Even though I wouldn't call myself very tech-savvy I found it extremely easy to use right from the start. The AI assistants are fantastic.. they don't just sit there but they actively guide me step by step through the process. That hands-on help is what makes building a course feel so smooth and completely stress-free for me. It's like having a patient expert right there with me.

Cons

My only problem is that some of the more sophisticated tools require a bit of time to master and tailor to my needs although the support staff have been very supportive.

Pros

CYPHER Learning is pretty user-friendly. I figured everything out right from the start without needing any help. Taking quizzes is fast too and the immediate feedback helps me understand what I got wrong.

My experience was great but a dedicated mobile app would make accessing everything on my phone much easier.

Before using this system, I used to forget my homework but now it is all organized in one spot. I can review my grades, assignments and lessons whenever I want. Taking tests is also really simple and low-pressure!

My favorite part is the gamification feature. I earn points for finishing lessons and quizzes and can see my rank on the class leaderboard. It turns learning into a fun competition and really pushes me to get a higher score so it is not just another boring place to turn in homework.

All my class materials, notes and videos are stored in one place, so I do not have to search through emails or different apps to find what I need. Everything is sorted by subject and easy to look up. I used to get anxious about online exams but the clean interface here is calming and does not make me feel rushed. It also saves my progress so I never lose my work.

It keeps my schoolwork organized. I can easily see upcoming deadlines and never worry about losing an assignment. Also it is a lifesaver when you are juggling multiple classes! Group projects are also much simpler with the collaboration tools as my classmates and I can share files, chat and even edit documents together right on the platform without messy email chains.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about. The platform works exactly as it should and I have not had any issues worth noting. It fulfills its purpose without any noticeable drawbacks.

Using this tool is what helped me keep my own job and those of coworkers during the pandemic. It really made shifting from conventional classroom methods to more creative, tech-driven instruction much smoother. The system feels simple, the layout is excellent and the support team is genuinely helpful. Setting up courses, adding students and building lesson modules took almost no time. The platform offers great flexibility. I'm a big fan of the Gradebook, it removed much of the headache from calculating marks. Also the gamification tools completely transformed engagement, my learners get excited about earning points, badges and prizes for finishing quizzes or lessons. Those incentives were literally lifesavers for some of them.

Why would I complain? Since I first started using the LMS back in 2012 it has gotten dramatically better. The issues my coworkers bring up rarely stem from the software itself but from their unfamiliarity with how it works. Once they take the time to learn its features they usually end up appreciating it as much as I do.

It would help if uploaded items such as photos and documents automatically resized to fit any device screen for a smoother viewing experience. I also think adding a Newsfeed scheduled-post option would make organizing and planning announcements and posts much easier.

Truly I value the all learning capabilities of Schoolbook which we use at our school as they make learning accessible anytime and anywhere.

From my experience the support from the specialized team has been excellent. They are approachable, friendly and always willing to help whenever I need assistance.

Regarding pathway settings I would expect that every mandatory topic within a course contributes to the overall completion tally. For example if I set up a pathway for induction policies and include a separate topic for the course's privacy policy then pulling a report on the privacy policy should show its completion status as part of the whole course not isolated.

The platform is very easy to learn and use and it helps me save time when reviewing work and calculating averages. The scheduling tools are extremely practical and the wide range of exercises adds a lot of flexibility.

So far I've found its features very interesting. What I would ask to fix is that when using the 'Hotspot' it doesn't display fully on a tablet or phone.

I've found the platform offers features I really like such as gamification, domain customization and well-organized activities that make learning clearer and more engaging for users.

One drawback I've noticed is that they don't offer a report card feature that displays grades by specific periods which makes tracking progress harder for me.
