The gamification concept excites me as I believe it could be transformative for my teaching in the future.

At the moment I don't have any complaints and I'm particularly interested in exploring the LMS platform further.

The app lets me organize yearly units in a way that's easy for students to follow while also allowing me to set up a variety of activities that make assessment lively and flexible.

I'm finding the grading section tough: whenever I grade one activity and need to switch to another I have to leave the current screen and reopen the next activity which interrupts my flow. It would be great to have a quicker, more simple way to move between grading tasks.

Pros

This platform lets teachers upload educational content for students to access. I also find that learners can complete both collaborative group tasks and individual assignments. On top of that, it supports BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) functionality so I'm able to use the system from any internet-connected device I have, mobile phone, tablet, laptop, notebook, desktop and similar gadgets.

Cons

My main problem with this Platform is that it requires a lot of internet bandwidth to work properly. I've also run into situations where files couldn't be uploaded or downloaded during maintenance periods which can be frustrating when I need to access or share materials.

Pros

I appreciate being able to give feedback on my students' assignments and to include rating scales in the assessments.

Overall I'm pleased, everything operates smoothly and all features perform very well.

Something I value most about the NEO LMS platform is how simplely users can navigate its interface, it lets me organize my classes in flexible, dynamic ways, supports lesson planning on a daily basis and offers a range of tools that genuinely help my students progress in their learning journey.

One area I feel could be improved with NEO LMS is its visual design, I'm not saying it's bad but I wish the platform allowed more options for personalizing the look and feel so users could adapt the interface to their preferences a bit more freely.

I find the platform's structure supports working on students' learning effectively. Its tools' layout gives me agility when developing the learning process with my classes regularly too

When working on the administration side I find it really simple and flexible because it integrates well with other platforms and the income forms adapt smoothly across various devices.

I ran into an issue right from the start when we began using the platform on Apple devices, the app became misconfigured and, in several cases, prevented certain applications from launching which caused delays and required extra troubleshooting to get things running properly.

This tool is an adaptable, approachable and feature-rich platform that also looks appealing. It includes a range of tools that make solo and team-based tasks easier for both learners and instructors. It helped me improve my coding skills and deliver more engaging, educational sessions.

Overall I like almost everything about the platform though I think its audio/content playback system could be more simple and simpler to use.

Sometimes it doesn't feel as simple compared to the other LMSs I've worked with in the past so I occasionally have to spend extra time figuring things out.

Okay so.... I get alerts whenever something changes, assignments, posts, or announcements and I like how user-friendly the platform is, it makes it easy for me to stay in touch with parents and colleagues, almost like using any social network.

In our classes we often find certain features hard to configure in bulk. While I do appreciate that some items are customizable, our school doesn't really benefit from the built-in defaults. Another major limitation I've run into is that NEO LMS only supports a single calendar but we actually need two separate calendars: one that covers preschool through Junior High and a different one for Senior High. Since the system assumes a single, standard calendar, it doesn't match our setup. On top of that, the Report Card is frustrating to tailor because there are only a limited number of fields available which makes meaningful customization quite challenging.

Over the last three years of using NEO LMS my institution and I have found numerous chances to bravely navigate this period of change.

I've found NEO LMS precisely manages the timing for quizzes and various tasks, its integrated countdown eliminates the need for any separate third-party timing application which I really appreciate.

On the mobile app I find myself endlessly scrolling to reach my classes when I'm managing many it becomes tough. When I switch to desktop however I haven't run into any issues so far.

What I appreciated about Neo is how simple it is to get around. Nearly every core feature you'd expect from a good LMS is available and the layout makes it quick to find the tools I need without unnecessary fuss.

For me I'm not entirely sure whether I'm missing some functionality or just haven't figured out how to use everything yet but there are a few things I think could be improved. One is group project handling: it would be much more convenient if, when a teacher grades one member of a group, that grade automatically updated for the other members as well. It would also help if the system could notify all teammates when one person submits the group's work so others know the submission went through. On the upside, I really like that there's already a way to rearrange lessons or tiles, being able to reorder content is fantastic and makes organizing courses a lot easier.

Being able to build quizzes and a variety of learning activities directly and with ease inside this tool made it much simpler for our teachers to run more captivating online lessons and learning experiences. I really appreciate how user- and mobile-friendly the platform is because it's such a strong advantage for our teachers and students.

For community elements like forums and chats I'd personally prefer the interface to look and behave more like popular messaging apps such as WhatsApp.

I really value the server's reliability since I encounter very few crashes. I also appreciate the flexibility to configure different learning paths. In comparison with other LMS platforms, I find Matrix's customer support team to be the finest, truly excellent.

Cons

From my experience the app doesn't function reliably and that causes a lot of usability headaches. I feel the overall look and feel of Matrix is getting dated. The visual design should be refreshed and navigation made smoother. Additionally, features like true community spaces, beyond simple groups, still require development.

Pros

We've found NEO very user friendly and even parents have commented that adopting it is one of the school's best accomplishments. All our learners are really enthusiastic about NEO because it helped them succeed in their exams. Neo also lets us see how many users are online or when they last logged in. All of our school reports are now distributed via NEO which has given parents the computer literacy recognition they were looking for.

I've found that up to now NEO provides everything we require both as a school and as teachers, it's truly an all-in-one solution for our needs.
