We handle many event bookings at work, including cancellations, registrations, certifications, and enrolling people in courses sometimes multiple people at once. It takes some learning, but once mastered, it's straightforward and makes our jobs easier. It also satisfies our customers.

Pros
We chose Accessplanit because, as our training provision expanded, we needed to manage bookings efficiently on a larger scale. Automated functions, such as sending emails with links to surveys, training, and certificates, which we previously did manually, were key features for us.
Cons
Although our training is free, we couldn't remove the payment page. Setting up surveys is cumbersome and slower compared to MS Forms, which we used previously. The surveys lack a professional appearance and need improvement in presentation.
