“extremely user-friendly
Pros
Articulate 360 is extremely user-friendly yet offers a huge amount of customization. I also really like the clean, aesthetic design of its programs.
Cons
The Reach 360 function is a bit too basic. I only use it for contractors but I wish its analytics were more powerful.

“Easy, powerful and accessible by design
Pros
It is so easy to use. The characters, text-to-speech and new AI assist are great too. I especially love how the AI features help quickly resolve accessibility issues.
Cons
There is a limitation that you cannot add your own custom color palette. But I absolutely love the Mighty plugin and would love to see its features built directly into the platform.

“user-friendly but team collab needs work
Pros
Getting started is easy thanks to the user friendly design. Plus they have made some great recent improvements and the online community is very supportive.
Cons
Creating copies or different versions of a course can be tricky and sharing updates with the team is not always a smooth process. I also noticed that it can sometimes be difficult to determine which version of a course I am viewing in the Teams folder.

“user-friendly interface
Pros
This tool is versatile and user-friendly, making it easy for our team to start creating visually appealing training modules quickly.
Cons
While the basics are easy to learn, there is a learning curve to mastering its full feature set. It takes some time and practice to learn the specific techniques that make trainings truly stand out.

“AI boosts my creativity
Pros
Creating courses is simple and the new AI assistant really helps boost my creativity and design process. The text to speech voices are also a great feature.
Cons
I find it challenging to edit with cue points in Storyline, mostly due to my own user error. Character animation is also more difficult than I expected.

Pros
Course creation and connecting with the community have become much easier for my team. We have used it in ways that save us both time and money.
Cons
So far I do not have any dislikes. I am still learning the platform and have been very happy with it. Just this week I discovered more about the AI features and plan to use them soon.

“A real powerhouse of a tool
Pros
It is a real powerhouse of a tool. The PowerPoint integration is essential and I love the transitions and animations. The branching scenarios are also great for making content more engaging.
Cons
The program crashes more frequently than I'd prefer and there is a steep learning curve. That said there are excellent resources available to help you learn how everything works.

“great for lms, limited on branding
Pros
Creating high-quality eLearning courses with Rise and Storyline is so simple. Plus it offers a lot of flexibility for working with our LMS.
Cons
It is frustrating that we cannot set custom colors to match our branding and have to type in the color codes manually. Other than that I really love the tool.

“An affordable and simple solution
Pros
It is an affordable solution for content authors and publishing SCORM files to an LMS is simple too. Rise 360 is also very simple to use.
Cons
Well it seems like most of the shortcomings are being fixed in the newest updates. The company's excellent support also makes up for any challenges I face.

“So well-organized!
Pros
Everything was so well-organized and ran very smoothly. Plus I really like the staff's enthusiasm!
Cons
Some of the presentations felt a bit rushed and the presenters seemed slightly unprepared. Also Grand Ballroom A was way too cold.

“keeps getting better for users
Pros
What's really impressive to me is that even with very little competition, these products keep getting better to serve their current users. This is unlike most other software companies that only seem to focus their updates on attracting new customers.
Cons
Review 360 is much better than other options but it is still developing. And I would love to see comments linked to specific slides and the ability to use both markups and images in feedback.

“A sharp but fun learning curve
Pros
There is definitely a sharp learning curve but it is fun once we get into the groove. The best part is it produces a beautiful, professional-looking final product. The AI features are absolutely top-notch.
Cons
I noticed that the PowerPoint import feature does not work very well especially when it tries to convert shapes.

“fantastic integration between tools
Pros
The integration between Rise and Storyline is fantastic. We can develop content quickly and publish it to the web or an LMS with ease.
Cons
In Rise I would like more control over colors, bullet points and text formatting. Better video controls would be great too. For Storyline I wish creating animations was easier without needing to use JavaScript.

“User-friendly tool
Pros
Articulate 360 especially Rise is very user friendly and makes building engaging e-learning courses simple. It is perfect for quick, effective creation, while Storyline lets us build fully custom, complex courses. I mean if you can imagine a learning scenario, you can probably build it with Storyline. The company is also constantly improving the experience whether by adding new AI tools or enhancing accessibility for all learners.
Cons
the tool is improving and becoming more customizable but some features are still missing like adding text over images for flip cards. there are also a few user requests in the community that have not been added to the roadmap, even after years of people asking.

“AI integration is the best!
Pros
The AI integration is what excites me the most. I use AI constantly in my daily life and work and having it built directly into the system opens up so many new possibilities for my courses.
Cons
I really like almost everything about it. However the sheer number of features can feel a bit overwhelming at first but if you stick with it, you will get the hang of it quickly.

“Pretty easy!
Pros
I find it pretty easy to use. I have been a Storyline user since 2015 and started with Rise when it first came out. Overall it is a great product.
Cons
The content library lacks diversity. I work at a human services agency and our staff and clients do not see themselves represented in the available characters and images.

“Wonderful for all kinds of content
Pros
This tool is wonderful for creating all kinds of content from sales and compliance training to software demos and safety information.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the video compression when recording step-by-step processes is not great. As it makes the images look pixelated and not very clean.

“simple to learn and use
Pros
Rise is simple to learn and use, it works great on mobile devices and it is highly accessible. The best thing is that the new e-learning staff can pick it up very quickly.
Cons
It is not fully accessible for example, we cannot adjust the text size of lessons in the final published course.
