cons
Had one day where everything went down this year, which definitely wasn't great.

Pros
E-commerce features really work well for us and I love how the course recommendations are set up similar to Netflix.
Cons
Having to rely on third-party tools for content creation is a bit frustrating since the built-in options are pretty limited beyond basic assessments. While uploading external courses works fine, it would be much more convenient to have everything integrated in one place rather than juggling multiple platforms.

Customer support has been great! Right from day one of implementation, we got assigned a client success manager who's been an incredible resource for our team.
Cons
While the reporting features are pretty comprehensive, we quickly figured out we needed something even more powerful for our needs. Fortunately, our customer success manager helped us get the Business Intelligence add-on working, which gave us exactly what we were after! Just heads up that this upgrade does come with additional costs.

The layout and design really stand out to me. We managed to completely brand the portal so it matches our company's look perfectly and I love that we could even customize the buttons with our own terminology.
Cons
Setting up all the admin roles and permissions took some time since there are so many customization options. I kept going back and forth on who should have access to what.

Cons

I really appreciate how we can customize our elearning platform to match our brand identity. The ability to organize lessons by due dates and topics makes everything so much more manageable and generating completion reports has been useful for tracking progress.
Cons
File upload problems have been frustrating for us. We can't get certain file types into the document library, which delays our coaches from accessing training materials they need each week. Our supervisors end up without the resources they need to run there weekly meetings effectively.

Interface is pretty userfriendly even when you're just starting out.
Cons
The multi-page training setup confuses users since they don't realize there are additional pages. Moving the "Next" button from the top to the bottom of the screen would make it much more visible and solve this issue.
