Top team collaboration tool

Pros

Working with the course builder comes across as really interactive to me. Admittedly, there are a few things you have to learn like using the grid for alignment and grouping pages into sections but if you've messed around with PowerPoint before, you'll pick it up fast enough. What I like most is how it simplifies teamwork. With different people bringing different expertise or product knowledge to the table, we each build courses for our own areas and then review one another's content before anything goes live. The back-and-forth feels natural and efficient. On the learner side, getting started is simple, creating profiles and diving into courses is simple. The guides that accompany the courses are useful and being able to monitor progress is especially handy when I am new at a company and want to be certain I've finished all the mandatory training.

Cons

Every so often I wish the object alignment was a bit more advanced than the basic grid snap. For example, when I'm laying out four boxes in a row from scratch, I'd love to see alignment guides or on-screen indicators that show when elements line up with one another, it's a feature I really miss from Google Slides. Also, when I edit existing courses it would save time if the menu flagged which pages had actually been modified. That way reviewers would immediately know which slides need attention before publishing, instead of having to scan through the entire course again.

strong help and smart tools

Pros

Right from the start the support team impressed me, they answered every query and made sure we were getting the most out of the platform's capabilities. Implementation went smoothly with no hiccups, and setting everything up turned out to be surprisingly simple and even enjoyable. The translations tool is a game-changer for us because we could tailor all of the terminology to match our team's existing language. That customization noticeably improved the user experience across the organization. The AI-driven course builder stands well ahead of other options I've tried, I can whip up a solid foundational course in seconds and then tweak it easily, adding interactive pieces where appropriate. I also appreciate how clearly mandatory training is shown. Our previous LMS made tracking requirements a constant pain but now a banner tells employees exactly which courses they must finish and how far along they are. Overall I'm very happy with the platform itself, the implementation and the sales interactions.

Cons

I'd really like downloadable report options and for me as an admin to be able to create report templates that managers can access and run on their own. That said, they maintain an ideas portal that seems to get traction, and I've watched reporting and similar features consistently get better over time.

Reliable long-term learning platform

Pros

Its very simple to import external training courses and widen the learning choices available to our team. We continuously add to our training catalog and this system makes staying on top of compliance reporting feel easy. Whenever problems have popped up, their support staff has always answered quickly and been genuinely helpful. Whether I'm the one administering the platform or simply taking the lessons myself, I find the whole experience to be enjoyable from both perspectives.

Cons

At first, I struggled to tailor every setting to match our exact workflow. We've also faced instances where specific users' courses aren't registering as completed which throws off our progress reports, most of the time these glitches trace back to user errors but they still disrupt tracking when they happen.

awsome tool with ongoing updates

Pros

it is easy to get around, whether I'm managing users or just pulling up content. The layout feels natural and didn't take me long to learn. The part that impressed me most is building courses, creating automatic enrollment rules and producing reports integrate smoothly and function together without hiccups.

Cons

I get frustrated because some administrative tools I depend on are still in development. For example, there's no way to export all certificates for a single user at once, I have to export each one separately. It might not matter to most people, but since my work is regulated by the government, it's actually a mandatory capability for us.

Good but a tough login

Pros

It saves me a huge amount of time when I'm putting together orientation courses and I can easily add content from external sources without a hitch. The built-in reporting reliably shows who has finished which modules, which really helps me keep up with mandatory training needs.

Cons

the login flow quite frustrating for our front-line staff when they first tried to get in and I'm really hoping they add single sign-on integration so it's easier for everyone to access.

Functional LMS with Great Features

Pros

Having regular check-ins with our Client Success Manager has been a lifesaver, they're consistently available whenever I need help. On top of that, it offers a lot of features that impress me and handle most of our daily operational needs.

Cons

When it comes to reporting, the tools are fairly restrictive and don't make it easy to get the kind of clean, readable data I need. For example, there's no simple way to generate a simple list of every course currently available, something I would expect from any LMS that tracks course records. To obtain reliable figures I end up running the 'Export All Enrollment Data' export but that process is clunky: it spits out an overwhelming amount of raw information that requires a lot of manual sifting. On top of that, there seem to be additional functions buried in the system that I either miss or can't find because the documentation and discovery paths aren't user-friendly.

Creative but a bumpy process

Pros

I'm genuinely impressed by how much creative freedom this platform offers, there's a wide-open space to try different designs and experiment freely while putting together content which I really appreciated.

Cons

Sometimes I find the workflow pretty awkward and several steps seem needlessly complex. Whenever I try to create content or move between features, it often feels awkward and not very interactive.

Friendly platform with great customization

Pros

We only began using this LMS recently and so far I am impressed with what it offers. The whole platform feels very user-friendly, which made rolling it out across our team feel easy and worry-free. Newcomers pick it up quickly and even people who had never used an LMS before were able to find their way around without any difficulty because the interface is so easyyy. Another big plus is the caliber of the preloaded learning materials, they really stand out. There's an extensive selection of relevant courses ready to go from day one, which has given us useful resources straight away instead of forcing us to design everything ourselves. What I appreciate most is how flexible the system is when it comes to adding our own content. Being able to build and upload tailored courses easily means we can shape training exactly to our needs and tie it back to our business objectives. All in all, I'm quite happy with how smoothly it's functioning and I am looking forward to digging into more features as we keep using it.

Cons

I can't come up with any real drawbacks to point out about this platform right now.

Easy to use with excellent support

Pros

the system is really easy to use, I've found it makes everything simple.

Cons

I really wish the platform could integrate with multiple ADP APIs. I'm not sure how other international companies manage this but having to manually enter our Canadian new hires and terminations takes a lot of time and opens up many chances for errors.

Smooth to use with tough reports

Pros

building out content and making edits is really simple. The overall user experience flows smoothly and feels interactive to use. I've been adding new courses and curriculum with little issue.

Cons

Great help but looks old

Pros

Personally, I've found the LMS to be very interactive and packed with tools that make our workflows much more efficient. What impressed me most is how easyly it synchronizes users from our other systems and it's saved us a huge amount of time. The support staff are quick to respond and genuinely helpful, which keeps everything running without hiccups.

Cons

Honestly, the look of the interface feels somewhat dated to me and could use a visual overhaul, functionally everything performs well but I feel the UI lacks the contemporary aesthetic and polish you'd expect from modern software.

Excellent client support experience

Pros

Uploading course materials is super simple and really cuts down on the time I spend on admin. Because we can have multiple departments and users on the same portal, it fits our organizational setup really well. Whenever I run into an issue, the support team replies promptly and helps me get back on track quickly.

Cons

we could be getting more value from this platform if we adjusted how we're using it to match our workflows. I'd really like to see simpler, role-based learning paths, for example when a manager signs in they should instantly see courses tailored to them plus a personalized progression plan for their role. It's possible this functionality exists and we just haven't configured it correctly but it's a recurring request from our learners and something I'd love to have clarified or improved.

A great fit, could be more flexible

Pros

I've been using this LMS at our company and it's proven to be outstanding. The interface is friendly and looks very professional, making employee training much smoother. What impressed me most was how feature-packed it is while remaining truly easy to use. The support team has been consistently very responsive whenever we've had questions. It works perfectly for our mid-sized business and looks like it could scale up for bigger organizations.

Cons

Great help with strong support

Pros

I'm impressed by how flexible the system architecture is and the Create add-on has been a huge help when it comes to turning our own materials into full courses. The customer support team, along with our Client Success Manager have been indispensable, they've guided us through everything from setting up the portal to sorting out who can enroll and what permissions each user should have. Getting up and running with creating and editing course content felt pretty interactive. I was able to handle text, images and video inside Create without much issue, and I also had the chance to try out new tools such as the Create AI Beta and give feedback through the Ideas Portal. On the rare occasions when we ran into UI-related technical hiccups (for example, when we needed to update our SSL certificate), the support desk responded quickly and took care of the problems. Our customers are big fans of the Department Administrator role, it empowers them to pull their own reports, add new users and use the Enrollment Key so learners can create accounts and be enrolled in courses all at once.

Cons

There are occasions when the dashboard templates and the course/learner permission settings behave differently than I anticipate, they don't always function exactly as I want but I've found our outstanding Client Success Manager always steps in and fixes things.

Straight setup with some hidden features

Smooth builder & missing reports

Pros

Its really easy to create and update courses for our company. The admin dashboard layout is excellent, overseeing users, courses, groups and permissions comes naturally and I appreciate being able to customize the website's look and feel. Also, the technical support crew responds quickly and has been very helpful whenever I've reached out for guidance or help.

Cons

The reporting tools in the admin panel seem quite limited to me. What I really need are reports that provide a clear, consolidated view of every course along with their configured settings displayed in an easy-to-scan format. Such reports would make it much simpler to verify items like certificate expiry dates, any post-enrollment linked courses and other setup elements across our catalog. Since we maintain more than 100 courses that require close oversight for regulatory compliance, we're currently tracking these configurations in a local document system that doesn't integrate with the platform which creates extra manual work and risk.
