Lots of functionality, smooth process

Pros

Right from the first time we started exploring this platform through to our successful launch, the whole process felt surprisingly easy and even enjoyable. Our entire crew, from sales and project coordinators to implementation specialists and the help desk, stayed professional and were always there when we needed a hand. Their organized rollout, complete with weekly training sessions, made the transition feel smooth and manageable. The platform's powerful features and wide-ranging customization have completely changed how we put together training materials (we used to be limited to PowerPoint), produce thorough reports (no more relying only on Excel!), assign work and take care of system administration. I am genuinely thrilled with our choice and would absolutely suggest it to other organizations.

Cons

I admit the pricing was a real stretch for us at first especially as a small grant-funded organization. Once we dug into what it could do for our training team though, the recommendation became clear, this solution outperformed every other LMS we tested. It is pricier than many of the alternatives we looked at but the benefits justify the expense in our view. Our toughest ongoing issue has been locating learning libraries that meet both our content needs and budget constraints, so we've had to build all of our training materials from the ground up. That remains a significant challenge for us.

Easy and reliable every day

Pros

UI is so interactive that moving between the admin, manager and user portals feels completely natural. Within minutes I can tweak the visual style and overall feel which is amazing. The learning widgets are lively and kick in right when I need them. Our Customer Support Manager, Tamar Lupo has been phenomenal, always quick to respond and truly helpful. The implementation itself was easy and stress-free.

Cons

It's not without flaws compared to other LMS platforms, yet I find the system reliable and it keeps up-to-date with patches and updates.

Effective soltion overall!

Pros

the interface is really fast because it's so interactive and there are loads of options to tweak things exactly the way I want them. Whenever we bump into problems the support team responds promptly, and our customer success manager, Olga Mendoza, is totally on top of the platform, she knows it backwards and forwards and has been fantastic to collaborate with.

Cons

So far we haven't faced any real problems, everything works smoothly for what we need and the customer service has consistently been excellent and very responsive.

Better Training Management Solution

Pros

i find the interface very friendly and I really appreciate all the various options available for distributing content through the portal.

Cons

Occasionally I have to depend on CSM integrations to complete specific tasks and that reliance can be inconvenient.

Great tool with room for improvement

Pros

My learner-facing interface feels very easy to use, and I really like that the LMS offers so many customization options. The account rep we've been assigned has been excellent, always available whenever we need assistance. Most of the heavy lifting for initial setup happened before I joined, yet everything I've touched since then has run without a hitch. Uploading materials is simple and the admin dashboard was quick for me to learn.

Cons

The layout isn't always as simple as I'd like and there are several capabilities we depend on that simply don't exist yet. On top of that, we endured about six months of dealing with a particularly unhelpful rep, it dragged on forever before someone competent was assigned who could actually resolve our issues.

Smooth & simple, with great support

Pros

It is very simple to use so both admins and learners can find their way around without any trouble. Customer service is outstanding, they're always ready to help whenever I have questions or need support.

Cons

the drawbacks are minor. Every now and then we hit small hiccups, usually course-related errors or images that don't scale properly but the support team jumps on them immediately and gets everything fixed quickly.

strong and helpful system for our team

Pros

What stands out to me is how interactive the interface is, and there's a broad set of features that really support staff training and professional growth. The implementation help was top-notch, our account rep knew the platform inside out and could respond to every question we raised. I especially value the level of customization available which makes the system feel like it was built for our team rather than a one-size-fits-all product.

Cons

I do have a handful of things I'd like to adjust more directly but in most cases I'm forced to come up with workarounds to get the behavior I want. Overall those issues are fairly minor especially considering how dependable and well-designed the rest of the system is.

easy to use but very expensive

Pros

I found the platform remarkably easy, so setting everything up went much smoother than I expected. Even with our fairly complex business needs, I can still find simple solutions without getting lost in convoluted procedures. Coming from someone who doesn't have a lot of technical know-how, I was surprised at how fast I learned to use it. It's obvious the developers really thought through the user experience and they seem to genuinely welcome customer input to catch anything overlooked (which doesn't happen often). Our Implementation Manager, Luke Valentine, gave exceptional support and the whole team is friendly and eager to help. One thing I truly value is the round-the-clock support that's there whenever I need it.

Cons

The annual cost feels quite high and I think most businesses would struggle to afford it.

really helpful and easy platform

Pros

interface is incredibly interactive, I can quickly upload and assemble eLearning courses, plan full curriculums and schedule instructor-led sessions without a lot of issue. It genuinely works as a single, comprehensive solution for everyone across our organization, regardless of how technically proficient they are. The support team and Luke especially, have been outstanding right from the very first day. They are always friendly, ready to help and able to tackle any challenges we throw at them. Honestly they've been the perfect partner for our needs.

Cons

I can't honestly point to anything about it that really annoys me. There have been a few features that took a little longer to get comfortable with than I expected, but every time I've run into a issue the support team especially Luke has been incredibly quick to respond and patient as they walk me through whatever was confusing. Their help has turned moments of frustration into manageable fixes.

Simple & flexible for everyone

Pros

One thing I found especially smooth was the admin setup, it was really simple and felt thoughtfully designed from a management standpoint. What stands out to me is how flexible the content authoring is, you can keep modules very basic or build out in-depth, complicated material depending on the needs of a course. It's a relief to use a platform that works equally well for outside partners and internal admins, the UI is genuinely easy to use. The integration was painless, and it helped tremendously that Luke Valentine, our implementation manager, provided excellent support. He routinely checks in and makes sure we're happy with each element of the platform's rollout. Our users have already started logging in and the initial feedback has been positive. We're looking forward to using it on a regular basis and creating many more courses over time.

Cons

I haven't run into any meaningful problems with this system so far, everything has been operating smoothly for our group and we're keen to dig into more of its features as we continue to use it.

The AI tool saves us so much time

Pros

Honestly the interface is very simple and the AI course creator has completely transformed how we approach course development for our team. We're trimming hours off every single course we put together now. I genuinely appreciate that we can upload existing materials and let the AI manage the layout and design, and the ability to generate full courses from just a simple brief feels fantastic. The onboarding guided us through each step to get our LMS up and running without any hiccups. My administrators received comprehensive training and picked up the confidence and skills they needed to handle day-to-day management. Implementation support has stood out, Luke was consistently available to answer questions during setup and the self-paced training guides were practically invaluable as well.

Fits us well with great help

Pros

For more than a year we've relied on this solution within our global HRIS and shaping courses to match our unique needs has been surprisingly easy. The system's adaptability really catches my attention, it's something I can manage as an administrator yet it stays interactive for the team. Building, modifying and rolling out training materials takes place smoothly and aligns with what we ask for. We're in the process of digging into its data management features for executive reporting but I feel optimistic that they'll meet our needs. The support after deployment has been excellent, whenever questions come up, answers arrive quickly are accurate and come within sensible timeframes.

Cons

I am finding the export of data a bit lacking, particularly when I try to bring datasets into outside analytics platforms like PowerBI that handoff isn't as smooth as I wanted.

Always getting better!

Pros

Excellent functionality with solid support

Pros

I like how easy it is to manage our training programs. It offers useful tools that make introducing additional courses very easy and that supports my team in continuing to learn and build their abilities.

Cons

Smooth setup with amazing help

Pros

A polished tool with top support

Pros

the platform's design and overall feel are terrific which makes it simple and pleasant to use. I really value how much I can tweak and personalize nearly every part of it and the assistance from our Client Success Manager along with the broader team has been phenomenal. Our CSM is quick to reply to any questions and digs into problems we report. That kind of responsive support is very important to our small organization and our training group.

Cons

I think the reporting tools need work and it would be great to have more flexibility for automating enrollments, with additional setup choices to align the process.

An outstanding partner in every way

Pros

From day one our partnership with this LMS has been exceptional. The platform's powerful features, smooth integrations and interactive interface made rolling it out across the company surprisingly simple. Our implementation leads, Adam and Mark, were true pros who walked us through every phase of the launch. They know the system inside out and were excited to demonstrate all the automation it supports which reclaimed a lot of time we used to spend on repetitive manual work so we could focus on higher-value initiatives. Colleagues have been very complimentary, they appreciate how interactive it feels and like the clean modern look. The detailed analytics and reporting are a definite upgrade from our previous solution and to me the whole migration feels like a significant improvement.

Cons

Honestly, I struggle to find meaningful downsides. When questions popped up or we needed help with a specific workflow, their support team responded promptly and often suggested better approaches tailored to how we already operate or scheduled one-on-one training that fit our processes. Between the on-demand assistance and the personalized coaching, I can't really point to any real faults worth mentioning.

Very valuable and easy to use

Pros

It's very useful for rolling out training across our different sites. The layout is neat and easy to use, and the digital recordkeeping along with the data collection tools have genuinely helped us improve and scale our internal programs in meaningful ways.

Cons

Sometimes the admin interface becomes a bit confusing because of the heavy technical jargon they use, which trips us up. Fortunately, our Client Success Manager has stepped in numerous times and been very supportive, walking us through the more complicated parts when we need help.
