I love having such a wide range of videos to choose from for our team. It is the best for our mandatory safety sessions and there is always something entertaining thrown in too, which makes the process much smoother.

Cons

I am still trying to wrap my head around the whole teams, groups, etc., specifications.

The course selection is top-notch and the Concierge service from BizLibrary makes finding materials a breeze for any training initiatives we have.

Cons

If there is one drawback, it is that in their efforts to keep materials updated. We've had key training lessons that we tie into our programs discontinued without new options, leading us to rewrite our programs.

Opting for this cost-effective solution gave us access to a rich library of courses, which was perfect for launching our new Learning Management System.

We had to meticulously review every course in the library to ensure they were professionally appropriate. Some courses contained unprofessional language, inappropriate examples, or even rude gestures. Additionally, some course content seemed outdated or very old.

We need more trainings tailored for the Logistics/Transportation industry.

While some features require an additional package and cost more, the BizLibrary Team can potentially develop 'nice to have' features in the future.

Sometimes, certain features can be a bit inconsistent or challenging to manage, especially when it comes to setting up learning initiatives to automatically renew or assign upon expiration.

The inability to modify or remove tests is a concern. Some tests are overly detailed and difficult, while our goal is to maintain user engagement with optional training through a high-level understanding.

We have been with BizLibrary for over 14 years, and what keeps us hooked is their continuous improvement in user experience and the quality of content. Uploading custom content and tracking user progress is a breeze with their LMS.

Cons

Reporting and some administrative features have their strengths, but some aspects are not as intuitive as expected.

Putting together curated content and tracking completions has never been easier. I especially love the branded content and how BizLibrary keeps upgrading with relevant content and robust administration features.

From our perspective, the only improvement needed is integration with our HRIS system. While we haven't explored this option, having all employee self-service functions in one place would be beneficial, although it is not a deal-breaker.
