“CANVAS Student Review
Pros
As a student Canvas software proves to be a convenient and user-friendly tool for my studies. Its straightforward interface layout eliminates unnecessary information allowing me to focus on my objectives. With features like activity tracking progress tracking grading and comprehensive learning management Canvas makes navigating the platform a breeze. I appreciate how it keeps me focused on my studies by minimizing distractions and providing all the necessary tools for a successful learning experience.
Cons
Just like any other product there may be a few inconveniences depending on the capabilities and overall performance. For me the interface appears tired and lacks excitement making it less engaging to navigate and use the product. Incorporating features like pop-ups course recommendations relevant newsletters and a tour guide could greatly enhance and evolve the product. These additions would improve the user experience and provide a more enjoyable and dynamic platform.

“A convenient tool for class management and organization
Pros
As an instructor I found it effortless to share my teaching schedule lecture notes homework problems and solutions with my class on CANVAS. The platform's grade tracking feature allows me to assign weightings to different assessments and automatically updates the running total providing both students and myself with a comprehensive evaluation of their performance. Overall CANVAS is a user-friendly tool for me as an instructor and for my class.
Cons
The messaging platform lacks an appealing appearance and has limited functions. The Speed Grader can be challenging to control initially and there may be loading issues with larger file sizes.

“Easy to use app for College Students
Pros
The 'To Do' tab in CANVAS is a standout feature allowing users to keep track of upcoming deadlines effortlessly.
Cons
The display of assignments for a course can be confusing at times. It would be beneficial to have a standardized tab for all assignments as currently they are located in different places depending on the subject.

“Canvas for students
Pros
Being able to install Canvas on my phone and tablet and having a quick overview through widgets makes it incredibly convenient. It's user-friendly allows easy access to different types of content and enables direct communication with professors via email without needing to sign in to Outlook separately.
Cons
Once I encountered difficulty switching the language within the software. It was pre-installed in Swedish since I study at a Swedish university while the online version was in English. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to change it to English. Additionally logging in with two university accounts simultaneously presented a challenge. Instead I had to log out and log back in if I wanted to access a course from another university.
