“Extremely Customer Focused”
Pros
it has been a reliable partner, and we are excited about our future collaboration. Transitioning to their direct platform is expected to enhance our learners' experience, and their customer-focused approach has been commendable.
Cons
The certification support feels somewhat limited. I believe there's room for improvement, particularly in offering a more comprehensive curriculum for certification journeys rather than just aligning courses to a curriculum.

“Engaging, Unstuffy, Fun Video Learning”
Pros
our curated content felt cold and impersonal, but BizLibrary's content strikes the right balance with a more relaxed and relatable tone.
Cons
Some videos feature the speaker standing off to the side of a PowerPoint slide or green screen, which looks poorly executed, and the lecture style doesn't resonate well with our users.

“Fantastic Company Providing a Fantastic Product”
Pros
This software is incredibly user-friendly for both administrators and users, and with the assistance of the BizLibrary Onboarding Team, implementation was a breeze.
Cons
Uploading videos through Paycom's Learning Interface can be time-consuming, especially for multi-lesson courses. However, this is more of a Paycom issue than a BizLibrary problem.

“Clunky Admin Experience”
Pros
The rating system within the LMS and the responsive support team are highlights for me. Plus, the interface is visually pleasing.
Cons
Content quality varies from video to video, requiring thorough vetting also the administrative interface is clunky, with multiple page reloads/clicks to access important settings, display bugs, and confusing terminology that does not match conventions of other systems, leading to ambiguity in administrative capabilities.

“Review”
Pros
There's alot of content available for both managers/supervisors and employees, and the registration process has been streamlined with recent updates.
Cons
In certain views, accessing the rest of the roster or employee list requires multiple clicks, which is inconvenient. A one-click expansion option would be preferable.

“Platform”
Pros
I appreciate the abundance of content options and the responsive support team.
Cons
The platform can be unstable at times, with odd glitches during login and common instances where a new user remains logged in as the previous user. This occurs approximately 75% of the time when logging in as a new user. Other issues include system hang-ups, requiring cache clearance or page refresh.

“Great Software!”
Pros
As both a learner and a moderator, I find this software easy to use with minimal issues.
Cons
It is frustrating that there is no way to remove courses that have been started but not finished. Some courses remain in my unfinished folder despite knowing I would not complete them.

“Gets results”
Pros
From both an administrator and user standpoint, the platform's ease of use and vast content variety perfectly align with our L&D needs.
Cons
It is challenging to find something I don't like, but if I have to, it is the times when my ideas or concerns are deemed "not on the roadmap." However, most of my ideas are embraced, with about 80% being implemented, while the remaining 20% are not prioritized.

“Lower cost content provider that's not ready for enterprise or corporate levels.”
Pros
It is more affordable than most options out there and offers a wealth of content.
Cons
As an admin at our company, I have firsthand experienced the inadequacies of the LMS tools. The interface is unintuitive, overly complex, and fails to provide necessary information efficiently.

“BizLibrary - Content for Training”
Pros
Their selection of content, both from their own designers and third-party sources, is fantastic. Courses are appropriately sized and timed, and the user interface is excellent.

“Big Value for small Training Team using Microlearning”
Pros
The library is massive and addresses numerous training needs. Finding and using videos and tools is a breeze, which is particularly beneficial in our evolving learning environment. Both managers and employees find it easy to apply for in-person and group training sessions.
Cons
Some video collections are not globally suitable, requiring extra vetting from our team. However, we quickly identified preferred options. The regular retirement of courses poses challenges for incorporating them into long-term programs.
