I am blown away by the quality of content it creates and any time I've reached out for support the customer service team has been a pleasure to deal with.
Cons
Is quite difficult to use, though after I built up the admin skills I needed it turned into something much easier and far more user-friendly.

the interface is really interactive and I didn't need long to get comfortable using it. Building courses, assembling curriculums and setting up automatic enrollments is simple and logical. Operating as a mid-size company, I feel it meets roughly eighty-five percent of our needs when it comes to tracking learning and producing reports. What truly sets this service apart for me though, is their customer support, it's outstanding. My account rep typically replies within twenty-four hours and, in true emergencies on the platform, sometimes within an hour. I've had premium support promises from other tech vendors where you end up fending for yourself or waiting three to five days for assistance. The reps here actually understand the product and answer promptly which I value tremendously.
Cons
Customization capabilities are limited to me, although I've been able to create workarounds for most of these constraints. A few specific areas could definitely allow for greater flexibility to better match our workflows.

“Great reports with annoying content issue

the customization options fit our needs exactly. It also keeps up with the newest learning and development updates which I appreciate. The content creation tools produce visually engaging material that really draws learners in. Whenever I'm racing to pull together something at the last minute, the AI feature is a lifesaver. And our account manager, Tomislav is lightning-fast to reply whenever we have questions or run into trouble and he's very efficient.
Cons
I can't delete old content without erasing learners completion history from their transcripts and that is really frustrating.

I appreciate how customizable the interface is, I can configure it to fit our organization's learning flow exactly. From a learner's point of view, the UI feels very interactive, new users are often able to jump into courses within minutes of their first login with almost no hand-holding. The reports are uniformly styled and although they're mostly standard tables, they're simple to read once you know what each field represents. There are a huge variety of report types available out of the box which I find very helpful. On top of that, anyone with report access can tailor and save their own versions to suit specific needs, for example views focused on particular departments. I also love that it's possible to define custom admin roles so I can precisely control what each person is allowed to see and do. What really makes an impression is how engaged the vendor is with their users through the community forum. They're regularly taking feedback into account and pushing out updates on a steady cadence to keep the platform up-to-date and modern.
Cons
There are still a few quirks that I find annoying, though like with any LMS you eventually learn workarounds. The admin dashboard is flexible and very handy but I wish it offered more chart types for quick visual summaries. Some usability annoyances persist, for instance, light grey text on white backgrounds can be hard to read, so although the UI has come a long way, it still needs refinement. Filtering reports can be frustrating as well even though I've seen the team actively work to improve this functionality.

Pros
After using this LMS for five years, people I show it to always comment on how amazing it is and I usually agree and it's very easy to use. On top of that, the support staff are outstanding, they get back to me promptly whenever I have questions.
Cons
I wish the evaluation and reporting features were stronger, it would be much more convenient to have an easy way to view and compare feedback across multiple courses at once instead of having to open each course and hunt for the data separately.

It is powerful and it gives me total flexibility to tailor the training courses I want to deliver. I can monitor learners' progress, confirm their achievements and award incentives and that combination noticeably boosts participation and keeps people more engaged.
Cons
the interface feels pretty dated and the general design isn't easy to use. I find the ergonomics are lacking and could use significant improvement, it seems the system hasn't been refreshed in ages, which ends up making it more difficult and slower to locate what I'm trying to find.

Flexibility really grabs my attention and their customer support is outstanding. We just rolled this system out and as someone totally new to LMS platforms, being the admin felt pretty intimidating at first. Thankfully our CSM, Ionus has been a huge help, he's proactive and very knowledgeable, often tackling issues before they become bigger problems. What I really value is how customizable everything is. For a global organization like ours with very specific requirements, that level of adaptability is crucial. Being able to design custom courses, adjust learning content and configure the platform to reflect our unique needs has been invaluable in helping us reach our goals more efficiently. The support team also deserves a special mention, they respond quickly with thorough solutions that include screenshots, screen recordings and clear, detailed explanations.
Cons
The customization options are fantastic but they bring a steep learning curve because there's a lot to figure out about how different pieces connect. The help articles do a decent job covering the basics, yet they rarely delve into the more complex features. With such a large number of articles available, finding exactly what you need becomes a real chore, the search feature on their website is frustrating, and I often end up wasting time before I give up and contact support directly. If I could change one thing, it would be making it much easier to search and use their help resources so finding answers isn't such a issue.

Being a Training Coordinator, I am really grateful for how user-friendly the interface is and it has made my work a lot less hectic. The ability to tailor reports has completely changed how I support our internal customers. I've unquestionably become more productive because I can knock out tasks far more efficiently than I used to.
Cons
Our team keeps reporting that some lessons either won't play correctly or freeze midway through the steps. I'm uncertain whether the issue lies with the platform itself or something wrong in the course content but regardless we end up needing to devote time to track down the cause. In many cases the only workaround has been to unenroll and re-enroll learners so they have to restart the entire course from the beginning.

What really stood out was how the sales team handled every question I had and they were phenomenal. They spent a lot of time making sure all of my needs would be met and that walk-through of the product before I bought it was the final push that convinced me to proceed.
Cons
I can not really find much to fault at the moment. If pressed to point out something, I'd have appreciated seeing pricing details on their website upfront, it would have made it simpler for me to benchmark and compare this offering against other LMS products.
