The Brainier LMS is a cloud-based learning management system that empowers organizations to create personalized learning experiences. Using an intuitive interface, learners can choose what data they wish to see using built-in gadgets. Each group in the LMS can be branded to have its own look and feel, even custom system labels.

Administrators can create individualized learning tracks and automate common processes like onboarding procedures or recurring events like annual training assignments. The Brainier LMS empowers administrators with complete oversight of all learning activities. The analytics suite includes static reports, automated/recurring reports and the SMART report, which displays all data on a single user or group.

The Brainier LMS uses machine learning to recommend relevant learning content for ongoing learning. Brainier offers many off-the-shelf integrations with HRIS platforms, video conferencing tools, performance and talent management solutions, and more.

The Brainier LMS allows users to brand or white label the learning experience to reflect the specific groups or audience necessary. Using the multi-tenant database design, many clients can belong to one single group with oversight into each instance.

Brainier offers several off-the-shelf integrations with HR-related SaaS products including ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Now Next Generation, ADP Vantage, Bongo Assessments, Bullseye Engagement, Ceridian Dayforce, ExponentHR, iCIMS, Salesforce, TalentGuard, UKG Pro, MS Teams, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Every activity or group level is recorded providing a comprehensive audit trail for transparency efforts.

The platform has multiple tools to help create a community so administrators can track, share, and encourage learning activities. It also gives managers great flexibility to customize the experience of each learner featuring custom permission levels within the LMS. These different roles allow for information sharing in an open but responsible fashion.

Each client is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who’s the single point of contact during the 90-day implementation process.

Brainier offers customer support via phone, email and live chat Monday through Friday from 8AM to 6PM (CST). It also has a dedicated customer experience site featuring a knowledge base of how-to guides and video content, forums, and more.
