What I like

Pros

Pros

I'm impressed by the new system's adaptable dashboard, which allows each administrator to personalize it according to their role, making it highly tailored to their tasks.

Cons

Some features from the old system haven't been carried over into the new one.

Fairly Good System For Simple Businesses

Pros

I appreciate having a well-organized database where all users/companies are grouped together.

Cons

Over the past three-plus years of using the software, our Account Manager has been excellent. However, I have mixed feelings about customer support. While they're always quick to respond, sometimes it seems like they're not very familiar with the system.

Improving efficiency

Pros

This software has expanded our automated capabilities, enabling us to communicate with our customers more effectively and saving us significant administrative time.

Cons

I still haven't figured out the easiest way to generate financial reports for my company. The finance data analysis could be improved, and integration with other systems hasn't been successful so far.

New TMS booking system

Pros

The administrative side is very good, with helpful staff. Financial reconciliation is accurate, which is a great benefit.

Cons

After setting up new users on the admin side, the system should automatically send them an email with their login details. The post-course survey function requires modernization. A visual representation of the system flow, highlighting triggers and system understanding, would aid in system development, in addition to the help guide.

Pros

Consolidating all our training records in one place and automating many tasks that used to require manual effort has been incredibly convenient. Workflows has proven to be an invaluable tool, along with the option to send ecampaigns to users.

Cons

Setting up text templates and then adding an email template before sending out an e-campaign can be time-consuming.

Goodbye mundane tasks!

Pros

The software is excellent for administrators. The admin view is easy to navigate and has streamlined our processes. The helpdesk team is always available to help with any queries.

Cons

For users, the interface isn't as appealing as it is for administrators. Accessing knowledge documents and e-learning involves a booking process rather than a quick launch.

Good functionality

Pros

It's remarkably user-friendly, requiring minimal training to navigate proficiently.

Pros

The software is incredibly easy to pick up. As someone relatively new to these systems, I've found it intuitive and haven't needed much assistance to navigate where I need to go.

Cons

If I could change one thing about it, I'd prefer fewer options on the grey sidebar on the left-hand side.

Great Software and Support

Pros

The visual representation of the software is exceptional. It offers a lifelike display of the folders we're creating, helping us avoid errors and ensuring our final product looks exactly as intended.

Cons

Adding handouts for our training courses is time-consuming. Each document has different specifications, like being stapled or in color, so we have to add each handout individually to the basket, which takes time.
