The native authoring tool is also extremely user-friendly, requiring no coding skills. Notably, it excels in built-in gamification and learner-centered content and interaction templates. Its SCORM and LTI compliance, along with link sharing and web embed options, make it an industry leader in course deployment. Additionally, the team has recently introduced a native custom certificate feature, which is fantastic.

Cons

Payment gateways and self-enrollment forms aren't built-in and require third-party integrations, but this does offer flexibility. I'd appreciate native digital badging, although this can be achieved through integrations.

Lack of printable certificates for users and internal video hosting. It would be convenient to upload videos directly into eCoach instead of hosting them on Vimeo or YouTube, as some of our clients block those sites for users.

It completely ruined my content, forcing me to recreate it using another authoring tool. My suggestion is to retain the older version or provide users with the option to do so when updating.
