I really appreciate how they constantly review the market and stay updated on best practices, making sure we get the best solutions available. This system has made recruiting and performance management a lot easier for me.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I don't like. I really enjoy everything the system does.

Pros

After we bought Brainier a year ago, I've been really happy with how it works especially the UX/UI. My team can easily see the classes and courses they're assigned and signing up for them is very easy. They can also search for any topic to find more courses, classes and links. The support team has been very responsive and it's easy to reach them via email or phone.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is that the system doesn't have the ability to trigger the reassignment of compliance courses based on specific date variations. For example, we have classes that work like this, 1. Take the class, 2. Recertify every year and 3. If you don't recertify on time, you have to take the original class again. This means we still have to track everything manually with spreadsheets which is why we chose Brainier in the first place to avoid this extra work.

Pros

What I appreciate the most about using this tool is how user-friendly it is and how many different types of learning objects and courses we can create. It's definitely made my job easier.

Cons

What I don't like about It is the lack of enrollment limits. This prevents over-enrolled classes and the ability to use a waiting list which can be frustrating.

I love that I can create learning opportunities for employees so easily. It integrates well with our HRIS system and is really simple for our employees to access.

Cons

The only downside is that it's a little more expensive than some other LMS providers.

Coming from a company where everything was done on paper, It made transitioning to electronic training so much easier like, 10,000% easier! I used to dread training because of all the paperwork but with It, I can choose the right learning object with the right conditions. Plus I don't have to guess if training is due every year anymore. No more spreadsheets! The record retention feature is just amazing.

The only issue I've had with this tool is the time limit on being logged in. If I'm idle for 15 minutes, I get logged out. Maybe there's a setting I can change to allow a longer idle time?

Pros

I haven't had much experience with it yet, as they took over Brainier LMS right after we started using it. But so far everything has gone well and we've had very few issues.

Cons

I'm not a fan of how the support system has changed with It. When we first started using it, I would get a response almost immediately but now it can take almost a day which can be frustrating.

Pros

The LMS is incredibly easy to implement, use and manage. I plan to recommend it to all my clients looking for new learning systems. I've also been really impressed with the customer service and support, both during and after the implementation. The continuous support they offer is way better than any competitor I've worked with.

Cons

The team could definitely improve its LMS content versioning. It would be great to have the option to keep or reset user completions when a new version of an existing learning object is uploaded.

It's so easy to use and it's relevant for our staff and leaders. It's made everything run much smoother for us.

This isn't a dislike but more of a recommendation, it would be helpful if a notification email was sent to managers when an employee is reviewing their goal and needs immediate feedback. Right now, it's a inefficient having to leave the system and go send an email manually.

The most user-friendly interface I've ever used, especially with the admin tools. Plus everything just makes sense and is easy to figure out.

From a user's point of view, I've got nothing to complain about! From an admin side, there are a few small issues with reporting on multistep learning objects, but that's me really just nitpicking.

I really like how user-friendly it is. And one thing I like the most are various cards that can be displayed on the front end.

I cannot delete assignments that I have marked as inactive which is a major con.

What I enjoy most about Brainier is the various customization options it offers. As I like making a product unique to fit my needs and Brainier gives me the freedom to achieve that.

The LMS offers a great platform for assigning and tracking staff learning. It has plenty of methods to keep everyone engaged. Plus, everything feels well-designed and thought out for both employees and admins as nothing seems like it was just added on at the last minute.

Learners and daily users don't have any issues, but the admin side can be a bit slow sometimes. There's so much you can do, so it's frustrating when something doesn't work, because it's such a rare thing as it never happened often.

Pros

Brainier software is impactful and customer-centered. Plus it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend it!

We were looking for a software that is easy to use for both administrators and users. Brainier fulfill our requirements in this area and also benefit us in many other ways.

The company I work for just started using Brainier LMS, and we have liked it very much so far. It is awesome because you can create your courses right in the LMS or import them if you prefer.

There is room for improvement in the graphics. You can't customize the look of the landing page for employees and it can feel a bit cluttered at times.

I love that I can log in as other users to see what they see and check their access rights. The screen layout is great too, with easy to use menus and tiles. Also, being able to import and mark completions in bulk is super helpful. And the analytics dashboard gives me quick access to all sorts of metrics.

The reporting feature has definitely a room for improvement. Like I am glad we can do custom reports, but there are still limits on what we can create. That said, we can still report on everything we need.

I have used this system during onboarding and found it very user-friendly. Mainly, I use it to send learning assessments after educational courses. It is simple to create content, send it through distribution lists and analyze the data.

I don't have any concerns as a user. Everything is been running smoothly for me. However, I haven't had any experience with the setup or administration of the product, so I can't speak to that side of things.
