professional and user friendly

Pros

I was introduced to Accessplanit at the beginning of January, and it didn't take me long to get the hang of it. It's very intuitive and professional.

Cons

My only drawback is not knowing how to use certain features, but that's my own responsibility, not AccessPlanIt's.

Very good, however there are a few things that I think can be improved to make it easier to use.

Pros

Having everything centralized is convenient, and there's ample help available if needed. Keeping all information in one system simplifies course coordination. I particularly appreciate the calendar feature, which provides comprehensive information with just a hover, saving time and enabling efficient communication with customers.

Cons

In some areas, I believe things could be better organized and simpler to use to save time and improve efficiency, such as adding opportunities and generating documents for individuals.

I find AccessPlanit easy to use as it is very user friendly.

Pros

Its data storage capabilities allow for easy referencing and reporting, ensuring that KPI data is kept, tracked, and updated regularly.

Cons

Some useful features are still under development, eliminating the need for dual processes within our organization, such as direct text and email facilities.

Access Planit is an easy system to use which provides reporting capabilities.

Pros

The reporting capabilities enable me to monitor sales, bookings, and customer trends, aiding in future sales planning.

Cons

Some capabilities aren't fully operational yet, necessitating task duplication.

A fantastic tool for training companies

Pros

It saves considerable time on repetitive administrative tasks and streamlines communication. The helpdesk is very helpful, adhering to clear SLAs when resolving issues.

Cons

The report writer is challenging to use; I struggle with linking data sources. Course setup can be time-consuming, especially for courses with irregular sessions.

For the functions I need the system for it works quickly and efficiently and is easy to use

Pros

Finding the information I need is easy. I only use the system for a few tasks, and it works perfectly fine for those.

Cons

I have access to more information than necessary for my role, which can sometimes be overwhelming. It would be helpful to restrict the menu to include only the functions I use.

The experience has been good. Site is user friendly. More than one way to finding things on there.

Pros

The site's ease of use and the various options for finding information are impressive. I especially like the calendar feature, which provides all necessary details, such as course name, venue, cost, and delegate names.

Cons

Not being able to search for invoices when they start with invoice numbers beginning with '5xxxx' is inconvenient. If access were provided to view such invoices, it would be helpful in resolving customer queries promptly without needing to escalate them.

So far our experience has been excellent, staff are really professional, organised and efficient.

Pros

We've recently been introduced to sample software, so it's too early to comment as we haven't had time to explore it thoroughly yet.

Cons

It's too early to provide detailed feedback on the Sandbox System as we've only just been introduced to it. However, it looks promising so far. We'll have better feedback in a few weeks after completing training and exploring it further.
