LMS Implementation

Pros

While still in the process of familiarizing myself with the software, I'm already confident that it will reduce human error and increase efficiency within our Operations team.

Cons

It's not always clear where to find things or how to do things. However, the customer support we received has been fantastic.

Accessplanit - You will not be disappointed!

Pros

The automation of emails and SMS messaging enhances daily workflow efficiency. The learner portal for course bookings is modern, user-friendly, and seamlessly integrates into our website.

Cons

We work with several clients who use the system differently, and the inability to change screens for different training providers is limiting. However, with the help of Accessplanit, we were able to adjust our processes to fit our needs.

Happy user!

Pros

The software has made a significant difference in streamlining processes and improving efficiency, particularly in booking management and reporting.

Cons

The time it took to implement the old system and then switch over and redo things, like transferring elements to workflows, was challenging to fit into our current workload.

The resource calendar seems a bit outdated compared to the rest of the system, and there's a limited number of resources that can be automatically cloned on course creation.

New to accessplanit and enjoying it so far

Pros

Accessplanit has delivered exactly what we requested, consolidating multiple systems into one streamlined provider. This not only enhances convenience but also saves us a considerable amount of time.

Cons

I've only experimented with the sandbox so far, not the real system, so I'm not in the best position to judge or criticize it negatively yet.

Life Saver!

Pros

Since transitioning to Accessplanit, I no longer need to juggle multiple programs/documents to handle training bookings. Having everything in one place is a game-changer.

Cons

There isn't much help functionality. You have to be told what to do instead of having an online manual.

Pros

The software's extensive functionality, particularly with workflows, allows for automation and seamless management of members and bookings. It also opens up possibilities for discount schemes and e-learning, facilitating the growth of our learning program.

Cons

It can be slower than other apps when internet bandwidth is below standard. The shopping basket could be made to look sleeker, and there are issues around users with 'individual' permissions not being able to book on behalf of others. There are also integration issues between PayPal and the API, sometimes resulting in incorrect reporting around invoices/transactions in PayPal.

using system to book events and chase invoices

Pros

The system is highly intuitive, making it easy to search and view associated events for each account and user. Bug fixes have been frequent, which is beneficial.

Cons

I'm unsure if this issue is unique to us, but the inability for centers to designate a booker as a customer delegate has caused difficulties. This leads to people editing their accounts instead of booking delegates, which complicates matters.

Accessplanit does what is required of it

Pros

The system meets our objectives efficiently, promptly sending emails to our clients and supporting the eLearning packages we upload. With numerous users on our account, we have convenient access to each one. The ability to impersonate users speeds up issue diagnosis.

Cons

The software's sluggishness, especially when issuing eLearning to hundreds of users, impacts our colleagues' efficiency and ultimately affects work quality.

It is a really easy system to use and great functionality overall

Pros

I appreciate almost everything about it, and it's straightforward to navigate through our training program/schedule at a glance. Accessing information is simple since it's all in one place.

Cons

The evaluations/surveys could be more user-friendly. They feel somewhat cumbersome when reporting on a course or compiling summative reports.

Extremely responsive customer support

Pros

The software is fast, clear, and easily customizable. I particularly like the ability to customize what specific users view in the data grid to see relevant information for our roles. Responses to inquiries and reports have been prompt and informative. Instructional videos have been particularly helpful for complex tasks.

Cons

Some fields have similar names or duplicate information, which can be confusing, especially for those new to the system. Allocating more than one tutor or room to a multi-day course is administratively complex, requiring session creation within the main course.

Pros
