“Well-integrated software

Pros

Very effective for handling various tasks. Uploading documents is simple and I can organize them however I need. The customization options let me personalize my course pages exactly how I want them. Adding links is simple and updating grades happens smoothly in the same space. Being able to message students directly within the system is really convenient. Everything feels well-integrated and I can accomplish multiple tasks without jumping between different tools.

Cons

The interface looks pretty dated and could really use a modern refresh. I've also run into some technical issues here and there that can be frustrating.

I really appreciate how easy it makes staying in touch with students and getting materials to them.

Cons

Interface can be really frustrating with commands and menus that don't make much sense. I find myself constantly checking the help section because figuring out how to do basic tasks isn't simple.

Pros

Love being able to join group sessions remotely instead of having to show up physically. The mobile app is really user-friendly and does an excellent job tracking all my meetings and classes.

Cons

Pretty expensive from a business perspective. Had some hiccups when trying to upgrade or update the system. It runs much smoother on Firefox and Safari compared to Chrome which is odd. The interface can feel a bit messy when you compare it to competitors.

Pros

I enjoyed using this during my studies and later when I became an administrator. Felt user-friendly and I quickly figured out how to participate in discussion threads and respond to my colleagues. Turning in assignments was easy too.

Cons

I honestly can't think of much I didn't like about the system. Checking things on the backend was not hard and as someone who's also been a student, the experience felt pretty smooth overall.

Pros

I'd say it's easy to use. Everything gets organized into logical sections making it simple to find files and information when I need them. Being able to access everything through any web browser is incredibly convenient too.

Cons

Requires way too many clicks to get anywhere which gets really frustrating when you're trying to move between different sections quickly. Also copying and pasting formatted text from Word is a nightmare. The formatting gets all messed up and never looks clean when it transfers over.

Setting up the blackboard feature was smooth and doesn't get in the way of my workflow

Pros

The platform brings everything together nicely. Students, teachers and TAs can all find what they need in one spot. Being a coordinator, I appreciate how simple it is to pull up assignments, class rosters and other materials without hunting around.

Cons

The interface feels too basic for my needs and I find myself accidentally clicking buttons more often than I'd like.

I've used this as both a student and instructor and it's really well-structured.

Upload order is frustrating since you can't arrange files how you want. They just sort by when you uploaded them instead.

Runs into some issues when I'm using Safari. Doesn't always function smoothly on that browser
