I appreciate having a well-organized database where all users/companies are grouped together.
Cons
Over the past three-plus years of using the software, our Account Manager has been excellent. However, I have mixed feelings about customer support. While they're always quick to respond, sometimes it seems like they're not very familiar with the system.

Cons
I still haven't figured out the easiest way to generate financial reports for my company. The finance data analysis could be improved, and integration with other systems hasn't been successful so far.

The administrative side is very good, with helpful staff. Financial reconciliation is accurate, which is a great benefit.
Cons
After setting up new users on the admin side, the system should automatically send them an email with their login details. The post-course survey function requires modernization. A visual representation of the system flow, highlighting triggers and system understanding, would aid in system development, in addition to the help guide.
