Not all courses are available in SCORM, and AICC compatibility is not as seamless, impacting integration with our LMS.

The only drawback for my organization is its web-based nature. Having micro-learning available for downtime in the field would be beneficial, but connectivity issues due to remote locations are inevitable given our line of work.

We've integrated a video series into our new manager training program and received positive feedback.

We had a manager inquire about uploading our own training videos under our employer account for staff review, a feature not currently available but would be a valuable addition.

Support expectations for extensive system exploration are unrealistic for busy users relying on third-party vendors. Pricing increases prompted renegotiation for truncated services.
