“Simple & stable but a slow job
Pros
The layout is super interactive, so I didn't need long to get the hang of it. I also like how adaptable it feels while remaining very reliable. The thing that stands out most for me is that the developers actually pay attention to user suggestions when rolling out new features. And their support crew has been excellent, they are always ready to jump in and help whenever I need assistance.
Cons
Managing a large course catalog is painfully slow because there isn't any way for me to edit several courses at once. They really ought to add bulk-edit features, that would cut down the time I spend on maintenance and actually make the newer tools usable in practice.

“always getting better!
Pros
What's stood out to me is the constant stream of updates and enhancements. Often when our team proposes new features, I find they're already in development. The interface is clean and easy to use and the training academy has been excellent, it's helped me uncover useful functions I hadn't realized were there.
Cons
One thing that frustrates me is that each capability comes as its own add-on, I wish they would offer a single all-in-one plan that bundled everything together. Even so, their support team has been helpful in crafting a tailored bundle for us and I value being able to trial and validate components before committing.

“Quick Implementation
Pros
For our growing business and client base, I really value how well this scales. The portal customization and white-labeling choices gave us exactly what was needed for clients.
Cons
I have not run into any major problems so far, especially since the support team helped us get everything set up fairly quickly and smoothly. The content creation capabilities suit our purposes well, though some other specialized platforms could have a wider range of options.

I find the interface really user friendly and their customer support has been consistently reliable.
Cons
the choices for app integrations are pretty narrow and I wish there were a wider variety to pick from. On top of that, the resources area desperately needs more flexible organization features, I'd love extra ways to categorize and display items so everything looks cleaner and more visually attractive.

putting together courses and pulling reports is far easier and more interactive than anything I've dealt with on other platforms.
Cons
I find the subscription model restricts access to several core features that, in my opinion, ought to be part of the basic package.

“Quick to start & hard to track
Pros
I had no trouble getting everything set up and I liked how quickly I was able to configure the system. The layout is simple enough that anyone on our team can hop in and start using it successfully without a lot of training or hand-holding.
Cons
My experience on the admin side is that the analytics and reporting tools are fairly basic. It's not easy to audit changes or figure out who edited what in the system and searching for content or specific users feels awkward, the whole discovery process comes off clunky and could use improvement.

“best help but tough to manage
Pros
What really impresses me is the customer support, having dedicated Customer Success Managers has made a noticeable difference for me because they offer personalized help and expert guidance exactly when I need it.
Cons
On the downside, I find managing annual customer learning subscriptions really difficult because the platform doesn't provide a simple way to administer them. I also get frustrated with the Create tool's limits, for example, I can't add PDF documents straight into learning modules which makes it harder to assemble thorough, cohesive content.

Pros
Honestly, I am really taken with how smoothly the whole platform operates, navigation feels totally easy and smooth. Our whole team finds the app dependable and it truly makes managing learning simple and effective for everyone involved.
Cons
To be honest I have a hard time pointing out any real flaws, the system runs so reliably that I'm left searching for issues and coming up empty which in itself says a lot about how well it performs.

Overall the onboarding experience went very smoothly for our team. My implementation specialist really knows their craft inside and out, and I was impressed with how the data team handled importing every one of our historical records, we genuinely had a substantial amount of data to migrate and they managed it well.
Cons
I find the admin interface less interactive than some other LMSs I've used in the past, though I will say it's very powerful and feature-rich.

Pros
the customer service team has been absolutely fantastic and really supportive throughout our entire experience. The implementation itself went very smoothly because their people provided strong, hands-on backing every step of the way. Being able to integrate the LMS with our existing HRIS was a genuine game-changer, now we can view training records right next to employee profiles and the system keeps the LMS automatically updated with current staff information. The platform feels incredibly simple, so folks in different departments and at various levels can jump in without a steep learning curve and find their assigned training quickly. Having a library of pre-built courses has saved us countless hours instead of having to construct everything from the ground up. Their Create feature makes developing custom content specific to our workflows surprisingly simple and everything displays neatly in each user's personal dashboard and catalog. Managing annual compliance courses and onboarding new hires has become noticeably more alignd, centralized and much easier to track.
Cons
I'd like to see more options for customizing the interface and more flexibility in the reporting features overall.

“awsome smart switch
Pros
After stepping into my new position as an Instructional Designer, I was really glad we decided to switch to this platform. Having worked with it in the past, I expected it to address our navigation problems around complex course materials and put an end to the technical headaches we'd been dealing with. We're still in the early stages of rolling it out, yet learners are already commenting on the improvements. Integrations with third-party tools have been completely smooth and the customer support team has been wonderful to collaborate with.
Cons
Honestly, after using this for so long, I struggle to point out any significant downsides.

Creating courses is simple and I found the interface easy right away. There's no hurdle using it because it doesn't hit me with a load of technical jargon. The setup steps are well laid out and I consistently notice how easy everything is to browse and manage.
Cons
I wish the creation tool offered better quick-reference help for specific tasks, for example, some inline pop-ups when I click an icon would be useful instead of always redirecting me to the knowledge hub.

Pros
From day one the support team has been phenomenal, Stephen Miller handled our sales interactions and Mark Williams guided us through implementation and both were very quick to respond and flexible with every request we had. Whenever I open a ticket, the support crew sorts things out promptly. In my experience this LMS truly performs, aligning well with our eLearning platform requirements and the optional add-ons are priced sensibly so they fit within our budget.
Cons
Searching the knowledge base for what I need takes forever, especially while I'm still getting up to speed. I usually end up submitting support tickets because it's simply quicker to get assistance that way.

I love how flexible the homepage builder is, being able to tweak everything from colors and fonts to icons makes it easy for me to craft a more engaging learning space that actually holds learners' attention. I also like that the integration with Absorb Amplify content is simple, so I can quickly discover relevant courses and drop them straight into our curriculum.
Cons
Getting up to speed took me a while because there's so much functionality crammed into the platform. I found myself having to spend quite time figuring out where features live and which settings to pick to make the most of it. On the bright side, they offer a lot of training resources, videos and written guides and their support team helped me when I ran into issues.

“Positive Experience with Absorb
Pros
What stands out to me most is the people and the culture. When I speak with technical support, directors, marketing or my account manager, I genuinely feel like my time matters and they give me their full attention. They truly reflect our company values and almost feel like part of our L&D team. The platform itself is very easy. The UX is clearly well thought out, each area uses a consistent layout and almost everything can be customized. Custom learner dashboard tiles, ribbons, automated email reports and interactive dashboards let me and my team keep an eye on critical training while also helping employees discover what's available. Integration is a big deal for us, so importing content from other sources and pulling HR data from BambooHR makes the whole process run smoothly.I also appreciate how they are always updating and enhancing their LMS tools, keeping me informed through quarterly rollouts with engaging webinars and practical training guides in their KMS. I use this platform throughout the day and even though it's simple to operate, I never get bored exploring its features!
Cons
there's nothing major to complain about. My only small problem is having to work around US English defaults, I need to remember to adjust date formats in reports and dashboards and occasionally tweak spellings when using AI or searching for terms like "Enrollments" (we use a single "l" in UK English!). A UK English option would be nice to have but it's definitely not a dealbreaker for my overall experience.

Pros
it is surprisingly easy to manage, and I am impressed by how user-friendly it is. There's a broad set of features and capabilities that keep everything running smoothly, and the whole learning experience comes across as simple and engaging. The support team has been excellent, they get back to me quickly and are truly helpful whenever I reach out.
Cons
the system limits course metadata to just four fields, which falls far short of what we need. As a result we often have to keep a lot of extra details in Excel spreadsheets because we can't create custom fields for courses the same way we can for learner profiles.

“Excellent LMS with great features

I have been using this platform for more than nine years and during that time it's enabled our team to put together a learning ecosystem that truly scales for customers, partners and employees. What really impresses me is how it outperforms competitors across nearly every metric we've evaluated. The UI is highly customizable but still interactive enough that people don't get lost. Its native course authoring tools have changed the game for us, we're able to create compelling, video-focused training without wrestling with those bulky, outdated authoring suites and that speeds up development significantly.
Cons
There are a few minor things I'd change. Managing groups could be simplified, configuring custom reports tends to be a bit more complex than it should be and I'd love the option to enforce particular courses as mandatory for certain departments while leaving them optional for other teams.

“Couldn't be happier with our first LMS

Their support team has been absolutely incredible throughout our journey. Bringing my team up to speed on new software rarely goes smoothly yet whenever we've run into roadblocks their folks answer promptly and lay out several workable approaches, often illustrating each with concrete, real-world examples. That makes it easy for us to pick the path that fits our situation best. We're still in the middle of rolling out the platform but the depth of support leaves me confident we'll extract maximum value from the new system. As project lead, I compared other vendors like 360Learning, LearnUpon and Cornerstone and this solution won on features and price, particularly thanks to the Absorb Amplify content library.
Cons
I found the implementation overwhelming because there's a huge amount to learn all at once. Luckily the support team walked me through each step but getting everything properly configured required several team members and a significant amount of time, so we had to dedicate a lot of staff hours to the rollout.

Im really pleased with how customizable the portal is and how I can manage course access using the lock and unlock options. Their support team responds promptly whenever I reach out for assistance. The admin panel is easy to use and learners seem to enjoy the bright, user-friendly dashboard. One standout for me is the Manager Dashboard and it's very handy for keeping track of everything.
Cons
The reporting tools could use more depth for single courses without forcing us to buy add-ons like Analyze Essentials. Even though the rollout schedule was organized, having extra lead time at the start would have prevented some later pain. I wasn't aware of how much features such as Self-Enrollment, Auto Enrollment, and Certificate printing would change our processes until after launch. We had to spend a lot of time tweaking settings across almost 2,000 eCommerce courses once everything was live.
