Setting up a user-friendly virtual classroom is easy with NEO LMS. Creating and syncing assignments is convenient, and it allows for easy student progress tracking.

The attendance feature could be improved by adding the ability to divide dates into quarters or grading periods.

This program is incredibly well-organized with only minor flaws. As a customer for one year I am genuinely delighted with the program. While some small improvements could be made I believe this program represents the future of remote higher education.

Cons

The most significant drawback of using Canvas is the possibility of an administrator not properly setting up their course. However this is not a flaw of the platform itself as many find it user-friendly and reliable.

It serves as a comprehensive platform for managing content assignments tests and communications for students. Although the interface is acceptable it can occasionally appear cluttered and less intuitive to navigate.

Cons

The lack of a "download everything" button both for individual courses and the entire program was the biggest downside for me. Throughout my master's degree I would have appreciated the ability to download all files and tests (including results) with a single click.

I utilized Canvas for CS class MOOCs and it conveniently stored all my grades assignments reading materials and external resources in one location.

Cons

I was not fond of the lesson structure in my classes as many teachers would link to external sites for hosting video lectures.

The assessment and grading capabilities are superb providing detailed assessment features like rubric scales for performance tests. Additionally immediate feedback is given for criterion-reference tests. Another impressive aspect is the time counter feature monitoring learners' time spent on topics and activities as well as their overall Canvas usage.

Cons

The least favorable aspect of this software is its video call or meeting platform features. Students often faced difficulties connecting and using the blue button features during virtual meetings.
