“fantastic support and setup”
Pros
The support felt professional, personable and genuinely practical which has been a huge plus. Luke, our integration manager, was outstanding. The platform itself has been excellent and I was honestly surprised by how easy the setup was especially with no previous LMS experience. Moving over to it has felt like a dream compared with all the issues we dealt with on our old platform.
Cons
At this point there's really not much to complain about.

“course library is unreal”
Pros
One of the best parts is the access to a large course library while still being able to build our own courses. That combination really helps us match training to each topic and customize content around our company's specific needs which makes our offerings feel more relevant and credible. Support has also been consistently quick and willing to help whenever questions come up. Tamar Lupo, our client success contact, has been especially helpful in showing us how to use the system more effectively and improve adoption across the organization.
Cons
Our Workday integration has not been as smooth as we were told it would be. When employee status changes like someone returning from leave, the system does not automatically update those changes. Getting everything set up at the start was also a bit difficult and we are still learning some parts of the platform.

“transparent roadmap is helpful”
Pros
I enjoy using Absorb LMS because of how open they are about the product roadmap and how seriously they take customer feedback. You can actually see that user input leads to new features and those updates make things better on both the learner side and the admin side. I also appreciate how transparent they are about what they're building and why especially when it's clear those ideas came from customers. Their use of AI feels thoughtful and practical too, instead of being added just for the sake of it and I like that they support new functionality with beta testing. It Academy has also been a valuable resource for our system admins because it helps them better understand the platform and think creatively about how to use it for different needs. On top of that the support and access we've had from our CSM, Tamar Lupo, has been fantastic. She has played a huge role in helping us get answers to all kinds of questions and while the knowledge base articles are already very strong, she has been especially helpful with edge cases, platform customization and keeping us informed about new feature releases and how we can adapt them to our environment. If she doesn't have an answer right away, she always makes sure to connect us with the right person or do the extra research herself and follow back up without needing any reminders. She has truly been incredible.
Cons
If I had to point to a growing pain, it would be that some of the backend reporting features aren't always consistent in how they work. That issue is really limited to the admin side and doesn't affect the learner experience at all but I do wish there were more consistency there. I'd also like to see the Analyze add-on we use for additional dashboards become a bit more developed.

“Offers good customization options”
Pros
The platform really stands out for how flexible it is especially when it comes to customizing the UI to match different needs and preferences.

I'd still like to see more AI-powered features added to help improve training comprehension.

“powerful AI and flexible setup”
Pros
The AI features have been a big plus and the platform's level of customization is something I really appreciate. Our CMS, Sarah Bleier, has also been wonderful to work with as she's consistently thorough about following up, makes sure issues get resolved and always shares helpful suggestions along the way.
Cons
One limitation I have run into is that I cannot create a long-term schedule for sending enrollment email notifications to users based on when they're able to access the training.

“helpful AI powered course design”
Pros
Right from implementation the support has been incredibly helpful. The AI tools are fantastic for generating natural looking content and saving time by building general course outlines that would otherwise take a while to put together. On top of that they make the courses look professional by picking up our company's visual style and carrying it through the curriculum. Getting everything set up initially was also very simple.
Cons
A few of the backend features are harder to work through than they need to be. There's a level of detail and granularity there that our company doesn't really require so finding certain options can take extra effort. Better access to those settings would make the platform more user friendly.

“Really liked engaging learning”
Pros
From both the admin and learner side the platform is very user friendly. Admins can set up courses, define rules and manage course and activity data without much hassle. Based on the feedback we've received, learners also find it clear, tidy and simple to navigate as they know where to click and where to find things. The quizzes, gamification features and credit offerings make the experience more engaging for customers and give them a reason to come back for additional courses. The setup process was also fairly simple too overall, aside from a few specific compliance and privacy requirements.
Cons
A big ongoing challenge has been the integration with Veeva PromoMats. We keep all of our technical content in a Veeva Vault and every course asset needs approval there before it can be moved into the platform. Since the integration still hasn't worked, admins are stuck doing a lot of manual work by downloading approved materials from one system and uploading them into the other. On top of that the limit on custom fields whether it's 25, 35 or 45 is not going to be enough for our future needs. There are also some compliance and privacy requirements that we have not been able to manage in the platform and those issues have remained unresolved for more than two years.

“Top notch software”
Pros
To be honest an excellent experience overall. The platform itself works really well and the implementation was backed by strong support, guidance and training the whole way through. The team was fantastic and consistently went above and beyond whenever help was needed.
Cons
There really hasn't been much to complain about. The only issue was that the instructions for integrating with Okta, including SCIM provisioning, seemed outdated but support stepped in and resolved the problems.

“onboarding experience was amazing”
Pros
Starting out as a new intern at JEO, I didn't have much background with LMS platforms so I was a bit nervous about learning the system and how everything worked. After spending time with the training our CSM, Maggie Stillman, pointed me toward, I have really enjoyed how user friendly the platform is and how many features it gives us to work with. Julie McCandlish and Maggie Stillman have both been fantastic. They're always willing to help with anything we need and genuinely happy to do it. Being new to the company, I especially appreciated how welcoming they were and how patiently they answered all of my questions. That support has made me feel confident and excited to keep learning the system.
Cons
The part that has been the least helpful for us has been some of the reporting features, since they can be a little confusing at times. Our CSM has helped us work through those issues but the reporting side of the system has definitely felt unclear on a few occasions.

“Getting better day by day”
Pros
The system is pretty simple. When something isn't obvious right away, the support site's help articles usually give me the answer I need. And if I need to talk it through with someone, my CSM, Jason Sparkes, is always helpful and does a good job walking me through it.
Cons
Like any platform it has some limitations so not everything works exactly the way I'd prefer. That said, there's an ideas portal where users can submit suggestions and upvote improvements which is a nice feature. Over the past year, I have seen plenty of new features and smaller updates rolled out that have made the system more user friendly and helped with building better modules.

“Powerful customization options available”
Pros
Using Absorb LMS throughout the day has been very easy because both the learner and admin sides have clean, easy navigation. It covers just about everything needed to deliver courses and curricula to different groups of people. The customization options are especially useful and well built and each setting or toggle clearly explains what it will do. Support has also gotten noticeably better since we first implemented it and now responses usually come within just a few hours.
Cons
There really is not anything major that I dislike about it. A few small issues we noticed shortly after implementation have already been addressed through updates and new feature releases.

Pros
The platform is simple to navigate, they genuinely pay attention to user feedback and the representatives respond quickly and are incredibly helpful whenever support is needed.

“top tier LMS tool”
Pros
Right from user management to the overall look, feel and layout customization options, there's a lot to like here. It also covers the core training needs really well, whether that's instructor-led courses or bundled learning paths and curriculums. The whole system is very easy to work with and honestly I don't think it's really comparable to any other LMS currently on the market.
Cons
A few areas still could use some refinement or a fresh look but even that is hard to complain about too much. The feedback, feature request and release update process is extremely transparent which makes a big difference. That's especially true with the close support and guidance we've had from our client success manager, Sharon.

“centralized training that delivers”
Pros
It has become a key part of DelMonte Hotel Group's training and development approach. We use it for new hire onboarding, management development and yearly compliance training. A major issue it helped us overcome was the need for one consistent, trackable learning environment for all associates. Since we have properties across five states, it was critical to keep an eye on compliance throughout the workforce. Before adopting the platform, we were relying on a scattered mix of training tools like BizLibrary, YouTube and documents saved on local drives. Having everything brought together in one system has made onboarding and training much easier for our managers.
Cons
Coming into this without any prior experience building or managing an LMS, I have still found the platform very user friendly and capable of covering nearly everything I need, probably around 98% of my requirements. We've been using it for close to a year and one reporting issue I initially ran into has already been fixed and improved in a later update.

Pros
Absorb LMS is well thought out, with a user friendly interface and a clean design that makes navigation easy for both learners and administrators. The reporting tools are powerful and the option to customize learning paths is a major benefit because it helps keep training aligned with our goals.
Cons

“fantastic support and integrations”
Pros
A really positive experience overall. The platform is simple to navigate and it integrates well with other tools we use, like Teams and ADP, to name a couple. Managing learning content is very easy and efficient. Their Helpdesk team is quick to respond and genuinely committed to finding answers. My CSM, Maggie Stillman, has been outstanding as she's always ready to tackle a challenge and makes the time to help move things forward. The whole CSM team is knowledgeable and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we have what we need. I have really enjoyed the partnership.
