Pros

We handle many event bookings at work, including cancellations, registrations, certifications, and enrolling people in courses sometimes multiple people at once. It takes some learning, but once mastered, it's straightforward and makes our jobs easier. It also satisfies our customers.

Implementation of Accessplanit

Pros

We chose Accessplanit because, as our training provision expanded, we needed to manage bookings efficiently on a larger scale. Automated functions, such as sending emails with links to surveys, training, and certificates, which we previously did manually, were key features for us.

Cons

Although our training is free, we couldn't remove the payment page. Setting up surveys is cumbersome and slower compared to MS Forms, which we used previously. The surveys lack a professional appearance and need improvement in presentation.

Good features and fairly easy to use for account managers

It wasn't hard to learn compared to our previous LMS. New starters find it quick and easy to pick up for most functions.

Cons

It can be cumbersome at times, such as the inability to change a course name after booking without using an alias, which is not recommended. This process requires canceling the original booking and re-doing it, leading to time consumption.

The administrative side is very good, with helpful staff. Financial reconciliation is accurate, which is a great benefit.

Cons

After setting up new users on the admin side, the system should automatically send them an email with their login details. The post-course survey function requires modernization. A visual representation of the system flow, highlighting triggers and system understanding, would aid in system development, in addition to the help guide.
